AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! If I could give zero stars I definitely would this company is an absolute disgrace I applied for an IVA At the start of January I was assured time and time again it would be approved and I made payments it s now the end of March and only after answering the phone to one of my creditors was I informed by them not credit fix that my IVA had been rejected ... after numerous phone calls and promises of returned phone calls I actually told them I was suicidal and only then did they get a manager on the phone who confirmed the IVA had been rejected a month earlier and they still continued to take payment I will be officially complaining and then taking this to the financial ombudsman please anybody thinking about using this company avoid
