Thank YOU! They were great! Clear and explanatory diagnosis from the start. I am not good at IT but they made it easy to understand what happened inside the machine when I spilled liquid over my laptop. I'm greatly thankful to Sam and his colleague who had it ready within a day. Amazing service to the T. If you're reading this, I'd say they will have a solution for you. They also insisted and checked the elements and system weren't faulty before leaving.
