I worked with Aaron from Crosby to purchase an used car. From the moment I called in to check the availability, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism on display. I have been calling many dealers and Crosby was the only one to take the Covid situation seriously from the get go. Before they set up an appointment, Aaron verified if I have travelled recently and if I had been in contact with anyone who might have had Covid. Kudos for taking everyone's safety seriously.

The test drive and purchase experience was seamless as well. There was no high sales pressure tactics, the car was sanitized and cleaned, the features explained clearly. When I found a couple of minor issues, they were all taken care of before I took delivery of the car. I did financing and it was all done seamlessly by Crosby.
