I went here to get shipped off to the army, other than the strict rules set in place for me. The place was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good!

Just a quick overnight. Check in was fast, the room was comfortable, and the staff helpful.

Front desk employees very nice to me and my family thank you for hospitality

Despite a small technological issue. They were super kind and courteous.

Great place. Highly recommend it. Good rooms, nice atmosphere, and restaurants close by if you don't want to eat at the restaurants on site.

Not up to the standard of Crowne Plaza. My room had holes in the carpet, plaster falling from the ceiling, and wifi was not functional. The charge for parking is a rip off. The TGIF on property was convenient but very poorly run. Wouldn't stay again.

It was fun and have good food. Music good, vibes good. Everyone was social. Great place

The hotel is OK, but the service is sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Breakfast in the morning is very good. The restaurant inside the hotel is OK, but could be better.

Location is ideal, staff (Andre) was very helpful, hotel's food was really good, conference rooms were good quality, but PARKING and INTERNET deeeefinitely have room for improvement. I stayed there several weeks ago and was reminded to write this review when i saw my phone bill showing an overage in data usage due to having to work on my data for the whole week that i was there. When brought up at the front desk, it felt like a rather scripted response. Something along the lines of having their staff reboot the servers, which evidently didnt fix anything. Unless they actually never got to rebooting the system. Parking gate never read the room keys so there would be confused guests in line at the gate very often. Not sure what the repair plan was for that one. In conclusion, great hotel, but they should certainly work on their internet game, considering the day and age in which we live.

My room was nice, and the hotel was clean and nice but the family members were traveling with had a seprate room then us and there was brown, feces like stains on the sheets. Obviously no one cleaned that room before they got in . But we appreciated the small coupons.

Great hotel with friendly, understanding staff. We were snowed in at the airport. The staff made our unexpected stay pleasant and very comfortable.

The hotel did not honor the guaranteed late arrival from Priceline.

Very dirty rooms! Dead bugs inside room including bathroom and ants crawling in bed. Called front desk to complain and the said they would send housekeeping up when they could. Dirt on every surface as if it's not been cleaned in a long time. Towels in bathroom looked used not fresh. Pool looked merkey. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone if as a gag!

Pretty good except to find out we have to pay for the privilege to park there.

The remodel they have done to the hotel has been refreshing. I appreciate the new look and new amenities in the rooms.

Dirty silverware, horrible service, steak not cooked right

A series of debacles greeted us this evening. First of all, there is only a small sign indicating the turn in to the hotel. Second, the hotel is under construction and we were not informed of such at the time of booking. Third, our keys had expired and required a trip back down to the lobby. Fourth, there is no signage indicating which direction to go for your room. Fifth, the rooms are very warm and it seems the only adjustment that can be done is turning the fan on in incremental speeds and off. Sixth, when I went back down to the lobby to ask about getting wine glasses I was told that despite there being a bar in the lobby, I would have to walk down to TGIFridays to ask for glasses. The front desk clerk, Jamse was helpful and kind. Other than that, the customer service, and overall atmosphere have great opportunity for improvement. So far, I am disappointed but hopeful.
The breakfast buffet staff was very very kind, even keeping it going past 10AM for us. The food was pretty good. I was concerned about the construction works on scaffolding and using power tools without hard hats as I ate my breakfast, though.

Rooms are dirty. Had to refuse a room an get another one bcuz of the lip stick on the wall an the filth on the tables an dirty toilet. Hallways haven t Been vacuumed in who knows how long. My whole floor smelt like pot. An I can t count the number of ppl I saw not wearing a mask. Very poorly managed hotel.

Staff was pleasant but the room smelled like mold. Woke up with a sore throat. Didn't feel very clean

Reasonable prices, decent location.

*important* When driving in, the turn to your right off of highway is IMMEDIATE. You go around a loop, you'll see the hotel at that time, then before the road is going straight you must turn right immediately. There is somewhat of a lane on the right, not defined, to veer to your right, to allow other drivers to move past you.

Lot of construction going on but check in was pleasant.

Spacious Rooms. Great service BUT REALLY NEEDS updated and we stayed in a suite. Heat was not working properly and the maintenance guy had to come in to mess with it. This was probably a very nice hotel at one time and could be again if the owners would drop the money into the place.

Its an older hotel,however they are remodeling as we speak. Not too many restaurants but it helps there's a TGIF inside the hotel.

The rooms were of nice quality. They were clean and comfortable. There were several problems with our keycards, however. The staff was helpful and corteous, but the problems were persistent. Additionally, most of the amenities, such as breakfast, cost extra. This is made clear to guests, but is inconvenient nonetheless.

Very dated, and not easy to get to. We missed the turn and had to drive for 5 min to get around to the peeling lot again

Customer service here does not exist. The airline I work for puts me in this hotel. The Rooms are dirty, the front desk staff show no motivation to provide any level of customer service. Strongly do not recommend. The Drury down the street provides a 100% better experience.

The common area on the first floor has some pretty water features.

We are spire elite members. Went to concierge lounge at 8:25 and it was closed, even though it's open until 10

We attended a day conference at this hotel. They accommodated our group very kindly. The luncheon was delicious in the hotel's restaurant. The servers were courteous and quick to bring whatever was needed. Overall a great experience.

$10 fee for 'early' check in. What's early? Apparently anytime before 3 pm. What? I get that room availability isn't guaranteed before 3 pm. But if you have a room available early, but still tack on a $10 fee? Bogus. You're competitor next door, embassy suites, much nicer hotel, comparable price, no fee robbery

Extremely spacious restaurant inside of the hotel TGI Fridays indoors this is bananas

The beds were not soft, the blankets were thin, and all the towls felt like they had some sort of oily residue on them left over from the cleaning process, water was incredibly hard and the drains in both my room and a friend's room drained really slowly so when you took a shower you basically should have just taken a bath.

Very convenient to airport a little dated interior but still very nice. Staff was great.

No sheets on bed. Elevator broken and no service in the TGIF. Overall, a horrible experience. To call this facility a 4-star hotel is an insult to a 1-star hotel.

Had problems but all resolved by the staff. All in all pleased with the staff.

The rooms were fine, the beds were just ok, but the worst of all was the water pressure. The new low-flow shower head was horrible. I wound up having to take two baths instead of showering. So much for water savings. It is bad enough for me to not want to stay there again.

The Crowne Plaza is a very pretty hotel. It is upscale and good for conventions. They have a pool with very nice natural lighting and high ceilings. There is a TGI Fridays connected to the hotel which serves room service to the rooms. The top floor is extra special and requires a key card in the elevator.

Hotel is renovating, so can be noisy at times. Airport shuttle is inconsistent. TGIFridays attached to hotel

All I did was drop people off and walk around the hotel but it seemed nice

We parked at the Crowne Plaza thru a reservation with Global Parking. The front desk person was super friendly and parking appeared to be well-lit/safe. At $40/wk, I would choose to park there again!

Too expensive compared to other places. It was most likely a excellent business hotel in the past but today it is very warned out.

Had an extremely long wait to check in, got placed on a "quiet floor" unbeknownst to myself then to top it all off I had room keeping knock on my door at 830am asking when we would be checking out and woke us up. Not a happy customer, brought it to the attention of the management and I got a couple free sodas and my ten dollar parking fee back (which was never stated either on the travel site I booked through). Doubt I'd spend the money to stay there next time I'm in STL

Nice people working here. Just a little run down. For the price, expected a lot more.

Customer service is not the best! We had made reservations 6 months Pryor to our trip. There was supposed to be a roll away bed that we had paid for but they did not have one for us. The air conditioning was broken and it was very hot and humid. Not impressed at.

Rooms are always clean, the Staff is friendly and helpful no matter what time of day it is.

I've stayed here once before and both times the staff has been great. The airport shuttle is always on time and is very fast as well.

Lots of space inside for events and the hotel staff was very helpful. We had a decent time here but parking seemed to be an issue

I loved the architecture, very modern art deco on the inside. The beds were super comfy. The pool was pleasant and the fitness center was probably one of the better I've seen in a while. It's a bummer that they had to take out the hot tub to expand the fitness center, but given their most common clientele it makes sense. Thanks so much!

Worst experience ever doing check in the young lady was rude we had three rooms and two didn't have heat its 0 degrees in St Louis and 7393J degrees in the rooms. When we asked about it we were told the hotel was booked and during check out was told someone would contact us in an hour after engineering checked the rooms. Worst hotel stay ever

The room was really nice and the staff was super sweet but the location feels so drab, I just kept the curtains closed the whole time...

3.5 stars is about right. Not the most convenient from the airport. Pain to get to with a rental car (sneaky turn you only know once you've been here a couple times). Hallways smell damp. Room was decent, but not what I expected from a Crowne Plaza. Leaky tub, faulty lights, and other minor room issues = I'll look for another hotel next time. Breakfast was very good but not normally included in the room price.

Food and service was great also the hotel looks super cool to.
