This is a business travelers review. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in terms of cleansing Nas rooms are outdated showers beds are semi comfortable food is horrible service is horrible.
Picture piles of dirty towels land bed linens pilled in the hallway all long the 2nd floor which is the floor I stayed on. There we too many hotel choices in the area for someone to select this hotel.

Our room at the Crown Plaza looked great at first sight, but there was actually many things the detracted from the experience. The computer chair was ripped terribly and should have been replaced. Our jetted tub was broken and did not function. The hallway smelled quite stale and old. There was no hair dryer provided. The iron provided was broken. This place seemed like it could be great with a little attention to detail and pride of ownership. I would not recommend it at the prices they charge. You would be better off in an economy hotel.

I've stayed here a few times and never had any issues. The rooms are reasonable. Breakfast buffet is quite expensive ($19 i believe) so you might be better off going elsewhere. Otherwise the staff has always been helpful and never had to deal with noise or problems while staying here.

Good, up-to-date facility, clean, modern, friendly, helpful. A good place to stay and generally a good price. I was at the Philly Gift Show and this was only about 10 minutes away from conference center.

Very comfortable environment for a professional event. The staff was warm and friendly as well.

Currently construction ongoing on the 2nd floor, but it's not in the evenings. No problems with the room, but nothing extraordinary

I attended an event sponsored by gift of life, the hotel was easy to find and was very clean. I feel very comfortable

The ballroom was gorgeous! It was perfect for the event I was attending. I absolutely loved the salad!

Attended workshop, confer room was freezing Friday eve Sat, Sun.
Very rushed restaurant staff.
Very crazy way to get coffee , very expensive for CUP.. THEN FREE COFFEE..LOL

Well appointed hotel, lively bar scene. Courteous staff.

This hotel was easy to find, located in King of Prussia. Wouldn't mind staying here sometime. Job fair was held in the Independence ballroom.

Clean hotel, bar staff was very nice, though the beer selection is very limited. Food was ok and portions were very large.

Very polite and attentive staff but the facility leaves a little to be desired. The gym is nonexistent and the pool hours belong in a retirement home.

I am staying here tonight. The rooms are awesome, the bar and restaurant are good the people are awesome, but here is why I give it a one star. The Air conditioner has not gotten below 74 degrees. It keeps turning itself off. I called the front desk, they sent an engineer up and he told me that the new management has it set to do that. I asked how the customers are suppose to sleep when its so hot in the room and you have to make some kind of motion for it to start up again. He said he gets called to at least 5 to 7 rooms a night for the same issue! I paid good money to stay here, shouldn't it be at my comfort level, not someone that is behind a desk somewhere making that decision? I will not stay here again, nor should anyone else that likes their room at the temperature they want it to be.

Front desk staff was good. Hallway was dirty, bathroom sink was clogged. Towels an hand towels were cheap and very worn. Very surprised by this at this location.

Pleasant visit. Location is very busy because of its proximity to the King of Prussia mall.

Was there for an Eagle Scout Dinner. Hotel conference area was clean and well lit. Parking was readily available. Was easy to find from the street. Beware of traffic, however, especially during rush hour.

Food at the event was very good. Better than average for a hotel catered event. Would recommend this place for such events, but beware of the traffic in the area, and plan accordingly.

Dated room with nicely updated bathrooms. The executive floor with club access is almost laughable how un-executive like it is.

I attended a day long event, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The facilities were fine and the staff very helpful and efficient. The food, by hotel event standards, was well above average - though the breakfast scrambled eggs were cold. A very convenient location and a very successful event.

Reception Desk personnel - Hitman, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The hotel is a very restful place to stay.

I come here with my family few times a year. We just did back to school shopping at the mall. What a great location and property. Very challenging times but they will always have my support.

Excellent front desk staff Sharon, super friendly, helpful, professional! Neat, clean, spacious. The lobby had a display that looked like smoke and flames, very realistic. Plenty of room for seating in lobby, with stations for charging laptops and holding small meetings. Adjacent to J Alexander restaurant, one of our favorites. Part of the King of Prussia Mall, largest retail mall in the world. Close to Bahama breeze and cheesecake factory too. Hotel recently remodeled, we highly recommend.

Great place, wish they'd give toothpaste as a part of their toiletry kit though!

Really nice foyer. Happy staff. Water has a little smell to it though. Room was set on a really low temperture so it was cold sleeping even after i turned it off.

Really nice and clean hotel. Elevators could use an upgrade.

Crowne Plaza is a beautiful hotel to have professional meetings and events at.

Was only there for a quick conference but the staff was very nice, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

I attended a convention at the Crowne Plaza which I helped plan. Aside from the remodeling construction taking place in the lobby area, it was a very good experience. Danielle is an excellent planning coordinator. The food was very good and portions were generous - dare I say too large. The facility is clean, beds very comfortable and front desk staff cordial.

Very nice hotel. The room was quiet and clean. The hallways are somewhat dark and narrow. But that is the only negative thing I can say

My room had a king size bed that was very comfortable

The bathroom is of average suite and the shower was frameless glass and has no door which I never saw before.

The restaurant had a buffet style lunch and served a plethora of different foods. All that I ate there was very good.

The hotel conference rooms are big with comfortable chairs.

I have had the pleasure of staying here for the night and was very impressed with the hotel amenities and location for the price. What put this hotel over the top for me was the EXCELLENT service from Ackeem at the front desk. He answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner, and really made a genuine effort to go out of his way for my needs as I had a unique time table for reservations. It truly was above the calm of duty and I cannot thank him enough for making this a successful stay.

The staff was friendly and the meeting room that I was using was clean.

The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the women's attitude when I checked out. I said the bill is wrong (because i had to pay ahead) she said "oh it's wrong don't worry about it you're fine" and then took the bill. I asked her if she could please print me a correct bill and she said "No we can't print those here" I said "I don't understand why just stayed 5 days why can you not print the bill as paid?" I showed her the money that was taken out of my account & then she started getting frustrated and looking around me (there was No line I was the only one checking out) She said "You'll have to contact ____ to get your bill" & that was it. I had to Ask her "Can you please write that down for me so I can look into it even I get back over the bridge?" She grabbed something and wrote it down.
I shouldn't have had to ask an pull things out of this worker at the check-in area.
It's sad because my stay was nice ... BAD Customer service can mess up the experience

Great hotel for a meeting and very convenient for getting into and out of Philadelphia

Businesses can either chose to excel in light of COVID or make excuses. This property chooses to make excuses.

Asked for two extra pillows, it was like an act of congress to get them, due to COVID. I was told they had no extra pillows. I asked if they were max occupancy, no they weren t. It took two phone calls to get extra pillows.

Room service = you walking to get your own food and carrying it up to your room.

Elevators had trash in them, wet floor signs left behind. Carpet in hallway was filthy. Hallways were not temperature controlled, stifling stagnant air. I ve stayed in cleaner Motel 6 properties.

Very convenient and comfortable setting for an all-day professional meeting.

Clean rooms. Staff were friendly enough, but not 5 star worthy.

Place under renovation. Even earlier it was below par. Now more so.

Rooms were as to be expected. Location was good for us, close to the expo center. Shower left something to be desired, but rooms were all together fine.

Location is easy to get to & conveniently situated next to the KoP Mall. Service is great, food is amazing, and rooms are also very nice. My only issue was the thermostat in my room. It was extremely hard to get a consistently comfortable temperature in my room. Other than that, no issues. Would definitely stay here again if the price was right!

Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Rooms are a little tight

This hotel is by far the most filthy hotel I've been in within recent memory. Actually shocked how much trash is around the property and in the halls.

I will never stay in a crowne property again.

Noisy & dirty. Maybe okay for a conference but otherwise don t stay here.

Pretty good rooms IDK prices was there for a wedding. Food was really great and so was the staff

Clean. Helpful staff. Few amenities but very reasonably priced if your looking for "just a room." Sink was clogged but when I called about it in the morning they fixed it before we came back in the evening. Good stay for my family of four.

Went to meet a DJ for our wedding we are planning. Lobby was roomy and quite. Great place for a quick meeting. Staff did not bother us while we were there.

Great venue to hold meetings of any size. Be sure to bring a sweater or jacket because it feels like a freezer.

Crowne Plaza is a very good place to do professional events. I recommend it to everyone. While your event is on loan there are no interruptions and no problems.

We were at the Crowne Plaza to meet with John in Catering Sales. He was one of the most professional people that I have ever dealt with in all my years of being associated with hospitality professionals. He answered all if my questions and offered fantastic alternatives when issues arose. I will definitely consider using these facilities if I am ever in need of them in the future.

Great location for anyone doing business in the area.

It is an ok hotel for an overnight stay, nothing more. It is very close to a big shopping center which is nice. Wouldn't be my first choice of stay next time around.

Staff was pleasant , room spotless and overall just a comfortable place to stay and meet despite all the restrictions...plenty of parking and places to eat in the area.
