I own a condo in a large complex managed by CRS. I honestly have no complaints. They seem to do a good job. I m taking away one star because I wish we could pay our condo fees online, rather than mailing a check every month.

Management is very eager to blame others and cut corners. My building is in worse condition then it was when we originally purchased it eighteen years ago. They give a good pitch but with my experience I can state that I will never forget this experience. Next time I will be sure to look further into who I hire. After speaking with other businesses in area I have since learned that they have either heard same issues or experienced many services that where not done to satisfaction. Not sure how they continue to stay in business
Do yourself a favor Who works in the same industry just don't stay away. What I dealt with looking into renting apartment no one should have to deal with the rudeness and unprofessionalism I experienced.
