Staff are Wonderful. We stay twice a year and bartender, Sarah, remembers our drinks and our names. Rooms are clean and acceptable. Food could be better, but there are plenty of places around the area for food.

Very nice hotel. Was there for a conference but stayed an extra night. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet including an omelet station. Nice room.

I thought it was on the expensive side for just adequate. There for a conference they didn't seem prepared to handle. Not enough staff in the restaurant. Service desk and restrooms backed up. Had to ask for housekeeping. Room was very clean and furnished in the inexpensive Swedish box store style, which didn't match the common areas. Headboard light switch didn't work. No microwave (surprise) and square cube fridge much too small for an upright bottle of anything. In room coffee was brown water. Ballroom was more classic and classy style. No free coffee or continental breakfast and no mention was made of vouchers. Next door has coffee and continental breakfast. I would have preferred there, but, it's good our room was close to the conference because we needed the restroom. We ended up making a trip to get groceries. Mall is close enough to walk.

Very clean. Great staff. Super comfortable beds. TV service a little poor but that was minor. Elevators need some updating. Definitely would stay here again.

No freaking pool...is this a joke...14$ for breakfast buffet...no coffee in the reception...it's 2017...catch up with the crowd please

Wow! It's a great place for a Conference. They gave us each $10/a day in food vouchers, which we spent at the great buffets. Lots of nice Conference rooms with comfortable chairs and good acoustics. They even have a free shuttle to take us to the Mall and other points of interest. Great gym, but no pool. Wonderful experience.

I was here for a large conference and it was very disappointing. There are only 1 bathroom on each lobby floor. There is only one set of elevator for a very large hotel. No microwaves in the rooms. Room is right with two beds. Bathroom has 1 hook only to hang towels. There is 1 restaurant and they were understaffed with 4 conferences going on at the same time. One ice machine on each floor. Only place you can by snacks is by the ice machines.
The acoustics for the conference. Was so bad people were leaving.
This was the biggest hotel near the conference with little amenities. The location is great so stay right next to the crowne plaza where there is a Marriot.

I was employed as a housekeeper there, the update that they did to the rooms are definitely a decent upgrade

This hotel was relatively decent. However we ordered a non smoking room and we got a room that smelled like smoke. Additionally I was very disappointed with the lack of recycling amenities, I am positive that this important to not only myself but also to existing and potential guests. The hotel should seriously consider becoming more green and environmentally conscious. The food was good along with the overall stay.

Very upscale hotel. Had a work party in one of there ballrooms. Impressed. Food was a good but a little over the top. Chef was trying too hard.

found this place on priceline express deals. rooms are clean and the food offered via room service is amazing. definitely would recommend the onion soup and penne pasta!

I give the service a 3 and the entertainment they provided was a 2 school kids could have done better

Pros- breakfast was great!
Cons- water pressure was okay. Bathroom door was crooked and didn't closed completely. The walls are so thin so if you are not lucky with the neighbors, you won't get much sleep.

DANCE COMPETITION!!! Everything was well maintained and staff was able to keep up with the volume of people in and out of hotel.

Was ok. But there was no pool and the elevator situation is horrible.

Attended the Annual Valley Forge Leadership Prayer Breakfast in the Conference Center...Great Christian Event...Great Food...It was awesome to see so many Business and Community leaders come together for the purpose of prayer and leading peers to salvation and networking in the business arena...

Loved the proximity to KOP Mall but there was a problem with fruit flies/gnats in our room and the restaurant. Not enough trash cans in the room. Room service was slow in the clearing trays from the hall. Otherwise a nice establishment with accomodating staff.

Great location right next to the mall, decent service and lots of options to eat.

As expected for a crowne plaza, room was tidy, neat, and up to date. Got in after the local restaurants had closed and ate at the bar, was very pleasantly surprised with the food, one of the better Cobb salads I've had

Pricey but good meeting facility with quite a few options.

I was there for a professional event/interview. The conference hall was clean and well lit. The refreshments that the company provided through the hotel were very nice.

The lobby is lovely, and service was good. Halls are cold and unattractive.

Cody the manager was excellent his hospitality plus the expertise he had on drinks was superior. I really enjoyed my time at the bar and will come anytime i m in town.

2 elevators, a barber shop, an indoor pool, and restaurant. The breakfast buffet isn't that good though and it is overpriced.

We had a meeting in one of the ballroom. The space was clean, the service was friendly, and the food for lunch was excellent.

I attended a football banquet. The food was horrible. The chicken was not cooked all the way it was red and the so called vegetables that looked like they just came out of the ground where hard as cement. I paid for 4 meals at this banquet and not one of my guests could eat the food. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Everyone at my table complained about the food.

I attended a company holiday party there. Good ambiance.

Room is very nice design wise. Large tv, amazing walk in shower with waterfall head, and lots of big mirrors. Beds are not bad, but the are not the most comfortable either. The walls are my biggest concern, the appear to he very thin and if you are as unfortunate as I, then you could be up all night because another guest is arguing all night long with someone else in their room . Overall, I like the room a lot, and would stay again.

Had a nice meal here for the Visitation BVM CYO varsity banquet. Service was very nice too.

Full service hotel. Ample parking. Easy access to PA Turnpike, 202 and Interstate 76. Full service bar and restaurant with great happy hour specials and large selection of food options.

Besides the appearance of the hotel I was extremely disappointed with my treatment from the housekeeping dept when I went for an interview in kofp. I was asked to wait after showing up already 10 min early by Kelly in housekeeping. I waited 40 min. Disappointed that my time was not valued whatsoever. The fact that I showed up early was a plus not to mention 14years of housekeeping experience. In my words its THEIR loss not mine. I left. I am sure they can find someone absolutely...but the dedication and hard wrk I've put into my job...WILL be appreciated elsewere..

Filthy dirty hall way floor...haven't been vacumned in weeks! Vending machine and ice machine out of order on my floor. At the mall but no clear path/sidewalk to take.

Rooms are comfortable, check in is typically quick and easy, breakfast buffet is great! That being said, I attempted to call the desk about kids running and yelling in hallways about 1145pm, and the desk hung up on me and refused to pick up after that. The bathroom fixtures were shoddily upgraded, and not properly installed or sealed; you could smell mold in the bathroom and there was no exhaust fan.

I visited the hotel to attend a large professional event. The conference room was huge and well ventilated with crisp air conditioning. Bathrooms were clean and near the event room. Staff were very helpful and pleasent.

Went for a security expo. Facilities were nice and the catered food was amazing. Lobby was clean and inviting.

The hallways are very long with only 3 ,elevators 2 that are five feet apart and 1 that's across the hotel , that leads to an unfinished hallay on the ground floor , breakfast choices are also minimal
