Awful service. I walked in several times to purchase a new watch, but they just do not seem to be taking you seriously. They are extremely judgmental and rude. There was a guy that was sitting behind the counter, he did not even bothered to approach me. Another staff member came in to help but she was not willing to show me any of the watches. I ended up purchasing my watch from somewhere else. Because the way they judged me and treated me made me feel so uncomfortable. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Bought a Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch from TImmermans Jewellers and could not be happier with the purchase and the customer service.

Bought my Tissot T-Touch watch from here, 1 year later a pixel came off but fixed under warranty no issues no questions. Also I broke my pin a half a year later on a fall and Adam sorted it out very fast. Great customer service and price! Thanks!

Very harsh service with the foreigners... not very friendly....seems if you want to just have a look they dont like unless you buy something

The first time my boyfriend and I went we had the most lovely older woman help us. We gave five stars for this great experience. Timmermans also has beautiful products and workmanship.

However, when we went there yesterday they had a young lady watching the shop. She was texting the entire time in a corner. She did not get up to even greet us or ask how she could help. I assume she was a paid employee but would suggest to Timmermans owners to employ workers who are more invested in actually doing the job they are paid to do. I feel sorry for Timmermans as these sorts of employees would certainly turn people off from shopping from them.

These guys are AMAZING! Customer service is the best I've experienced anywhere in the world. My engagement ring was bought here and had to be resized and ultimately remade. Nothing was an issue and the entire experience was a delight. When we bought our wedding rings it was the same. Fantastic advice, incredible service and we honestly felt like they cared about us and our wedding and who we were. We'll never go anywhere else. Thank you!

The service and the collection of Rado, Mont Blanc, Gucci, Tissot, Longines, Tag Heuer's are amazing. Would definitely recommend this store.

Good customer service needed my tag watch repaired theses guys handling everything from shipping to tag themselves and you simply walk back into the store and pay them when it's done. Will come hear again.

I needed a watch wrap fixed and it was only a pulsar watch and the lovely English gentleman said he could fix it for me. He did that and also fixed the other side as it was about to break. No charge at all. Great customer service and if I ever won lotto I would go buy something from this store.
