Good Hotel like all Crowne Plaza, well situated, but need a car

Very good. Been at a few events and shows. Very good service and atmosphere.

My favorite hotel in Ireland, the upgrade me to a gorgeous room with lovely views and complimentary Irish chocolate and when I arrived the reception Ali been so friendly and welcome, thanks Ali for your ospitalitate, I will return in March !

Great staff and food. Stayed a few times and I have been happy everytime with the service.

Never used the hotel, restoran on the top floor has good views, but not the best food

Had bar food. The Mexican taco dish which was a gluten free option was amazingly tasty and I couldn't finish it...I would definitely recommend this.

Went for a bite to eat with friends, service was shockingly slow and the food left a lot to be desired.

Simply the best..everything rooms, food service and friendliness top class.

Waited on a quiet sat afternoon for 45 minutes to get my lunch while 2 tables who ordered after us received their meals (burger and beef dish) when my arrived wasn't what I ordered sent it back took supervisor 5mins to come and find out why.

Great hotel I stay there a lot of weekend with my children. Only for they STOLE from my credit card a night stay when I didn't even stay. Staff were very ignorant when I HAD to travel from Drogheda to dundalk to get my money put back on the card and to make it worse the manager didn't even need my card to do this. When I question about my card details apparently they took my card details without my knowledge even the security number on the back of card. The Data and financial ombudsmen will be informed as they Broke the law

reasonably priced and comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

I had my wedding in the crowne plaza Dundalk and they we're fantastic and me and my wife go to the hotel once a week for a meal

Lovely hotel beds very comfortable room and bathroom was spotless . In the evening we had a meal in the rooftop restaurant food was excellent . Would have given 5 stars but felt the bar lacked a bit of atmosphere but other than that would definitely stay again.

TV service is very poor

I stayed here for one night the room was lovely, staff very friendly got to check in early. They have a gym in this hotel not that I use it.

Hotel nice but the Food leaves something to be desired awful

I had orginised a nite to the races for 40 people and we stayed here and I have to say what a fab hotel the rooms are just amazing the beds are so comfy and had everything you need from coffee to an iron. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was fab and a great selection to choose from an the most amazing views to look out at while having breakfast would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. All staff are just amazing everyone one of us loved it

For a Crowne plaza hotel, it's very average. Bar staff are very unpleasant.

Our room was comfortable and clean with a great view. There was a Nespresso coffee maker in the room! The breakfast was nice and the staff friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Staff and food were excellent. My second time staying here and both times the room was cold and AC not working. Staff and food make up the 5 stars on their own.

Carvery on a Sunday is excellent. The restaurant upstairs is also very good.

A decent hotel. Nothing spectacular but nothing to complain about. Stunning views from restaurant on top floor.

Good food. A bit disappointed that they took the nachos off the menu though.

Stop here from time to time on my way back from Dublin, very normal motorway hotel, nothing really stands to make you want to book a long weekend here.

Unbelievable food and staff so nice will definitely be back and safety measures are best we have seen thank yous again

Stayed here for just 1 night and was very impressed with the facilities and especially the food. I highly recommend the burger from the Bar and it's well worth getting up for the great breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Bed so comfortable. Lovely view of sea & mountains from bedroom window. Only downside was sevice was slow. Seem to be short staffed. Chef was giving out to cook at breakfast. Didn't give a gd impression. The man was doing his best. The hotel just didnt have enough staff on.

Nice bar food, but the restaurant menu is fantastic (and great value).

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms, delicious buffet breakfast. 2pm late check-out was a great added bonus.

Great food, great bar, easy parking, nothing negative to say even if I wanted too.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it's been amazing. Lovely rooms. I had the suite this time which to my joy had a bath and a massive shower. Rooms are always lovely and clean. Breakfast is great and is a buffet style although you'll have to wait if you want a fried egg. Roof top restaurant is great. Everyone is so friendly and always happy to help. Has a large free car park which is another plus. Will definitely stay again.
