I love our airport...it gets me where I need to be.

Beautiful and beautifully maintained hotel. Amazing staff, and awesome breakfast.

This hotel was fairly nice but I've found that airport hotels don't have to try as hard as their off airport brethren. I wouldn't say it was the cleanest hotel (the bathroom floors were a bit grimey) but it wasn't overly gross either. Sleep was comfortable, lobby was nice if a bit loud, customer service was accommodating.

Loved staying here. Very comfy, accommodating and clean. The decor is beautiful. There is a $25 deposit per night. On Google Maps, it says that there is a casino here, however this location does not. I would definitely recommend.

A visually beautiful hotel, but had a few drawbacks during my stay. The complimentary dinner was nothing special, their heating on some floors was non-functioning.

It was one of the best experiences out of all the times I've stayed at this hotel. They have proper guidelines as far as social distancing, mask mandates and hand sanitizer. Only suggestion would to put a handsantizer station near the elevators on every floor. Kiesha and Jessica were amazing !!!

Hotel is a comedy of errors....arrived early and didn't have a clean room, moved to a room with a broken air conditioning system. If was lunch time so I went to the hotel restaurant...Sorry but no staff working. Manager upgraded room nice offer. Next day after working 10 hours come back to hotel room not cleaned. Seems like a staff of nuts in the key areas that are important such as housekeeping and restaurant management. Try staying at a barn lower my expectations is the key to success.

Great staff and excellent pool. Expected a bit more out of my room for the price.

Checked into my room only to discover my tub was still dirty so they moved me to another room down the hall. I was pleased with this until discovering that bathroom was worse than the first one. After calling down a second time I made it clear I was tored and would clean the tub myself , the front desk attendant was so nice and disappointed the second room wasn't any better she sent up a candy entry and 2 vouchers for free breakfast. Although it started off rough I'm happy they went out of their way to make sure I was happy.

Worst stay ever! The resturant Fridays was dirty, tables sticky, poor service, bathrooms foul, food made us all sick. The rooms are suppossed to be non smoking, the hallway on our floor wreaked of cigarettes, which filtered into our room, people screaming in the hallway till all hours of the am, we didn't sleep barely at all and had to get up very early the next day..for the money we paid to stay I was highly disgusted and disappointed. This place is just a glorified holiday inn. Not worth it what so ever. Funny.. manger never called to speak about our poor stay or make anything right!. Guess they are more concerned with taking your money then making sure their guests are taken care of or comfortable!!!

Roomy hotel with attached Fridays restaurant. Van service from airport was not good.

I like this hotel. It s a bit quirky, and a little dated, but it is unique and interesting. The giant Central hall has reception, eating area, a sensual giant staircase and fountain structure, and the pool. The expansive and gold glass ceiling is yet another thing that adds character to the hotel. It is true that the carpet, tile color, and etc. date the interior a bit. That said, it certainly does not feel old The way some hotels do: smelly, smelly, yucky floors, stained areas, etc.

Exceptional hotel with some great staff. The only problems were the air conditioning was pretty cold and it was pretty chilly in the room. The food is a bit high, but you can order out or go to one of the restaurants nearby, but I still really liked this hotel. Definitely 4 star!

even with construction the staff was great. only reason 4 star not 5 is the bar was closed for the renovation. no atm in the hotel. great kitchen staff for breakfast.

I stayed in the airport because my flight was delayed and American Airlines pay for it was wonderful had a TGIF in the bottom of it which had great food

Stayed at the hotel for work: hotel location is airport adjacent. Friendly staff was helpful for someone new to the city. Breakfast was mediocre but had no glaring problems. The room was clean with the usual amenities. Overall good experience.

Called for shuttle , never came
Had requested a crib upon booking reservations- had to call 6 times to get it delivered to room ( no crib sheet)/staff in sweatpants that delivered it ..... bathroom floor filthy, vent in bathrooms filthy, rags laying on hallway floor, bathroom in TGIF ( Friday s ) was nasty and dirty - staff in general didn t seem to care about anything or anyone, door stopper between adjoining room was missing

Upscale facilities clean rooms . Has a TGI Friday on location with 2 additional bars.. friendly staff..

Very nice hotel. Great scenery from when you walk in and friendly staff. Also has a TGI Friday's in their for convenience.

Staff was friendly & responsive. Very helpful. There is a lot of renovation going on currently, but I didn't notice too much noise. Rooms were good sized and seemed clean enough.

As a Crowne Plaza IHG brand, Iwould expect more comfortable beds, a mini-fridge and microwave in my room. As others have said, it is under renovation right now but the staff have all been great! Will be interested to see it when the renovation is complete.

My wife and I stayed for four nights at this hotel. The rooms were clean and pretty big for a basic hotel room. James at the front desk is one of the best hotel employees I've ever encountered. The bar service was good, I just wish they were open later than 11 on weekends. My one complaint about the hotel is that the service is hit or miss. The employees are either AMAZING or they are awful. There is no in between which I think is odd since the same person probably does all of the hiring. Nonetheless a 5 star experience and look forward to staying in the future. Oh, and do yourself a favor and skip the TGI Fridays. The service is terrible and the food is disgusting.

Who ever is working your front desk needs to attend customer service classes. Stay at the Hilton not here. 10am 1/23/2021 who ever works the front desk at this time.

Update: bartender has the worst attitude I have ever seen. The people working here seem extremely angry and take it out on the guests.

Some of the hotel was still closed off for renovations. Pool smaller than I'd imagined for a hotel of the size.

Nice place to stay while on a business trip. Close to the airport and hassle-free.

The Shuttle service is absolutely trash. I called a 7:28am and was told the shuttle was in route. At 8:20am the shuttle still hadn't arrived. I called the front desk and the claimed it would be at the airport in 10mintes. 10 minutes still no shuttle. The front desk ppl are blatant liars. I will never use this hotel again.

Great and friendly staff. Clean rooms and it was awesome being able to have TGI Fridays delivered to my room.

Great hotel and the Airport shuttle is very convenient.

Upon check-in, this was a disaster from second one. After finding a snafu in the reservation on our part we finally got checked into the hotel after a unfriendly experience. We went to our room, which was 238, and discovered what looked like a fuzz on the bed spread. My wife flicked it onto the floor and it started crawling. We realized that it was a bed bug and took a video of it and then killed it. That made me want to check the bed, so I peeled back the sheets and found remnants of old bed bugs and blood stains on the corner of the mattress where they had been feeding. On one part of the mattress it looked like somebody had had a major accident with all the blood that was on the corners and across the bed. After notifying the manager, Jessica Klump, I showed her the video and the pictures that I had taken and she upgraded us to a suite and comped our room for the night. The new room 429, that manager Jessica escorted us to, we all noticed crumbs and glitter on the floor along with the stains on the sheets and the marks on the walls. She proceeded to vacuum the room and get us new sheets and inspected the bed further to make sure that there were no more issues and or bed bugs. The overall condition of the hotel is not good. The pool is cloudy, the walls and floors are dirty and the bathrooms are not that clean. Would not recommend this hotel if you are concerned about your health and cleanliness. We have emailed the general manager.

The Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. My only problem is that the rooms don't have black out curtains and too much light was getting into my room. I'm sensitive to light so the levels may have been "normal", and I'm just being a pansy. The breakfast wasn't worth the price. Neat aesthetic though. I like the design of the place.

I selected this hotel because its ratings are 4.8 . I did not have that experience at all.. while the staff was professional and kind the Hotel itself could use some much needed TLC .. The towel rack fell out of the wall.. the room was dusty and just wiped over .. the elevators are dirty and could use a make over .. Rusty fixture do not give a 4 star look! Not pleased and this was EXPENSIVE... DO NOT Recommend!

This hotel is trash. With my work I'm always in a hotel room and this is one of the worst places I have stayed. The customer service when I walked is was poor and the room I got made this vibrating noise and when I asked to be changed or even earbuds I couldn't get that. I would of be okay if they would of sent someone to check out the noise maybe it was fixable but non of the above was done. To make matters worse I had someone come knocking on my door at 8 in the morning when I had a do not disturb sign on my door. I will never stay here again. I would not be staying here again!

Airport delays landed us here, folks were pleasant and helpful when we were at our worst long day of travel. Room was large, bed was comfy, coffee in the lobby, shuttle to airport. Probably would have enjoyed it more if we had longer than a nap to there. Bonus, met at least one Pat's fan there in Rams country, that was a nice touch for me.

The rooms are pretty nice and the indoor atrium is pretty awesome. The place is clean and workers will help you in any way possible. Would recommend.

Outside hotel looks good, but inside very bad, front reception is careless. Room stinking. Even the restaurant waiters are dirty. I will never go here again.

I am an airline pilot of 42 years. I have never found bed bugs until staying at the Crown Plaza. Those critters were everywhere. I took 3 captued bugs to the desk clerk. I took pictures of the bed bugs and my bites. The hotel has a tough problem. All I have to do is keep everything out of my house and place everything in a chest freezer that I will purchase on my way home. I wish the hotel well. It has recently been remodeled and all the staff were very nice.

No the best stay. Food was in the fridge. Hair in the bed. Sheets were not changed. This is not a hotel I recommend during Covid

Horrible service, called for a ride from the airport and no one answered my call for 10 minutes. Once my call was finally answered the front desk never apologized and was rude. She was unable to give me an ETA of the shuttle because she was too busy , which made me worry if she would even inform the shuttle I needed a pick up. You re in the hospitality business, I would recommend that the Crowne Plaza St. Louis Airport was keep that in mind in the future when interacting with hotel guests.

Very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.But extremely loud coming from the pool.

Nice hotel. Airport shuttle timely. Clouds restaurant is okay. Conference rooms work well for small group presentations. Staff cordial and pleasant.

Place is very dirty, also the location is in a bad part of town. I would not recommend at all!!!!!

Love the pool in center and scenery. Customer service overall was not impressive. Front desk staff and unfriendly and bartender was rude and did not give much effort. Van driver was excellent and informative, but after dinner when it was time to call for him no one answered so after the 3rd attempt we paid $12 to Uber. So many great hotels in St. Louis. Not sure we will ever make our way back to this one.

The location was very good , the rooms were very clean and beds were extremely comfortable the staff was friendly and very helpful. We would defiantly stay there again .

NASTY , sheets were not clean . I literally had a blood stain on both covers and crumbs in bed as if someone was in the bed before me . FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING RUDE . I requested for sheet change when housekeeping came she had an attitude about changing the top cover also . Just not the place to be .

I could warm up my room. The air conditioning ran non stop and couldn't even turn it off.
The next morning woke up to the maids slamming doors against the stops on all the rooms around me and was freezing!

Upscale hotel but the room rate was amazingly low. The staff is one of the most professional and accommodating if seen in years. Overall experience was wonderful.

Omg! My visit And experience at Crowne Plaza St.Louis was amazing. And the customer service from the shuttle driver to the front desk was fantastic!

Had dinner at the TGI Fridays. The server was very, very nice. Unfortunately, she wasn't incredibly attentive. But the food was excellent.
