Went to this company store twice, they've impressed me twice. They are quick to diagnose the problems & even more efficient in getting it repaired.
Obviously the components that are needed to repair do take time, but the guarantee of a fresh repair at a standard price is off the charts.

My seven year old mac desktop had been getting slower and less reliable for some time. CreativeIT were helpful, straightforward and informative when I phoned. They picked up my desktop, replaced the hard drive, doubled the memory, transferred all the data from the old hard drive, delivered it back to me the same day working like new. Expensive but a fraction of the cost of a new desktop. Excellent friendly service.
Please beware that these guys bully you into leaving a positive review before you've had a chance to examine your PC. If you don't leave a 5-star review they will call you and ask you to make it into a 5-star review.
Bearing this is mind, you should discount most of the positive reviews on here as fake.
They managed to break my PC and became very aggressive, often speaking to each other in their own native tongue to intimidate me.
These guys will be reported to the police, and I urge anyone that's been a victim of these crooks to do so.

THIS IS ABOUT THE ONE IN WILLOW WALK. I have been to around 3 laptop repairs in my life, and let me just say this one is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSKILLED, LAZIEST chain I have ever met. The guys who work there, the E.Europeans know only the basic skills in hardware which anyone can learn if they have been taught for a week. It's crazy how they handle all hardware roughly, they wear no gloves, and some of them were just having chicken right on their desks and applying the grease on your laptops.
I decided not to even go through the repair or diagnostics because I can just tell in 10 minutes the moment I walked there this was going to be a bad one. My final word of advice is this is not even poor, this chain is just horrid, pure horrid ;(

My asus laptop was failing to start, so after trying a few local places in East London I decided to go with the google recommendations and try out Creative IT. Sam and team spoke overthe phone and after a visit to the unit in Bermondsey diagnosed the problem straight away. He explained the repair and his technicians carried it out. expertly. Excellent service from an extremely friendly staff. Walked in with a defective GPU which turned out to be more defective than I first thought, they thoroughly checked the pcb, found and repaired all issues flawlessly. Did it all within a couple of hours and drove away a very satisfied customer.

I damaged my Mac book pro keyboard and was told by Apple that they wouldn't fix it due to the age of the machine. I called Creative IT and went to the workshop on the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the keyboard on the same day while I waited in the reception area. Sam was very helpful and gave me some helpful advice. I was extremely pleased to have it repaired on the same day because I have a young baby so my time is very limited and precious. I brought the baby with me and we were both made to feel welcome. I guess everybody has different experiences, but I can safely say that mine was a positive one. I would recommend them to my friends and family based on my experience so far. On this most recent occasion, Stephen himself took personal charge of the project ensuring the safe recovery of our data from what seemed a long defunct external hard-drive and inaccessible partitions created by others, making the data both accessible and reusable.
Creative IT managed all this, while mindful of the budgetary constraints that small businesses and individuals work to, unperturbed by the gaps in our knowledge of the technology, or of the jargon that often goes with it. They offered clear, straightforward and uncomplicated solutions.
Not withstanding a busy back-office, his team were polite, always cordial, and delivered on time! Doubtless, we will be back for more!

Had a keyboard and battery replacement and work done on the fans on an MSI Dominator Pro, upon which the first two of these things aren't as straightforward as many laptops.
Lovely job done. They keyboard looks like new, the machine is running cool and I have over 4 hours of battery life.

I will provide my honest and constructive feedback about my experience with creative IT.
I wanted to get my laptop checked, being a geek myself I knew my GPU had an issue, what I found really bizarre is that despite this I was almost forced into getting a basic service as the first step and only after that they would run specific diagnostics, I thought this was odd but continued. A few hours later I was told what I already knew- the GPU was broken and that they can not fix it. That is fine, I appreciate that they did not try to mess about and ruin my machine completely however I find the following out of order:
2- As a geek myself, when I requested to speak to the technician to enquire about the exact issue, the benchmarks used etc I could see that he became angry and it became heated and refused to speak to me (such behaviour has been pointed out by another reviewer when things go wrong)
Sam tried to diffuse the situation to be fair and remained polite throughout but I was not impressed by this.
They do have a pretty big lab and in my opinion are particularly good for things such as data recovery, screen recovery etc but not recommended for niche gaming laptop issues.

There's nothing bad you can say about this place it was you expect, the only issue I would say I had was the attitude from some of the staff over the phone. A bit too snappy for my liking
I visited Creative IT around 6-months ago with an intermittent GPU issue on my mid-2012 Retina MBP. There also turned out to be an existing issue with my screen connection cable which needed fixing (I had replaced my cracked screen and ageing battery myself 3-months prior) .
The laptop has functioned flawlessly to-date and all work carried out was to a very high standard. I was also NOT EVEN CHARGED for unforeseen aforementioned repairs to screen connector!
Highly recommended and would definitely use their services again.

We had a broken screen on my daughter's HP laptop. Creative IT had a new screen fitted in a couple of days at the price originally quoted... Laptop looks great now. Very professional service would definitely recommend.
Don't Look any further. . . ., there is no need!! CreativeIT are one of the best in the business. Not just because they can get the job done, (anybody can do that) It is more about the personalised service they provide. Sam is really a great guy, he is probably a massive contributor to the fact that people keep coming back. But apart from that the technicians really know their stuff and repair computers efficiently and in good time. I was told by other companies "it will take 9 days, or It will take 1 month, or, We cant do it because . . . ."

I spilled water on my laptop. PC World refused to look at it because it was too old. Sam and his team at Creative IT carefully disassembled the machine to identify any faulty components and so ensured that no unnecessary cost was incurred. I was invited into the workshop to see the work being done. The laptop was repaired within a short space of time and I am very pleased with the result. A friendly and efficient service. I would recommend.

The consequences of this stressful situation is that we wasted our time and money (laptop could not be accepted by the manufacture) because was opened by the dilettantes.
Thanks God, the Samsung was very kind, after this story they decided to exchange our laptop on new one.

I am not good at IT but they made it easy to understand what happened inside the machine when I spilled liquid over my laptop. I'm greatly thankful to Sam and his colleague who had it ready within a day. Amazing service to the T. If you're reading this, I'd say they will have a solution for you. They also insisted and checked the elements and system weren't faulty before leaving.

I was sceptical about using a third party apple repair service however I am extremely glad I did.
Creative IT managed to fix my macbook air and return it to me in under 24 hours, I would have had to wait two weeks to get an appointment at an apple store just to hand it in for repair, then a further week to collect it.
A very friendly technician came and collected my laptop for free and helped reassure me it was going to be fine, he later phoned to let me know the progress of repair and was able to arrange a delivery time within a half hour window!
The cost of labour was extremely reasonable and the parts were far cheaper than through apple.
An extremely professional, reassuring service which I cant recommend enough. If you are unlucky enough to break your laptop, I hope you are lucky enough to stumble across Creative IT. 10/10

Fast, no-nonsense service. I had an issue with my computer fan and the team dealt with it right away, extremely efficiently. I got my computer back after 45 minutes, and they kindly allowed me to stay as long as I wanted to make sure the issue was truly fixed before I paid.

Great service. Used them twice in the last 4 months. First time was to diagnose and repair a 7 year old 17" Mac Book Pro laptop that was refusing to turn on and that was resolved with a motherboard chip level repair that only took about 5 More
I came to Creative IT on the 05/01/16 to have my PS3 mended. It turned out to be a graphics card problem which they resolved within 45 minutes. The staff were very courteous, friendly and very professional. Also the cost of the repair including VAT was not that expensive. I wholeheartedly recommend coming here if you have a games console or computer system to fix.

My laptop was missing some screws & had some loose hdmi & usb ports. He fixed it in under a day & because it was a quick fix he did not even charge me. Excellent service, will come back here if I need anything in the future.
I had been using an older Packard Bell Computer with a 32 bit OS and 1G of Ram for several months after my more recent machine died on me. It is an Acer M1930 which powered on with all peripheral drives seemingly functional but no video display. Because the older machine was too slow to work with I called up Creative IT and asked if they could take a look at the Acer.
The technician prompted me to drop it in so he could get a better idea on what repairs needed to be done and so make an accurate estimate . Since it was located nearby I brought it in for a quick diagnosis, but it required a more thorough inspection at the workshop which was closed for the day. So I left it in his care with the reassurance that he would look at it the following day and give me the low down.
I found the service fast, efficient and reliable and the customer service experience was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their skills to anyone who has a limited budget and who needs to get up and running again quickly without having to purchase a more affordable new model.

It is incredibly rare that I ever write reviews, but I simply had to make the effort here!
My PS4 has been broken for months, everywhere I checked was trying to charge me fees to diagnose the problem or ridiculous prices to get it fixed. A friend of mine suggested I call these guys and I'm SO Glad I did!
I phoned them, explained the problem and went in the same day. I was warmly greeted and sat down, they took my PS4 to their repair room to diagnose and said they could diagnose while I wait. Only 5-10 minutes later they came out to tell me it was a graphics card problem. They kindly explained all of the ins and outs of the PS4 mechanics, opened it up so I could see the problem for myself and even talked me through the machine they would be using to fix it.
The diagnosis was completely free and they suggested I call them the next day to check on the progress. I did exactly that and, to my surprise, they had fixed my PS4 completely! - They had also stress tested it overnight to ensure it was fixed properly.
To summarise; very friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, INCREDIBLY quick turnaround time, free diagnosis and very reasonable prices.
I will be recommending them to anyone who need repairs to a piece of tech equipment. Very happy customer! :)
