Location was only positive thing. Our room was damp.. woke up both mornings to wet sheets.. money that was laid out, my wallet, paper, etc were all wet. Could nearly ring water off of them. Then the last morning a fire alarm went off at 8am. We didn't hear it for nearly 20 minutes. they said in that county it's not a requirement to have alarms in rooms... felt so unsafe after that. In an actual big fire I would've been in trouble.

I went to a wedding expo, which was set up really nice and was well catered.

Attended an event in one of the conference halls. Food and service were excellent. Dance floor seemed a little cheaply put together, but otherwise, facilities were very nice. Parking seemed adequate, no problems there.

Great food. Very clean staff was exceptional only problem is there's only one upstairs restroom not that big a deal if you don't mind riding downstairs on the elevator

I attended the hotel for a pharmacy residency event. The interior was fashionable and well designed. The room that the event took place in was a bit small but accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with no problems.

Not horrible but kinda creepy. Reminded me of old ghost busters movie the creepy hotel. Had a dry musty smell.

Definitely stayed because of the vicinity, it's right next to the mall! Breakfast is meh, rooms are quite good though. For the rates, it's a reasonable stay.

The area was nice, right next to the King of Prussia Mall. The room was clean and neat. Unfortunately the climate control was very bothersome. It would go too far above the set temperature or too far below. Had to shut it off several times.

One night stay. Rooms are small and the King with sofa bed had a really large headboard so much so it was ill fitted for the space. Room was ok with the exception of the toilet not flushing properly. Never would flush completely without several trys & toilet tank filled up at a snail's pace.

Room was nice, staff friendly and helpful bit there wasn't anything to do, like a pool or hot tub.

Not enough parking when multiple events are happening.

The mall has so many different stores that it is hard to see them all in one trip. It was fun just to walk around and see all the different stores and just see how broke I actually am. Luckily there is a store for everyone to walk through and cry that they dont have money to spend

I was only here for a company all-hands. The place was clean and kept pleasantly cool. The sound and video system was well done too (though I don't know if that was from a series outfit or not).

I don't ask for much when traveling. But being able to sleep past 8am is generally something I do expect and I hotel. My advice would be to avoid this hotel until the construction's over.

They were a blessing compared to the extended stay down the road. They saved me from a horrible experience, and I will always be grateful! Thank you Crowne Plaza ! Amazing comfy place, with awesome ppl

From the moment you enter the hotel the staff receives you with a great hospitality, letting you know of all the amazing amenities the hotel offers. The rooms are very modern and so comfortable, bathrooms are very open and well stocked.
The food at the restaurant is so good, I never wanted to eat outside, great drinks and friendly bartender and waiter.
If you are to stay in King of Prussia this is the hotel to stay. Highly recommended.

Very good place, great customer service, mainly from Mrs. MARIA at the reception, very friendly and willing to support whatever is needed, like Mr. EDUARDO in the restaurant, very good service concept.

Note: I do not give the 5 stars, for a situation in the restaurant with an employee with braids, you can ask, * EVERYTHING * as long as you are courteous and understand that you are dealing with a client, or simply with any person, I wonder 2 times in a row, that if I was staying at the hotel for breakfast, but not in the best way.

Something that I see nonsense considering that I visit dozens of hotels and this does not happen regularly, it is not a topic to touch.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel on 9/22 & 9/23/2017. Especially, the bartender gave us great service. . . . and we can report that the Philly sandwich was better there than in some of the renowned places.

Ample parking, easy access, right across the street from the King Of Prussia Mall, friendly staff.

We were in a newly renovated room and it was very nice. However, the shower is very slippery and needs a bench or hand rails. The floor outside the shower is very slippery as well. The second floor hallway is also dim and needs better lighting. The complimentary breakfast was nice except they only had one person making waffles and omelets by requests.

Good gym and close to the local mall. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size and clean. Plenty of parking.

We went for the mothers day brunch and it was great. The menu had a ton of variety from shrimp smoked salmon and crab cakes to every breakfast item you could imagine including eggs Benedict to prime rib turkey and complimentary mimosas and bloody Mary's.

The staff was fantastic. It made a great start to our mothers day festivities!

The actual building was nice and the staff were nice but I was very disappointed with them running out of coffee, stale bagels and no toilet paper in the bathroom

I was there for a business event nice lobby, clean bathrooms, nice conference rooms. Wish I would have tried the buffet that day but did not.

The hotel is nice but the event they hosted was definitely a lot smaller than advertised.

I especially appreciated the warm welcome and cheerful personality of the front desk employee Ackeem. He reduced my irritability of my long drive to PA. He was accommodating of our requests and was the primary reason for canceling my 2nd night stay at a neighboring hotel. I had only decided to book the day prior to my engagement last minute and received a reasonable price for the night. Due to hospitable cordialness of the front desk I inquired about staying a 2nd night, which would alleviate having to pack check out and get settled into my original reservation at another hotel.
My only issue which is of no fault to the hotel was the children running the halls without adult supervision. But they were responsive to my complaint. Overall I was comfortable with the staff responsiveness to requests and accommodations.

The rooms were as advertised. Clean and everything. Location is nice and next to the mall. All of the services that were listed were available

Great, clean, organized, wonderful as always. I was there for a professional meeting, and everyone was helpful and responsive.

AWFUL!!! When you walk in it looks very nice. The front desk manager, Hitman, was lovely. However when you get on the elevator the nightmare begins. It is so dirty, the carpets look like they ve never been cleaned and the hallways smelled like marijuana. The room was so stuffy I had to change my room. Then ended up cancelling the reservation because the smell gave me a headache. Don t stay here!

Place is nice and perfectly located near the Simon mall. Rooms are very small for a family. The pull bed is not comfortable at all.

The Crown Plaza was a comfortable and stylish hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean. My complaint was that the walls seemed thin, we could hear all the noises from the hallway.
