Car buying experience was fine. Unfortunately half a year later, the service center was SO disappointing.

For my first oil change I took off work as they only scheduled in appointments on weekdays, which was fine. But had I been told in ADVANCE that this visit wouldn't include a car wash (it was broken), I would've just rescheduled for a different date!! Now I have to take off another day of work just to get my car washed. And coming back from the Covid-19 break I need all the hours I can get. At this point it's not even worth going back to get the carwash.

BY THE WAY they didn't even offer a complimentary car wash for next time. I had to walk back into the service department after inspecting my still-dirty car and literally question why my car had not been washed. They should have been way ahead of me and at least mentioned that it was broken and they'd be happy to offer a complimentary car wash for next time. But nope. I HAD TO ASK. Unacceptable.
