I damaged my Mac book pro keyboard and was told by Apple that they wouldn't fix it due to the age of the machine. I called Creative IT and went to the workshop on the same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the keyboard on the same day while I waited in the reception area. Sam was very helpful and gave me some helpful advice. I was extremely pleased to have it repaired on the same day because I have a young baby so my time is very limited and precious. I brought the baby with me and we were both made to feel welcome. I guess everybody has different experiences, but I can safely say that mine was a positive one. I would recommend them to my friends and family based on my experience so far.
