They have the worst and the rudest customer service. I called them because I was waiting for lab results and hasn't received any update from them but the rude person that I talked to just told me to wait. I wouldn't call them if I didn't wait. I need answers not a person to tell me to just wait!
This company has Super High Expectations from the staff members. If you are smart, use the job here as a back up while looking for a better one.
Unreliable. Undependable. Not suitable for emergencies. That's just how I can describe this laboratory. You can use their service for outpatient laboratory needs but not with urgent medical needs because they just like to take their time in giving you the results you need. They are very unreliable for emergency situations so just be reminded of that.
The sales reps are pushed excessively to perform to their unrealistic standards. I'd advise everyone who is a human, not a magician to avoid this company. The results they expect can only be achieved if you know the magic!

Working here had been the darkest days of my entire career. I was overworked and always pressured to preform better as if I don't work hard enough. We weren't treated as a big contributor to the company but as mere workers. The management was cold and didn't care much about employees welfare and morale. Because of exhaustion, our morale was all time low and we weren't motivated to go to work. Leaving was the best decision that I made.
Inexperienced medical technicians here causes a world of hurt to my family. I was never hurt by getting my blood extracted for tests but for my baby I experienced pain that I never experienced before. I have never seen a laboratory that cannot handle blood extraction to an infant. My baby was was injected more time than I can remember because they said they can't find his veins. It was a terrible experience for me and my baby.
They always need more time to complete the tests and send you the results. They can't comply to their own due date. How can their test results be acurate, I wonder.
One of the cons about working at Certified Laboratories is the treatment of the employees by senior management. In addition, the workload and expectations put on the individuals here is unrealistic and not maintainable. Nobody stays for long because of low pay, poor leadership and insane workload.
It's always so hard to get a hold of someone. No one seems to be checking the emails as no one ever did get back to me. Their phone is always busy and when your call gets through, no one picks it up.Is this even a real company? I can't get a hold of anyone.
They have the worst customer service ever. I called them to inquire about the issue that I have but they don't seem to understand how to deal with it. They kept on transferring me from one person to another. In the end, I did not get the answer that I need. It was such a waste of time and energy hoping to get my issue resolved by calling their customer service. It's obvious that they don't prioritize customers on the phone.

I had a very disappointing experience with this laboratory. If you need lab results for an emergency, this place isn't reliable, go somewhere else. Even though they promise a date and time that you could have your laboratory results, they always a day or two delayed. They also have the worst customer service that when you try to follow up with them, they will just rudely tell you to wait for their call and don't bother them again to follow up because they have to no control over the lab results.
Delayed and inaccurate results cause us a lot of trouble with work. We have to go through all of it again which means a lot of wasted time
