I called this hotel "home" for the 8 days I spent in Dundalk. My room was cozy being equipped with a king size bed (very comfy) and pillows ( Not so fluffy) mini bar, tea/ coffee station with condiments teley and wifi. My room was well maintained and ordering room service was a breeze. The staff at this hotel was professional and friendly. I would definately recommend staying there if you ever visit Dundalk.

The room was super clean and the beds are just amazingly comfortable. Hope you put more pillows on the beds though!

I would like to express my views on my experience today.. I ordered 2 toasted cheese sandwiches and 1 coffee latte and an ordinary coffee. I asked the waitress for 1 sandwich without butter as I have an allergy to butter and as I like very light coffee if I could have a very small amount of coffee in a separate container from the milk. The sandwiches arrived unfortunately it was a different waitress who. wasn't sure which one had the butter or not... She asked if I could ' open' my sandwich to see was there butter on it ant the other person to have a look at his sandwich for butter. On my request she took the sandwich as I told her I would like to be sure there was no butter on it... Another thing I was unhappy about was I asked for a sandwich and I never mentioned I wanted crisps or what looked like curry sauce.... When I was paying the bill I was astonished that a toasted cheese sandwich cost 5.5 euro bringing the total bill to Approximately 17 euro for 2 coffees and 2 cheese sandwiches and very poor service... . I almost forgot to mention when I eventually received my sandwich I had almost all my coffee drunk. In my opinion 17 euro very badly spent..... Can I have your comments please?

Nice hotel not sure it s suitable for families nothing much to do for the kids! Bedrooms are quite small and when they put a fold up bed in the room it became even smaller. The carpet in our room was very grubby needed to be changed other than that the room was very clean and the staff seemed very nice.

... it would be nice to add disposable flip-flops in the room;) generally standard Ireland;) besides, everything is, as in the hotel, you need something and there is nothing you can imagine, there are a lot of shops around it, a gym
, because the one in it, then ... I have better equipment at home hehe, unfortunately not for people exercising :) the pool is also jet: D

Room was nice. Had iron, iron board, safe box, fridge, however there was no hairdryer.
Food - 1)Breakfast, would not suggest to have breakfast in the hotel unless it is really necessary. (15Eu per person, doesn't worth at all)
2) we stayed on Wednesday, have been told we can have dinner or order room service till 10pm, even said the same on welcoming letter we have been given on arrival by a receptionist, however when we went to the bar at 21.30 we have been told food stopped at 21.00 and we can only get drinks to the room or if we want food we can order room service. All fine went back to room to check room service menu, tried to call bar 5 times to order food, no answer even when called through reception and was transferred to bar connection was somehow lost and had to ring again, when finally got onto them have been told that can only order sandwiches as food finished at 21.00 I asked about about mentioned 10pm by a receptionist and was given a quick answer that it's only during weekends, even thought it wasn't specified on the information letter we were given.
Everything else seemed ok.

Absolutely appalling. Wrong starter delivered was told it would be taken off bill, it wasn't. Asked for well done steak, 1 half was well done, the other half could have walked off the plate into the nearest field for grazing. Table obviously hadn't been cleaned properly and I got grease all over my top when I leaned across the table. Definitely won't be back. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. This review is for the 14 below restaurant.

Security guards at the door for an event searched me every time I went for a smoke. Several people in our group got invasively searched by one guard who seemed to like his job a little too much.

Nice clean hotel however service was awful. Firstly man on reception found great difficulty in finding my name for booking. When found offered no apology. Then went on to tell us that breakfast was served 8.30 - 11. Myself and my partner went to the ground floor at 10.15 next morning expecting breakfast only to be told that breakfast was over, and was actually served on 13th floor! No apology offered once again or alternative proposed. Would not stay here again!!

I love the location, pricing, service, style & reward perks of this hotel. This was our second time staying and we will be back again.

We had a king sea-view. Sure, you need good vision to see the sea, but it's there! We stayed 3 nights and added breakfast.

Our check in was late, (thanks to a navigation re-route after a long day out), tho flawless. We were presenting a drink amenity and advised the bar was still open... nice touch.

Our aromatherapy spray wasn't in the room. Not a huge deal, but I didn't bring any with me, since the room included it and we really liked the provided one on our last stay. The room was clean, well-appointed and spacious.

Breakfast was plentiful. The croissants alone were worth the additional cost. I could have eaten them all day, every day. There is cereal, fruit, eggs, black & white pudding, ham (bacon), deli meats and cheeses, assorted breads & pastries, a gluten-free station and... did I mention the croissants?

Check-out was painless. We owed a small additional amount for taxes. The gent working the desk called up to make sure we got breakfast pre-departure, when he found out we hadn't yet eaten and were flying out. On his insistence, we went up for breakfast before going to the airport. I owe him one. We would not have had time to eat. The lines were crazy.
Those small touches make a huge difference and will keep us coming back.

Another great stay.

Stayed the night here, as we were attending a wedding in Bellingham Castle. Rooms nice and clean and cosy. Staff on reception were very friendly. Hotel itself is very basic but fine for an overnight stay

We usually use the Crowne Plaza for meetings but the one in Belfast is far better than Dundalk.

In Dundalk unfortunately the car park spaces are quite limited and small and there's no pool to relax in.

That aside the staff are really helpful and the food downstairs in the bar is really nice. I had goats cheese and then ice cream for dessert. I would still go back there.

It is really luxurious here, it looks like a monster from the outside, but it is said: don't read a book by its cover and it is. The only thing I can complain about is wrong lighting solutions.

I didn't explore most of it, but it seems like a very nice and cosy hotel. However when I was there I asked the receptionist how to get to one of the meeting rooms and she couldn't direct me at all, just told me to take the lift. Which when I did I still had to make to left turns and down the hall to get to where I needed to be, and that's simply not good enough.

I have been here a couple of times now and have always been pleasantly surprised at how effective the staff run this establishment. The hotel and all of its facilities are kept clean and presentable at all times. The staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I have come across. I would most definitely recommend this venues to all of my friends and family for any event they may have.
