Aaron at Crosby Volkswagen in Kitchener made my experience terrific as I was in the process of buying my 2015 Volkswagen Jetta TSI. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and he made me feel comfortable, I had a brief introduction to Tim the manager as well and that went very well they're both extremely helpful, they answered every question I had thoroughly.
