Bad customers service no helping always on the phone always text message I don t understand ??? Also no answer a phone or keep you on the line half hour so rude

This place is terrible, I m not one to complain & do this review things but I went to get my wrist checked out & came out with a prescription for medication to help my breathing... which doesn t make any sense. On top of that I got ZERO privacy while I was being seen by the doctor, they did a strep throat test with the door wide open. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! Not only that the staff & doctor were very rude and more worried about there personal life rather then attending the me the patient in pain with my wrist swollen... Oh & let me not forget the $300 bill they charge me with out telling me my insurance wasn t active at the time so now I have to pay it.

The medical department here is one of the worst places you could go to for your health care. While everything seems functional on a superficial level - staff are pleasant, and go through the usual motions of "taking care of you", there is no real follow up on requests for referrals, or in addressing medical concerns communicated over the phone, or via their online portal. There is a prompt response saying they will get back to you, but they never do. The pharmacy seems a little better structured and responsive.

This is a clinic for majority of race, with Doctors and the own dentist department in site for all kind
of people. This clinic work by your income and all major insurance. I give them only fourth stars because I only had and still
used the dentist department. So I couldn't talk above the others services. But they have the own department to make parcial and complete dentures at the site. The people are very pleasant and they keep everything clean and secure. Sometimes it's very busy, but for me had and still work just fine from more then 10 or more years.

Dr Ariel is literally the most amazing dr to ever bless this earth! Love it here!

All the people working in pharmacy are super lazy... there is only one register open for pickup.. seriously? When u have like 15 people waiting in the line... this is stupid...!!! Hate this place as usual !!!

Dental Department has very bad customer service. I can never get anyone to answer the phone. When someone does answer the phone, they hang up.

When you go in the office for your visit. The receptions are having their on little side talk while checking the Dr. Clients in. If I didn't love my Dr I would change.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT HAVE TO PUT ONE TO LEAVE MESSAGE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE!!!! DO NOT HAVE SENIORS CARED FOR HERE!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE, VERY NEGLIGENT! DO NOT COMMUNICATE, PRECRIPTION NEGLIGENCE!! ADVICE ALWAYS CHECK ESPECIALLY WITH NEW MEDS THEY WILL OVERDOSE, PUT CONTRADICTORY MEDS TOGETHER. Etc WILL DEFINITELY BE CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

This place really really sucks. The staff are very rude and look like they are force to come to work. they never smile or show care to the patient. They do not document anything in patient chart when you call so you have to keep on repeating yourself to everyone. They very lazy and seems to not like what they do. they are not professional at all.

I've been a patient for about 4 years. It's next to impossible to schudule a sick visit same day or even a day or two after. Not only is it very difficult to get an appointment when you do get one you will be waiting a very long time to be seen. I am always early or at the very least on time for my appointment makes no difference I never get out in under an hour no matter what the apt is for. Other than that the staff is friendly.

I was wary about calling, due to the reviews about phone staff, and I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I was looking into counseling services so I called the number and chose the option for behavioral health. The woman I spoke to said I needed to be registered as a medical patient with a PCP there to receive BH services, which is fine because I need to find a new PCP anyway so figured I'd kill two birds with one stone. I was redirected to the new patient registration and waited on hold for about 30 minutes (I know how crazy practices are so I wasn't even going to complain about that, until everything else transpired)

The woman I spoke to was kind but seemed very uninformed and spoke to me as if everything she was saying made perfect sense. Here's what she told me:
a) I would need to call my insurance myself and have them contact EMK to confirm they would cover me there, and I needed to do this before they would move forward with my registration. I told her I had already confirmed with my insurance that they covered EMK services and I had all of my plan info ready for her to put into the system. She refused because...
b) While they are "technically" accepting new patients, they are only able to put them on a waiting list, and that I would have to have my name put on the waiting list and wait for a registration person to call me back and check my insurance.

So basically, they want to accept new patients but only to a waiting list and only if they can prove on their own that their insurance will cover services, because the people answering the line to register new patients don't actually have the ability to register new patients in their actual computer system.

If you don't have the time, staffing, or resources to register new patients WHEN they call to register, stop saying you're accepting new patients and save people the time. Definitely not a good first impression at all, which is sad seeing as this location is close to where I live and I could have utilized multiple services/departments there.
