Good clean professional hotel. It was uhhhh nier construction which was unfortunate but it didn't distract or bother us for the most part. Good location to easily walk to the large mall nearby.

Beautiful hotel! Very impressed with the architecture.

We stayed here the evening of Memorial Day this week. I am sure it was a very busy weekend for the hotel. However, the halls were dirty and there were ants on our windowsill. That being said, it fit our needs and the staff were nice.

No towel racks (at all) in the bathroom. The breakfast is NOT free, and is expensive. There's also no pool and no Fox Sports One (FS1) on cable. Otherwise, it was a clean hotel, the Wi-Fi was fast enough, and the location is really convenient.

Very nice. On site bar and restaurant, gym and walking distance to Mall.

Was there for a work conference. The facilities was great and the service was excellent.

Clean and modern. Not the biggest room but sufficient.

Hotel was very nice and clean. They mentioned there was remodeling going on but I never noticed it. My only issues were that I had to try my room key at least 5x to get in the room and only a few channels on the TV in my room worked the others were just static. Besides that everything was very nice.

Nice meeting rooms. I have been here a couple of times for events, always good experience.

The hotel is nearly done a total renovation and it is really nice. I was here for a youth hockey tournament and am very pleased with my choice.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Right across the street you have the simon mall. Nice hotel, lots of parking space, comfortable bed, decent complementary breakfast. Was very surprised they don't have microwave in the room. Other lower priced hotels have this. Overall nice experience.

I literally just walked though the hotel to meet some friends. Looked nice though.

Was unable to get an EMERGENCY call through. Worst service I've ever had! The bar had nothing but desperate old men always trying to make it with anyone younger then them. Disgusting!

The facility was clean and well cared for. Check-in was a little slow, but fine. The room itself was clean. The bathroom is clean and well-stocked with towels. The only real negative was that the small refrigerator in the room didn't work. I checked in too late at night to deal with it with the hotel.

Staff was great. Food was cold. Salmon was overcooked. Beef looked old.

Enjoyed the stay , only problem is the shower wouldn t get hot even continuously running the water for 15 min .

I visited the Crowne Plaza with my family for the Easter Brunch. While the space itself was organized fairly well despite the high amount of people in attendance, the food was subpar. For the $40 price tag, I would have prefereed food that was better prepared.

I attended a summit. We have it there every year, my only complaint is it is always very cold. To cold to liste to the speakers. The food is always great. The service is as well.

The location was great, the staff was very professional, and parking was free!

Rooms are nice. Some slight maintence issues. But overall ok.

Hotel ballroom was clean. Dinner served was delicious.

Went for a conference everyone was very pleasant with exception to the restaurant staff. Waited for service about 10 min no one came around to meet us... Tried again next day waiter pointed to us to sit at a dirty table and turned to speak to another customer waited about 3 min trying to get his attention than left. Bathrooms were clean. Conference was great.

Attended a seminar there, the staff is nice, goes far and beyond to address any issues and make you feel comfortable. The location itself is good and very close to the KOP mall.

Excellent location if you want to shop at the King of Prussia mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable. 15 minutes from Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.

The room was great in a pretty great location. Right on Mall Blvd and so many great shops close by. Service was wonderful. Very efficient and friendly staff there.

The fact that I was on the newly renovated 5th floor may be part of what made my experience 5 stars (everything was in newly working order and spotless), but the most remarkable thing about this property was the staff, who went above and beyond to provide great customer service. Excellent location for smaller conferences.

It was an ok generic hotel. Nothing really special.

Attended a seminar in one of the conference rooms. Facilities were as expected. My only complaint was that WiFi was not provided. You had to go to the lobby.

The hallway was dirty. The ice machine didn't work. I did like the driver who took us to the mall and restaurant. R. Lee Moore Sr was great. He was very personable and kind. He made me feel welcomed.

Great omlett breakfast. Friendly staff, the resteraunt staff remembers you. Faster upgrades than Marriott.

Very beautifully decorated but ac did not work and bathroom light was out. Had to get maintenance before we even unpacked. Bed was uncomfortable, lumpy.

I was there for my company's holiday party and it was great, service, staff was great...

The place was very elegant and fancy the rooms were nice they had sliding doors nice beds and a glamorous bathroom. The hotel however does not have a pool

Hotel is awesome. Great room. Breakfast buffet is just unbelievable. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of slow service in restaurant in the evening. It has a sign that says: "Wait to be seated by hostess". I stood there forever and no one ever came. Finally I went and sat down. They waited on me but it was like everything in the place was in SLOW MOTION. This was only in the evening in the restaurant. Morning breakfast service was absolutely perfect.

Great hotel close to the mall and restaurants. Very friendly staff.

My husband and I attended his company's annual Christmas party here and I must say we had a really good time. The staff were very courteous, attentive and respectful. The bartenders made drinks to perfection and the food was good as well. This is definitely on our list for our upcoming vow renewal.

Very nice and clean hotel. Check in was fast and easy into a room. Perfect location within walking distance to the mall and many good restaurants.

Very good attention from the reception staff. The corridors are not always clean and the cleaner takes out the garbage to them and maybe it is not collected in a long time. The hotel food is very rich and at a good price.

Well kept property. Would have stayed there again. Had change in plans, and I do understand 1:45pm is after the 11:30am check out time, but clerk said I would still have to pay for the night. This is a first for me with the IHG chain. Other members of this chain have been more understanding.

Walls are really thin. Room didnt smell to pleasant when I entered the room

The air conditioner was so loud and rattled. It woke me up and kept me awake every time it went on.
