Following my earlier review which being honest wasnt complementary, I was pleased to be called by Stephen Dingwall.
Stephen is the Head man at Creative IT, he explained that due to a misunderstanding and a subsequent scrumdown, could I bring the sat nav back
This I did & after an examination, its now booked in for repair
