So i have given Creditfix a 5* Rateing. This is only for Isaac ( I want to highlight this guys name) who ive spoken to today, and has been fantastic! Putting my mind at ease. Listening properly to me and sorting out the problem. He even called me back to let me know it had all been sorted. Today on 30/01/2019. I hope you give Isaac a reward for his customer service. Theres also a few others James and i unfortunately didnt take the names of two other members of staff i spoke to also regarding this same problem. They all really helped. But for me Isaac and James have been top of the list and i thank them massively for reassureing me and getting to the bottom of it. However i do have to say i shouldnt of had these problems in the 1st place as it was not a fault on our part. Now regarding communication via emails ect it would be 1* Weve had nothing but problems since being transferred from Knightsbridge to Creditfix. Lack of communication and mistake after mistake on so many different things which has been soooo stressful for me.
Please make sure your staff members mentioned are rewarded in some way for doing a great job.
