Chicken was tough a d tasted like a frozen dinner. Water service was horrible didnt get a single refill of water all night.

Very good hotel to stay for business. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Bar and restaurant are great with and excellent bartender. Convienant to many local restaurants and local shops.

The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is great and the price is right

This is an impeccably designed and maintained hotel, all of the staff prides themselves on customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and above all making sure you want to stay here over and over again.

I attended a professional conference, and the conference rooms were perfect! The omelet station was delicious and the food was great.

Nice place, nothing super fantastic. Bed and pillows were super comfy. For some reason all of our friends had a mini fridge, but our room didn't.

Checked-in in timely fashion; clean rooms and bathrooms. Tub didn't drain properly but was not a big deal. Would return as guest.

Noisy motel. Room service knocks really loud, so you hear all your neighbors, and the vacuum late at night... Hard to get to sleep early.

The conference rooms are quite large for a group of people

Staff is outstanding! The property is nice and convenient. Great breakfast buffet and wonderful wait staff. Only 3 stars because there were some hiccups during our stay, however the staff did everything possible to correct the problems immediately.

We did spend about an hour checking in the night we stayed. There was a big group of people and I don't know what the confusion was but it took forever and by the time we got to desk it took 10 seconds. So that was a huge waste of time waiting for that. This place has the most comfortable pillows I have ever used. I wish I knew where to get some of those for my own personal use. The pillows are the reason this is 4 stars. If not for those it would probably be 2 stars The sheets on the other hand were like sleeping on tarps. They had to be the noisiest sheets I have ever encountered. The breakfast was very good though. Rooms were nice. Plenty of parking. Staff were nice

The hotel is beautiful. We attended the life and Legacy ceremony hosted by Gift of Life. It was very nice. The food and beverages that were served after the ceremony were delicious. The staff were super friendly.

We had Easter brunch and I was very impressed. I was expecting normal hotel fare but the food and service was excellent.

They were pretty busy when I checked in. I waited in line for about 20 minutes. When I got checked in, I was told there are no king beds available. I started saying "Its no problem, I really don't mind" when I was interrupted with "Let me finish." The woman at the counter continued, "there are also no rooms available, and you will have to wait for one to be clean. We can text you when your room is ready in 30 minutes to an hour.." I give her my number, and sit down in a chair in the lobby and wait. I waited for, no exaggeration, three and a half hours. I assumed there had been some kind of murder, and the guys from Pulp Fiction were cleaning the room. My coworker walks up to the front, and we were told the rooms have been ready for hours, they just weren't able to text us because of the line ahead. So I get my stuff and go to my room, which smelled faintly of cigarettes (the good news was, there was obviously no murder, because they would have done a way better job getting the smell out.) Anyway, I woke up at 4:30 am to the sound of a baby screaming in the room next to me, and people loudly doing.. "adult activities" in the other room next to me. I got maybe 3 hours worth of sleep, the night before a big conference. The breakfast was good.

Service is always excellent, food at the restaurant very good, and accommodations very comfortable.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza for a business seminar that was taking place over this past weekend. The service was excellent and everyone was so nice and professional. I stayed at the Hotel right across from the King of Prussia mall. The hotel was very neat and clean and the food service was good, could of been a little better. But I would go back and recommend any one to stay with the Crown Plaza.

Senior prom of a school I work for was held here. Food was pretty good, venue was very professional and helpful. Kids seemed to really enjoy the night

No coffee except for Decaf throughout the hotel. The person at the desk said he'd have some sent up by housekeeping. I waited 20 minutes and called up to the desk to find out what was going on and was told that he hasn't heard back from housekeeping yet. It wasn't until shortly after this, I was told that they don't have any regular coffee.

Now, here's the plus side of things-Bed was comfortable and appeared clean. This was about it.

The hotel doesn't appear to be old but a lot of the public used areas show high wear and falling apart. For instance, the elevator car control panel is so loose that when you press a button, the entire panel pushes inward and is not secure.

I was here for a professional event. The hall where the event was held was clean and the staff was friendly. The ballrooms were great and the food was fairly good. Overall, I would hold another event here.

Fantastic location. Everyone is extremely pleasant. Modern rooms have everything that you need. Couldn't possibly ask for more

Please take my review with a grain of salt, since I didn't actually stay at the hotel. I recently attended a dance competition, a yearly event for us, and basically spent a couple of days on the first floor going between the large conference rooms with my family. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, though I didn't need much, and the food offered was good enough and reasonably priced given the occasion. I would definitely stay at the hotel in the future, for the sake of convenience and because of the generally positive experience we had just "passing through." Hope I can provide more details next time!

You can hear people in the bathrooms next door as well as very clearly in the hallway. Cable stations kept freezing and loosing signal. Wasn't able to finish watching a single show. Their booking system is so bad that I had to check in again for my 2nd day even though they knew I was staying for 4 days. Over $200 a night for this?

Room was comfortable and clean, but we were located on the first floor near the exercise room which was surprisingly loud late at night.

I am not big on posting negative reviews, however, I am really disappointed in my stay at the Crowne Plaza. The only good thing I have experienced so far is the courtesy of the staff here. It is not a well cleaned facility and it is outdated. The pictures on the website look stunning but in reality everything is worn and outdated. There was a sign that said excuse the mess while we refresh but I did not see or notice any renovations during my stay.

Very nice hotel, not happy we had to pay additionally for breakfast.

Hotel is remodeling. It's not noisy but lots of blocked off areas, tarped areas. Staff is friendly and helpful with redirecting traffic as eating and drinking areas are in temporary areas. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.
Update :construction is complete and the hotel lobby is modern, bright and beautiful. Restaurant and bar are great.

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly but rooms were a little on the smaller size. Breakfast is good but overpriced unless your breakfast is included with your hotel package. Overall a nice hotel with a few minor things making it a 4 star for me.

Our corporate Christmas party was just here, and we had close to 500 attending, but were about 100 chairs/tables short to seat everyone in the event room. The main food table was situated in the middle of the event room and arranged in such a way that getting food was chaos. The food itself was good, the staff friendly and inviting, and the location was easy to find.

I would prefer to rate this a 3.5, but I can't, so I rounded up to 4. We stay here fairly often because of partner points and the stay is generally nice. The rooms are standard hotel fare with fairly firm beds that I like. The food is good and the wait staff has been great. My detractors would be that we always, always have to get our room keys rekeyed, there is no door on the shower (I always get water everywhere), and the room AC's are fairly loud.

I've stayed here multiple times and have received nothing but top notch customer service with a very clean comfortable room. They have a nice on site restaurant for all meals that never disappoints.

The room was clean and nice. But it does lose a star for having a heater/ac that we couldn't control. The room got a little to warm at night and we tried to turn it off. However it still turned back on. I also wish the gym was a little bigger or had a cable machine.

My family and I visited for the Easter buffet. A few of the meats were rather dry, but everything else was delicious. There was an excellent variety of food. We weren't rushed, but the wait staff was still attentive.

Wasn t not satisfied with our stay. The room was nice. Supposed to be smoke free and we smell all types of smokes in this place. Trash in hallways, parking lot was filthy with trash. Arguments in the parking lot, felt unsafe. Location was great. Customer service was great. For the price we paid for our stay was not worth it at all. Unsanitary. Very unsatisfactory.

The hotel is great. Staff is wonderful. One problem people classifying their dogs as Service Pets should product paperwork. Because some guest have allergies to hair/fur.

I attended a sales meeting for the home depot in the amphitheater. The associates were very accomodating, the food provided was excellent. My only issue was not the fault of the hotel, but rather the fact that i had no cell reception in the amphitheater

Use of ballroom for cooking event was great. Support was timely and the facilities were all exactly what was needed. Good lunch buffet.
