Crimson Resort & Spa Reviews

The resort is a 30 minute drive from the airport but we were rewarded by a great view and grand welcome upon arrival. We arrive during a peak hour but we never felt unwelcomed. We were offered refreshments while waiting for our turn and was assisted by a charming receptionist. Everything was explained including the activities in the resort. The deluxe room was spacious enough for 3 adults. The food was great! I love the yoga every 7AM at the Spa. Too bad two nights isnt enough to enjoy everthing. Highly recommended!

Very good facility and nice staff. Room is clean and comfortable to slept with. Crimzone is best for kids.

Great place for a getaway. Don't try the sand volleyball court because it's not sand. It is gravel and if you want to slice your foot like my friend then go ahead... otherwise I'd stay away. Mgmnt *hint,hint*

We like the hospitality of the Filipinos esp here in crimson. All are great, the beach and pool are our favourites.

I had second thoughts when i booked my vacation here but that has changed. Staying at Crimson was fantastic and so much fun. From the welcoming staff and the beach staff (special thanks to Mr. Ronald who helped me enjoy feeding the fish at the beach and Mr. Neo who was always attentive to the guests needs by the beach). It maybe a bit far (an hour to be exact) away from the city mall but there is a shuttle that will take you there for free. Even if i didn't go or join to any tours and sea activities, it was a wonderful staycation all in all. I will definitely comeback here for my RnR. Staff are so nice, helpful and friendly regardless if your a foreign guest, a non-cebuano guest or a local, the staff treat everyone with respect. A really good place to get away from th buzzing metro. :-) Next time i will stay here longer than 3 days and 2 nights. ;-)

I made a mistake by putting 1 star. I updated my review with a 4 star. Nice ambience, pricey food but good, staff are friendly and accommodating.

Crimson resort never fails to amaze you with their very hospitable service and super easy check in and out process with no hassle.

Great hotel. Staff are really nice. Lifeguards are excellent. Clean and nice rooms especially the ocean villas. Lots for family and kids. Food is so so.

Me and my partner had such a delight staying here, even if it was just for a night. One of the managers who assisted us in checking-in was so helpful and kind, given the fact that it was so hot and busy in the lobby. Their concierge, Cris, was also very friendly in assisting us to our room. What I loved the most was their food in Azure Beach Club (quality Asian cuisine) and their breakfast. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

There are two pools, and the infinity pool is always busy, but the Crimson pool is free and it is good to be able to do nonbilli.

I left from the private beach and enjoyed SUP.

Everything is beautiful!
The front desk was full of resort feeling, and the pool right in front of me was on Saturday, so I had a bubble event and it was really fun!
Just a short walk from the pool, you can go to the private beach, where there are lots of fish and you can snorkel freely! Underwater glasses are mandatory!
There is a shower next to the pool when you get out of the sea, and it's so full.
They can lend bath towels freely, so you can relax by the pool.
The rooms are also cottage-style and spacious and spacious.
There was breakfast and the number of dishes was too much, and I was there for about an hour on the first day. I like mango shake. Breakfast costs 2,500 yen per person if extra charge, so we recommend a plan that includes breakfast.
Both lunch and dinner are served at the restaurant inside the hotel.
All orders are in English. It was a little difficult

the staff was incredibly friendly and nice with us and pay attention to all the details for make for you just enjoy your vacation
Everything was clean
The room was beautiful and clean
The resort is not big but you find everything you need you don't need to go outside for anything (you can buy cigarettes , clothes , change local money , souvenirs ..)
They have a luxury spa with certificated therapists , they can organize for you a lot of activities ( snorkeling , banana boat , islands tours , jet ski ...) on their Private beach or you can also swim on their beautiful infinity pool
Also going on the shopping mall in Cebu City (free shuttle bus)
They have also a "kid zone" so really nice for family
They also have 3 good restaurants (international food ) and 1 bar with a amazing ocean view
The only negative point is if you want a go outside the resort by yourself it's "look" not really safe around ( we didn't went outside so I say "look" not safe it's maybe just different than the big busy city we know ) but if you are with kid or just stay a couple of days like us you have no reason to go outside the resort and when you are inside the resort it's totally ultra safe you don't have to worry about it
So for resume was really perfect the staff just so professional and friendly if you want enjoy vacation in paradise go head don't hesitate

I like the isolation of the place. When we went there, there were only few people so we felt that we own the place and it was very relaxing.
The atmosphere was pleasant. Enjoyed that stay a lot.

A luxury hotel. Everything is good and good wifi connection

Stayed for two night in the Deluxe room. It's worth the money but the toilet didnt fill up with water and the fried chicken from Azure beach club wasnt that great. Besides that it's pretty much perfect.

My personal evaluation is the room that we had needed a certain degree of detailing, upkeep or a little more extensive maintenance to keep up with the standards that guests associate with the name. Other than that the place is ok.

Our reservation was supposed to be only one night due to my hubby's upset stomach. I thought our advance hearts date will be spoiled. But the next day turned out just well. He was relieved and our stay was extended. I am so much grateful for the garden room upgrade, making it indeed a pleasant and memorable 2 nights stay at Crimson. I feel that I just want to leave an honest and good review about our stay. The overall staff deserves a good one. Starting from the front office, their manager Ms Aida, was really very nice and accommodating. She is very professional and humble.We became friends ever since. Thanks to Grace, Edson, Margie, and Joy for our fast and easy check in and check out. Thank you Anthony, and Johnny, our cart drivers for driving us around,Lorenzo and Gerald for making our room tidy and complete with extra water and soap and other goodies. Thanks to Haidee and Jane at Kalma, Haya and Ash at Azure and the chubby sweet lady at Saffron cafe for doing our eggs well at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was outstanding with an array of fruits and International choices. I just love their beef brisket!!Oh so tender and juicy. Their sweet desserts to die for. Can't ask for anything more. Everything was awesome and we would be back again for sure.

Nice and tucked away. You walk into a mini paradise.

Rooms are spacious and confortable. Everything was very clean. Breakfast with variety and quality. Service is excelent. Lifeguards at the beach and pools. Life jackets are also available. Snorkeling at the beach is ok. Not a lot of corals, but it has lots of fishes. Beach beds are really confortable. They also have activities planned for the whole day, if you want to join any. As for the restaurants, we went once to Enye. To much expensive for the quality... All the other meals we had them at Saffron (same restaurant where breakfast is served). Lots of dishes to choose from, and all we had were great. The price is reasonable for the quality. Totally recommend this resort!

Kid-friendly, great facilities and accommodating staff

Place, food, staffs are all nice! Only problem is there're way too many mosquitoes!

Everything is great but the water sport I am a little bit disappointed, they aren t allow me to drive the jet ski by my self alone, They will only allow to back ride cause they got their own driver.

The staff were very accomodating thanks crimzone for inviting our kids here it was great!!!

Magnificent hotel with all the facilities and services available: swimming pools, private beach, beach volleyball court, gym ... The dream!
Large and very well equipped room, excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice. And above all the most important staff at the top, very smiling and attentive! I recommend 100%

A cozy yet spacious resort. The service is superb and the space is well designed. We stayed in a room with a swimming pool built inside on the private patio. Also, I was very impressed with the quality of the food on the buffet and other restaurants. This resort also has fantastic ocean views. I don't you'll be disappointed staying here!

Very nice hotel, with services way above expectation at a very adorable price. The staff provided excellent services and was extremely friendly as well. One of the highlight was the spa very professional and tailored. The only thing to improve is the temperature of the hot water in the bathroom. It was hot enough for a shower but not for a bath. I would definitely come again and recommend.

Wonderful location for destination wedding, attended my friends wedding at the resort. It was amazing place. Cost effective for the value of the money and the quality they provide.

We were taken care of for 3 days from 1/3 of New Year. I arrived late at night, so when I asked the staff who put my luggage in the room for a restaurant, they immediately took me with my cart. Anyway, the staff is kind and I do not speak Japanese at all, but please communicate very hard.
I wanted to do a poolside massage and asked the person who was guarding at the pool. I asked my therapist and I made a reservation. In the second half, we wrote letters on the palm of each other (laughs), but we are really kind and grateful.
I was worried about the flow of the toilet, but this hotel was able to flush the toilet paper safely during my stay. (Otherwise the restaurant and airport were useless)
Return was at 5 o'clock in the morning, but "OBENTO" was free. It was gorgeous and surprising with a two-stage stack. Thank you very much.
Anyway, the site of the hotel is large anyway, but it is impossible to go outside, so all taxis are required to go out.
The pool is very clean and relaxing. The beach was small, but there were a lot of fish right there.

There were some troubles.
1. The day after we arrived, we failed to put out the "Please clean" bill, but we did not clean it up. Was not. I called the front desk, but during that time I had to be outside and was disappointed because I really wanted to take a rest in bed. Moreover, at that time, no towels had been replenished, and when I called the front desk, it took about 40 minutes to come.
Even though we stayed for a few people, there were only two cups.
3, breakfast was not attached, but sandwiches were not sold at the stall only after 8 o'clock. If I couldn't help but ask for room service due to the time of the tour, it would not take more than an hour to come in 30 minutes. When I gave up and canceled and tried to go out, I just arrived there and ended up eating at the front desk.
Since it is impossible to go out of the hotel, I would like you to sell only snacks outside the restaurant from morning.

This hotel is highly recommended for those who want to relax without going outside.
The restaurant was also very good.

Food was superb. We spent 2 days here. We enjoyed the bubble party in their main pool. Friendly staffs every where. Relaxing ambiance. A family oriented resort.

It was my first time in Cebu and I liked the resort very much because it was a private villa style resort.
There was a lot of mosquitoes. There were not any mosquitos in our room. Instead, there were some ants.
I went to see a swimming pool, but it was the best.
I do not have much breakfast. I really liked the bubble party every Saturday.

Beautiful resort, great location, friendly and polite staff, delicious breakfast, great resort for families but also nice and romantic for couples too.
Only problem we had was the room cleaning which took really long on some days where we would be back at the room at 4pm and it still hadn't been cleaned.
Overall I'd still recommend and would consider staying here again if I come back to Cebu in the future.

We were here for a quick overnight stay and did not expect for the resort to make an impression. We were greeted warmly when we arrived, beautiful ladies with nice red gowns. Everyone was so friendly! No one hesitates to acknowledge your presence.

If you'll have a chance to visit this place, I recommend that you try their pastry. It's wornderfully heavenly! Tempo is a nice restaurant to chillax with a pianist and a lady singer. Food is great! Try their Fish Medley. It's a variety of fish cooked in different ways!

I love this resort and definitely will always be THE place to stay!

The place is very beautiful, specially the overlooking of their infinity pool from their reception area towards the beach. They have other pools other than that too which has kiddie pools and our kids enjoyed. The view of the beach is nice too. They have more wider beach front area. You can already see fishes from a shallow water. The staffs are courteous and almost every one greets you. Foods are very good and yummy! We enjoyed our stay.

My kids like to play in crimzone. The activities are fun.

For me crimson is a good place stay when it comes of relaxing...the rooms are very clean and we're so comfortable...the pool are so nice that make us love to swim..the food are so delicious....taste good...and the kids cafe are so wonderful my kids love to play so many to chose...because they have gamerooms and the staffs are so kind and they entertain thier guest very well especially to Ms.Hazel,Mr.Cleo,Ms. Jenny,Ms. Sharmaine...and the lifeguards they are so nice many to mention but all of them are friendly and kind...thank you crimson for a wonderful experience. Surely be back here

Unlike other resorts, there are beaches around, families with infants younger than 6 years old, good places for lovers to stay, but J park or maribago (with experience of two resorts) If you want to go out and eat, you must ask for taxi or business pick / drop! It is not that inconvenient.

Clean Rooms.
Facilities especially the pools are also clean.
Food buffet was delicious.
Rocky beach but so many fishes to enjoy.
A family friendly resort with friendly and approachable staffs.

Booked the garden villa and luckily got upgraded to pool villa. The room was superb although the Bluetooth speakers didn t work too well (the staff replaced them and helped figure out the problems-this did not impact at all on our stay).
The main pool is very nice and big enough and the view towards the beach is great. Didn t go to the other pool, maybe next time.
Both restaurants we tried we very good and the crimson burger in particular was very tasty.
Staff were very well trained and very friendly throughout our stay.
Snorkeling was very nice and the mask and flippers were free for 1 hour which was a nice touch.
I will definitely stay there again and enjoy the food, pool, room and views!

The resort is great. Very relaxing environment and beach. This place is isolated, so there is only one shop to buy snacks. Traffic to nearby malls are difficult, it takes around 15 min taxi ride to the nearest mall, not to mention the restaurants.

The sound iaolation for the rooms are poor. I can hear the room next door, people talking, people sneezing, phone rang at early morning. Perhaps the villas had better sound isolation, but for the two storey rooms, it's just horrible.

Breakfast is great, very beautiful beach.

For this retail price, it's a bit over. Luckily I'm on corporate price.

My family enjoyed in this beautiful resort especially my kid Ara. She liked the play area. It was all good. Costumer service was great.

We had a good stay here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are also courteous. The place is not that crowded during our stay. Our room is clean and spacious. The pool is also big and looks inviting. The beach is kinda small but it's okay since the pool is the highlight for me especially at night. They have 3 restaurants but we mostly dined in Azure Beach Club since it is by the sea. The food is good but is expensive and so are the drinks in their bar. There is a breakfast buffet at a different restaurant. I think you can also dine there for lunch and dinner. They have a variety of food depending on whether you like a light or heavy meal for breakfast. They also have another restaurant but we didn't get the chance to dine there. And since the resort is not crowded, it is nice stroll around the place because it is peaceful and quiet. The resort also follows safety protocols including their staff.

Everything's Awesome... SERVICE, FOOD, FACILITIES, Accommodations...

It is a good place to relax, but a bit expensive. The beachfront is above average and the infinity pool as well.

Top services, very good food, especially the Enye restaurant with very good products. The breakfast buffet of very good quality with many choices! The establishment is very beautiful with tasteful decoration, access to a small private beach where it is very good to dive

Stayed here at the end of August. Sophisticated and friendly staff. Their pool and beach are both beautiful. They really welcome all the guests :) I ll difinetely come back to this place again when I come to Cebu.

Quiet and spacious and nice. You can enjoy the pool in the evening and the staff are friendly. We also have hotel pick-up cars, so we can make reservations and pick up downtown and airport.
