I attended a training seminar here. The class rooms were clean, lunch was fantastic, and the hotel was easy to get to.

Hotel staff were great. Enjoyed the upgrade to an executive suite on a one night stay as a platinum member.

The room was clean and tidy. I loved the shower. The club lounge was closed, but we got a comp for the breakfast buffet. I would stay here again.

Lovely rooms, comfortable although pricey and there was long hair in the shower...

There very briefly for a conference. Beautiful lobby and the conference room was comfortable.

Hotel is undergoing much needed renovations. The fillet was very good.

So far my stay has been average room is nice and comfortable plenty of space nice athletic room. Not much stands out nor do I have any complaints.

This place needs a remodel and the rooms are not quiet at all. You can hear everything.

Stayed over night for work because of a snowstorm. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

The parking lot of very big, the building itself looks very nice and the lobby is beautiful. The company conference room and set up was very nice and very comfortable. The breakfast and lunch spreads were great and the event went off without a hitch. There were no technological issues with the microphones and projectors, and the staff was very nice.

I used to live in the area so I know this hotel. I stayed recently and the front of the building had trash laying around and the trash can was overflowing with trash. It looked like nobody had swept in between the front doors in a long time. The service was ok. It just seemed like it was going downhill.

It was a very comfortable place to stay. My stay was indeed the best i have ever had. Breakfast was nice, the staff friendly and helpful. I can not just explain the whole experience but it was great.

The bathroom was a little weird with no lock on the door and no way to completely close the bathing area which was a little awkward

Only a day trip to watch dance competition. Nice lobby area with some comfortable seats to hang out for awhile. Also besides the restaurant and bar convenient for access, there was also a small area for some fast and snack food available.

Updated review. Had to knock two stars off for the awful condition the property is in right now during construction. Was supposed to be done by now when we had our seminar there and it was nowhere near complete. Rooms have been updated, but the rest of the hotel was run down, beat up and dirty. No excuse for the halls not at least having been vacuumed.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. The bar area was busy and full of other professionals, and the meals were priced accordingly. Overall I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10.

Service was phenomenal, very attentive. Food was decent. Hotel in general felt outdated.

Spaciously Comfortable! The decor is very modern. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom boasts a very nice shower and microwaves are available upon request. There is a refrigerator in the room as well. The property is very conveniently located to the king of Prussia mall. Would love to return for another stay

Stayed for a weekend event from a Friday - Sunday. The rooms are recently renovated and have a lot of plugs and outlets, which was really nice. The heating and cooling in the room was not very good. It was pretty chilly and when we put the thermostat up it just blew out cold air. We went to the front desk and they gave us some extra blankets. Be aware that the doors are super thin and you can hear everything in the halls, especially slamming doors. This is also true if you have a room that has an adjoining door. It's easy to hear the music/conversations of your neighbor. The breakfast and restaurant at the facility was fine and the stag was nice and helpful. I did like that they served food late.

Absolutely love this hotel. Location is amazing next to the mall. Breakfast is great with omelettes made to order. I always stayed there when I'm in the area.

The bathrooms have perfect lighting for makeup but the price for a room is kinda midway thought... maybe cuz I have no money with me ever

Room was nice and clean with a view of the rear parking lot which was fine. Water pressure and tempt were good too. Pillows were a bit too soft. Hallway had a nasty odor....smelled like throwup mixed with baby diapers. Saturdays 9am breakfast rush was awful. No silverware on tables or drinks to go with the food. Ran out of plates and all the normal tables were filled.

It's time for a remodel. Floors are worn things need to be painted. But other then it being run down. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Hotel was a little dated. Service was good. Rooms were comfortable.

I never write any review but this time I think I should do it.
We (my friend and I) had a very unpleasant experience mainly due to our dirty room and bad breakfast. Our room was covered with dog's hairs. My main concern was the breakfast though. We found a loaf of bread with fungus in the buffet, where so many people were having breakfast including children. We had to wait two hours to talk to the manger who showed up around 11 AM. We also gave the rotten bread pic to the Manager and front desk. I felt that should let you know about this because kids may eat some of the rotten foods in the hotel buffet. Please let me know if you need more information and please send this concern to the right people where they can further investigate this hotel.

This is an above average hotel. Good amenities, decent hotel rooms. Had a dinner event and it was good. Enjoyed everything.

I attended a professional event in one of the banquey halls. The staff was very friendly, pur lunch was great, and everyone had a good time. I would recommend it to businesses looking to host a large meeting.

Old Holiday Inn Valley Forge from years past was rebuilt about 10 years as the Crown Plaza/new lobby and meeting rooms/was Just remodeled again with new lobby and restaurant areas.
Friendly staff) clean facilities
New lobby has a lot more outlets that work(!)
Some guest rooms were made bigger in the first renovation but most rooms are still the "old Holiday Inn" size with small rooms and the old bathtubs.
Right across from King of Prussia Mall.

Attended a work banquet, typical subpar Hotel food.

Was here for a meeting. Not too impressed. The place seem old, like walls and trim kind of beat up inside. The lunch was fantastic but I did have to worry about the people who served it with lots of loose having hair and no hair net! Ugh!!

128$ for one queen bed , room modernish , hallways getting oldish Main entrance is nice.. stayed on the 4th floor, went down to first floor at night and noticed gets loud from the bar/restaurant

Our room had 4 guys inside, and when we wanted to take a shower in the bathroom, and there was PEE in the shower, it smelled Like pee after we washed it out. HORRIBLE HOTEL, a little girl walked into a room of an unmade bed with a room that smelled like smoke

The location, near the King of Prussia Mall, is very convenient. The rooms and service were plesant. A good overnight experience.

Went to an event here. Very typical, hotel food. Beer selection was great. Facility was clean and convenient to get to.

This was a great hotel. However the last two stays were mediocre at best. Some rooms need major repair and update. They use to have the best breakfast buffet but the last two stays again just ok.

Quick access to 202 and KoP mall. Room was very clean, staff was pleasant.

Had a meeting. They have MANY meeting rooms and there are NO maps. Had to goto front desk and ask where to go. And then the directions were kinda meh...

This crowne plaza is one of the best Crowne plaza's I've been to. Emaculate, elegance is the best attributes I can think. Great customer service, friendly employees. Breakfast was on point, hallways impeccably clean, this hotel has a touch of modernity, ample USB charging ports available. The room is so clean, rich cotton blankets, the bed so comfortable and the price is so right. This hotel is surrounded by so much activities, Valley Forge National park, incredible dining and night life. You are in the middle of the casino and the KOP mall.

Stayed here for the Army/Navy game. Clean, food was well prepared. Customer service/front desk was awesome. Left a device behind and they took good care of it until we could get back to pick it up and did not invade the privacy of the device in any way. I really appreciate that! Thank you to Ackeem/front desk.

Great accommodations during the Corona virus crisis. The staff was very fast and courteous. Pandemic procedures were well followed.

I dident like it beacuse i had ordered a room for my family with two duble beds and when o arrived it was only one duble bed. My son was tired and i dident get any other rooms beacuse rhey said they where full. After like half and hour we are getting a room and the room is just as small as the other one but it got two duble beds at least, i do not like this place.

This is a great hotel with a nice open lounge, accessible bar and parking is convenient. Super close to the mall and generally fair pricing for a stay in the area.
