I stayed here during my monthly visit for the Navy reserves. The staff was very helpful and courtious. Inside the hotel is beautiful and the pool is just downstairs from the lobby along with TGI Fridays. I was pleased to see that this establishment is military friendly and is great for a weekend getaway. Public parking is tough unless you check in and use your card to park inside the gate.

Amazing service great staff and pretty well maintained rooms

Hotel seems nice on the surface, but there are a few problems that need addressing in some way.

First, there are no mini-fridges in the rooms. This wouldn t be an issue 20 years ago, but it s been a long time since I ve visited a hotel without fridges for the rooms.

Second, our room window was underneath the slanted atrium wall. What this meant was that it served as an echo chamber for the screaming kids in the pool below. It was all we could hear in our room.

Third, there was a power outage (due to a defective line in the hotel) that lasted for at least 4-5 hours, affecting half the building. The staff was kind enough to move us, but the timing couldn t have been worse.

Lastly, I stayed at the hotel a few years ago. The overall quality and care seems to have declined drastically since. If a hotel is on its way down, it becomes difficult to recommend.

Very nice hotel with reasonable rates. The staff is very professional and the permises are very presentable and clean. There is a small pool and a TGI Friday.

Very friendly people. Unfortunately, they checked me out for no reason and had people come into my room at odd hours. My room wasn't very clean when I first got in either

Very conservative hotel. And a little dated. But our room was clean, the air conditioner worked, and they smiled when they brought us extra towels. However, I found mold on my food when I went to the breakfast buffet. Didn't care for the meeting rooms being right off the lobby. And the lobby is opening and contains the buffet and pool. No privacy whatever and noisey. I would stay there again. Just not eat there.

Ample parking, a variety of room types, friendly checkin staff. There is a TGIFRadys on site, which can be a big plus. The conceirege lounge is a sweet perk for IHG club members & Micheal is the best host. Airport shuttle to and from STL.

Staff is so rude and we pay good money to stay here and the vending machines aren't stocked bc they make u go to their little store by customer service desk. An it's outrageous...$3:50 for a 16oz soda and I could go on and on. Staff is the worst I've even seen and it's the girls checking everyone in.

Paid parking, and then the pay machine malfunctioned when a large group tried to leave. We had to wait for a bellman to come out and open the gate

We went to eat at TGI Fridays and ended up leaving after being told we would have to wait 2 hours for a table. Plenty of tables open however the hostess told us they were short staffed so those tables are not available. . This was on a Monday around 8pm !! Very dissatisfied. . .

My company pays for my room but i couldn't get the points for the stay. They say that they give out a discount to the company but need to also give a discount for breakfast..
And every other hotel my company pays for, we get free breakfast and get the points for staying. My back hurt from the bed, and toilet seat was falling off.

Very nice hotel and good prices for a last minute find. Near the airport. Front desk staff were friendly. Beautiful balcony that overlooks the pool, dining area and glass elevator. Very clean. Has a business center if you need it. Mini fridge, microwave and clean room!

The night manager needs to be replaced. She is very rude & needs to learn how to treat ALL of the paying guest with the respect that they deserve. My family stays here often & we also have family reunions every year at this hotel. Because of our experience with the manager, we will NEVER come back.

The hotel is fine but when booking a room for 3, there was only one bed and they gave us a cot

The only redeeming quality of this place are the staff who are genuinely friendly and helpful. The king room we stayed in had a bed like a rock - a pile of cardboard would have been more comfortable. Tiles coming loose on the bathroom floor, peeling wallpaper, very run down. Wasn't at all what we were expecting.

Condition of rooms are horrible! Poorly maintained rooms, everything has dust, rust, or leaking. Definitely NOT worth to the value they re charging. Will not stay here again!

Zero communication and very unprofessional staff, checked in at 1 a.m. and there front desk girl takes my info briefly talks to me and hands me my keys and i said id be leaving tuesday morning so i was a bit surprised when room service asked me about checkout at 11 a.m. and then was doubly surprised when the charges to my credit card jumped up significantly since the staff had told me the room was 125 and my beverages were 36 making a total at 161 and then my final bill is over $220 and get some run around excuse about taxes and property liability from the morning front desk staff and had none of this info communicated to me before hand and only found out the next morning after my check in when i was abruptly awakened by housekeeping , hands down would never stay here again due to this level of unprofessionalism and complete lack of communication.

Great lobby and comfortable room. I arrived to home to the STL airport after
Midnight to a crazy ice storm. They shuttled me for free and I stayed safe and cozy. The 45 minute drive would have been a nightmare. I m local and I recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the airport.

Honestly not a bad room, however the internet was abysmal. How can 0.5 mb/s pass as usable? Bringing my devices to the lobby gave me a whopping 1.0 mb/s and 350ms ping time.
When brought up to the staff, hands were thrown up and my devices were blamed. At least make me feel like my voice is being heard and their slow network may be something they'd consider taking a look at rather taking the easy route/excuse to dismiss me.

Nice property.... Comfortable clean rooms. Only problem...... Housekeepers don't respect DnD signs. Started knocking at 830 am!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok but need better cleaning. Some of the furniture was dusty, and a nail cutting and hair pin stuck to my feet on 2 separate occasions.

Staff was slow. Drinks were overpriced. Rooms looked nice.

Rooms are spacious though in need of updating in certain areas. Would be ideal if they had a microwave in the room, our room had a fridge in it which was a pleasant surprise, given that it was not on the list of amenities. Nice pool and gym area and the staff have all been super friendly.

Though the decor was dated, the room was clean & comfortable. I did have to make a second request for an iron. The iron in the room did not work, and the iron that was initially brought to me also didn't work. However, after the second call, I got an iron that worked. The front desk clert was kind enough to follow up to ensure that an iron had been delivered. You may have to utilize Uber or Lyft if you need to get around as opposed to relying on the hotel to take you places nearby. I was told I could be driven to a nearby Popeyes but after about 45 minutes or so of riding around picking up pilots from a training facility and the airport and dropping them off back at the hotel, I decided to give up and got out if the van when the driver returned to the hotel. No telling when and if I ever would have made it to Popeyes.

Got a great deal online and it was amazing. Big pool with a tgi Fridays in the hotel. The room was a knocked out. Very clean and well appointed. Friendly and efficient staff with lots of close to the door parking. Definitely a St Louis area favorite for a hotel.

Nice clean rooms. Lots of pillows and towels. Great water pressure. Indoor pool and gym/weight room. Friday's is directly connected to the hotel. They also have their own restaurant and bar.

Nice enough place in a quite part of town but still near the airport. Huge atrium with an indoor pool and glass elevator. TGIFriday's on the lower level. Rooms are typical for the brand. A few restaurants and a Menards within walking distance. Be aware that there is a new hotel being built next door so there is some noise during the day.

There should be refrigerators in each room. The staff was nice though.

The room was very nice and the staff super friendly. The only thing that wasn't great was the guide function for the TV. There was a guide button on the remote but it didn't do anything. The guide was on channel 2 could be scrolled through a few channels at a time. Overall my stay was very nice and I would stay there again.

Part airport hotel, part Holidome indoor swimming resort, part suburban wedding location. Doesn't really do any of these things well. Room was clean and breakfast buffet amazing but a very odd mix of guests.

We used the hotel's airport parking service. Very affordable and the lot was close to the hotel. Friendly staff too.

Convenient location minutes from Lambert International. I've found the rooms clean and comfortable, the hotel staff friendly and helpful, and the amenities satisfactory on every visit. The exercise room is available 24 hours and has both cardio and resistance machines. The breakfast buffet, though not included in the room rates, is worth the price and then some. Highly recommended for visitors to St. Louis.

Went to TGIF and the food was very disappointing. Our waitress was exceptional but appeared to be the only good server there. The parking entrance/exit is quite difficult to manage and there's testimony to it...a huge rut on the other side of the curb. I do not recommend this place.

Kinda a property in transition, beware. Dirty in odd ways, like nobody has vacuumed the carpets on the hallways in days, used Qtip just sitting there all weekend. That includes the restaurant TGI Fridays, trash still on the floor at 11am when they open from the previous night. Not a terrible place, but construction noise from renovations, I wouldn't pay full price the 100 bucks plus they're asking. Maybe 50 at best

I'm not sure what's going on here, but the room.qas dirty and Friday's food was inedible.
