As you would expect, everything is taken care of for you.
Polite staff, wonderfull breakfast, nice lounge bar, spa. The only downturn is that it's bit far from towncenter. But if i ever visit Dundalk, I am staying here. Best hotel in town!

We've stayed here before and will hopefully stay here again. Best to book via a 3rd party eg Supervalubreaks. Can't fault this hotel.

Very impressed with this hotel. So clean, excellent food the breakfast was amazing and staff in restaurant so kind and helpful.

Solid hotel. Spacious and modern rooms, great guy at reception, contemporary interior. Some humming noise coming from the ceiling and dirty curtains prevent four star rating but still, a good hotel.

Friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful. Great food ,lovely rooms,amazing views, nothing too much trouble. Staff are this hotel's best asset.

Very nice clean hotel, well equipped and spacious rooms.
I was satisfied. I lowered one star for a poor air condition ( couldn't set ) and bad coffee.

Repair policy on hotel equipment is nonexistent. Checked in Thursday 24th August roller doors not working. Cigarette machine not working. Leaving Saturday 26th August still not working. Tv in room also decided to stop working Friday night and still not working Saturday morning. Staff in hotel very pleasant but restaurant staff need service training and breakfast food was not very fresh to the extent some of the product were sour. Not good value for the money being charged per night.

This hotel knows how to make its clients comfortable and relaxed....highly recommended

Modern hotel with updated fixtures. Room is large and well appointed. Bathroom has separate bathtub and standing shower. Upscale restaurant with good (but pricey) food. Nice hotel to spend the night if you are driving from Dublin to Belfast.

The staff are great, it's clean and the food is really good. The staff are very accommodating, my partner paid for a full breakfast then changed his mind and they happily gave him a refund and he just ate the continental. Stay here everytime we're visiting family.

Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent view. Hot breakfast though slight overdone.

I stayed here for 3 nights. A pair of Trousers went missing. The Windows were left open, but no housekeeping was done. I was advised that money would be put on my card as compensation in 4 to 5 days it will now take 10 days which is totally unacceptable.

A little on the expensive side for the average person, target is definitely business customers. This was booked as the last night of our visit to Northern Ireland as a treat from the usual 2 star hotels. Service was good generally, we had dinner in the bar. Good range of food at reasonable prices and tasty. Meal for 4 was less than 60 including drinks. Rooms were excellent, well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and service likewise. Only downside was being overcharged at check-out, this was due we think to an IT issue when we checked in. Fortunately we had our email confirmation printed out and a refund was sorted out.

Love it here. My kids were delighted with it. Staff are so friendly and happy to help. The food is outstanding. Myself and family do travel the length of this 32 county island trying foods in different restaurants and by far this is one of the best. 1st time I've ordered pasta from a restaurant and it was al dente, just the way we love it. Will absolutely be back.
Just came down for lunch. They have a whole carvery on. Absolutely delishious. Large portions. My hubby is a large man and he was stuffed after the small portion he ordered.
WELL DONE TO THE CHEF. GIVE THAT PERSON A RAISE.

Great carvery or pub food during the day and fabulous views and food from the rooftop restaurant.

We had a Christmas party. Food really nice. Band superb ( The Urge). Staff very good. The only minus that toilets were forgotten to be looked after.

Went in today for food myself and a friend ,Benny and theresa was on carvy The food was hot and very beautiful,Theresa took our payment her personality was fantastic great to see staff members happy and enjoying their job well done guys use made our lunch very enjoyable, to the mangers use have fantastic staff

Very expensive room, food I had was average, nothing really wrong with it but nothing special, nice and tidy place just too expensive

Google maps need to update your hotel have it down as shopping center

Contemporary hotel usefully located outside of Dundalk, with integral free parking. The staff are polite friendly and knowledgeable.

Just had an overnight stay in Crown Plaza.. room.was beautiful. .Girl on reception was amazing couldn't do enough for us.. breakfast lovely..defo would come again

Very modern and clean hotel. The rooms are generously equipped and have a decent size. The bathrooms are equipped with shower and bathtub. The staff very professional and courteous.

Close to Dundalk racecourse for anyone going racing.Food in the hotel is always excellent.Only drawback is there is not much for children to do even though there is a place out back they can run around in

Great hotel, great staff. Stayed for a week and had an amazing time. Room was clean every day, and the staff was friendly and helpful when needing a wake up call and cab service!

Landed at 20 past 5 had to queue for 25mins to get checked in as only one check in clerk. When got to desk was told that room wouldn't be ready for another 30 mins. Waited for another 40 mins so it took well oven an hour to get checked in!! Good breakfast, location and bedroom though

This hotel is spotless, the food is fabulous and the staff are so nice and attentive. The waiter in the restaurant, Michael, he was so kind and welcoming, he couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely stay here again

I've been here for lunch, dinner, weddings, Christmas parties and used their conference facilities. Lovely hotel.

Conference centre was good for the brief time I was there. Facilities were good and a good area for lunch away from the main hotel.

Not as upmarket as the crown plaza in Blanchardstown. But still very good facilities and staff. Food and beverages staff excellent-fast service and good portions for meals. No rush to move you on so you could relax over the meal and chat.

I love this hotel, very clean, the staff is very friendly. However, the food is not to the rest of the hotel. That is a pity. It is still a good place to stay when you are in Dundalk. Keep up with the good job guys
