Crowne Plaza and Valley Forge Suites Review

The interior Decor is a little dated. The lobby bar is a lively place with Lively people.

I was at a conference a few days ago and stayed here for three nights. The restaurant was under renovation and they were using Conference Center rooms for the dining room. Despite this, I had a lovely experience. The staff were uniformly efficient, pleasant and helpful, the room had been renovated very cleverly from an architectural standpoint. Power wherever you wanted it, cleverly placed indirect lighting as well as spot task lighting available. Walk-in shower design as a retrofit worked very well. The food in the itinerant restaurant was excellent.

Nice Facility. Second time here for an event. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint was the average food provided. Good modern conference center.

Was here in the public areas and the banquet rooms. Pretty nice staff, helpful and professional.

I was supporting a corporate event. My experience was mostly positive except the wifi specific to the event in the hotel was extremely spotty.

Staff here are friendly and try to accommodate the guest to the best if there Ability ! The entire hotel has recently been renovated and the resturant looks amazing and breakfast buffet is way better and a lot more choices been added ! The front lobby is gorgeous and they ve added tables and booths with TVs at each one and charging stations and outlets to allow there guest feel as comfortable as possible , they also added a beautiful fire pit with fake flames but it added a touch of comfort and warmth that feels very inviting and relaxing !! A few minor things that I told the front desk that I wasn t pleased with but as always they fix the problem and make up for the inconvenience that it has cause which is why I will not mention what I was not happy with because they fixed it and made sure I was happy there after !!! Our Xmas party of 500 guest also was amazing and wonderful just like it is every year !! Shopping for Xmas the next day made simple due to every store you could possibly want is all in a 1 mile drive or walk , so our entire stay was partying , romantic , entertaining , gambling at casino and historical with lots of adult fun , memorable and Xmas magic which included getting all our shopping for our kids started and finished , which is why we book entire weekend every year the weekend of our work Xmas party so I guess we can also say a family tradition has been made for us and it s our time to be away from the kids for a couples retreat lol

Omggggg I dont think I can describe in words how good everything is!!!! The food, the people, the very warm welcome...all top of the line service!!! I'm recommending to everyone! WILL BE GOING BACK......WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!

Bad musty odor upon entering the room. It smells like it hasnt been cleaned in months. The carpet felt wet. The bed made me itch. Felt like my skin was crawling. We would have drove home if it wasn't so far. Also charged $50 extra. Would never stay here again not even for free.

The proximity to the mall and food is an asset along with USB ports in the rooms. Not much on the negative side to talk about other than the water pressure and temperature which could've been hotter.

Came here for a Honda Clarity new car training class. Lunch was good and service was top notch!!!

great location, had to evacuate in the early morning due to a fire alarm but it was handled very well and quickly

We have quarterly business meetings there. And they always take good care of us and provide what we need and ask for.

Okay hotel. I didn't stay there I just went there for a job event

Attending my sister's dance competition held at the hotel and it is currently handling the large crowd well.

Nice hotel in the King of Prussia Mall parking lot. The bar was dull

Went for Easter Brunch. The selection was pretty good but some of the food wasn't the greatest. I would go again.

Woman at the desk, Sharon, was great. Super helpful, nice, and made me feel like she wanted to help me. In passing I made a comment about looking for a local martial arts gym. The next time I came through, she had 3 picked out and written down with phone numbers! Great custmer service. Thank you.

Stayed for one night only. Decent room. Lots of noise from hallway is about my only complaint. Didn't hear much from other rooms, just the hallway. Bar was decently stocked and busy. Close to some decent food options and pretty easy to get to casino if that interests you. Weekend breakfast not available until 7am, weekdays are 6am.

Room was nice enough but the elevators needed work as the floor selection panels were unbolted and flopping around. T.V. was an issue as channels would freeze randomly. Wifi is available but signal was so weak I ended up tethering my cell phone to my laptop. No free coffee or breakfast in lobby. Hotel has a restaurant and you have to pay for breakfast.

Subpar room. Very dated and antiquated. Heating unit not modern. Bed fairly comfortable, pillows not. This would be acceptable for a budget competitor motel or chain hotel for $99, but this was double the cost. Charging $2.00 for bottled water in the room during a snowstorm is a joke.

This hotel has been remodeled and is extremely clean. I would recommend it highly to anyone staying in the King of Prussia area

Expected better. At least the shower should work. If you want to duck your head under the faucet to wash your hair, stay here

Friendly staff, next to a nice shopping center, and only a ten minute drive from valley forge national park. I came for a corporate event but I will definitely come back with my wife for a vacation.

I was there at a conference room for an event and everything was wonderful. The only problem I had was the ladies room, the toilet in the Ladies Room handicap stall was filthy and I had to clean it myself.

Lovely venue. Great service. Food was a little over done but that expected when tending to that many people. All around it was a pleasant time.

Great stay for us. Rooms nice and comfortable. Clean and crisp atmosphere. Staff friendly. We would recommend to families and friends as well!

Great Professional Venue -
Comfortable seating, beautiful spaces and good food. Healthful options were available, but I would have liked to see more options for protein that didn't involve sauces with added sugars. Even the salads were pre-dressed and there was no oil or vinegar immediately available that I could see.
Everyone else loved the food though!

We stayed at Crowne Plaza King of Prussia over President's Day Weekend. The facility was understaffed and the experience was a total disappointment. The hotel was completely sold out with dance teams and hockey teams and not a single staff member was concerned with helping guests since they sold out and making money.

One of the member of our team was thrown out of his room two hours after check in, his luggage and belongings were thrown in lost and found and his laundered shirt were rolled up in a ball.

Another member of our team was told that his room was being "cleaned" and the only thing that happened were his towels were folded but the room was not serviced and the bed was not made. We had 19 families in this hotel for the entire weekend and homeless people get treated better at a shelter then the service we got.

I don't like it when I am assigned a handicap room without asking me if it's okay. I understand that you need to have these rooms but they are inconvenient.

The rooms were huge with doors which could open and you could talk to other people!

Went to an event for work and I liked their set up in the lobby with meeting times on screens around the lobby. Nice environment and good food at Sterlings restaurant

As soon as you walk in there is a display with the meeting location and map! And a concierge greeted me and provided help. Great service!

Loved the executive suite, it's newly remodeled..only downside of the stay was there was no hot water in the morning.

Needs some upgrades. Not of the level of other crowned plazas I've stayed at
