We were there to see Dr Sharma almost for 2 years from now and it was amazing experience with Create. we lost almost more than 6 years and lots of money with some other drs following their direction . finally as one of my friend recommended Create and Dr Sharma we met her . it was the day we dream about baby and had rock of hope. My wife Started treatment with IVF and my little angel is one 16 months. after year we were feeling to have 2nd one and followed Dr Sharma's direction and now my wife is pregnant with almost 13 weeks . She was able to get one of the best OB for us both time and it was so quick. it was little expensive but its worth. So I do highly recommended Create and all staff including nurses , and lab technician . Specially Dr Sharma . I have no words to say. we wants to say thanks to Create for giving meaning to our life and bless your clinic.

I had a wonderful experience at Create Fertility clinic. I had Dr. Sharma - who is really a fantastic doctor. She was incredibly informative, kind and talented. I don't have enough nice things to say about the nurses, ultrasound techs... they are all some of the most kind people I have dealt with. The overall process is like a well oiled machine. The wait time is relatively quick - 4 appointments in 1.5-2 hours. There is a LOT going on at this clinic, a lot of people going in and out of appointments and it's a very fast paced - so I think that some things are a little bit lost in all of it. A few things overlooked - but overall I would recommend this clinic.

Be prepared to wait because the doctors take their time with their patients! This is a good thing! You will not feel rushed by your doctor. They give great, individual care to their patients. Dr Librach was our doctor although we had Dr Sharma twice when Dr Librach was out of town. They're both wonderful! Couldn't ask for a better experience during such an awful time in our lives. Thanks to create, I'm writing this while my daughter naps on my chest. Never give up! Miracles happen every day!

I believe that the staff are qualified, but they all seem a bit grumpy or preoccupied. I felt unheard and not really seen as a person when I met with Dr. Sharma. It was the first time I felt medicine was a business. She pushed freezing my eggs and seemed to rush me making a decision when it was my first appointment and I was clear I was exploring options. They appear to have great supports and services (I was attracted to the women doing it on their own support group), but it seems really superficial. I found the technicians and nurses rushed. They made a mistake with my health card. They also forgot to give me pain killers before the Fallopian tube test. If I wasn't well informed with all the procedures, I would be in a really vulnerable position and not get proper care. The technician for the tube test had a cold and was coughing on her hand, and didn't wash I after I pointed it out. I had a male doctor examine me that I was not informed of in advance, nor asked if was OK. There were five people in the room at one time and lots of confusion. It seemed like a comedy of errors. It seems like they play on people's vulnerability around conceiving to make money; rather than, focusing on providing superior customer service so people spend money and feel like it was worth it.

CReATe is the clinic which give us the life. We ha...

CReATe is the clinic which give us the life. We had experienced unexplained infertility. We had experienced a long way in another clinic. We had 2 IVF cycles. Each time, we got 6 excellent embryos. But the results were heart-breaking. Before we used up all our embryos of the second IVF cycle in the previous clinic, we switch to CReATe and transfer my remained 3 embryos to CReATe. Thank Dr. Librach! He helped us complete our family. Now we have a healthy beautiful boy.

For the people who complain that they are too busy. I would ask you a question. If you have 2 choices below, which one you would choose:
1. A clinic with staff which are kindness, but they may not be able to help you with your infertility issue.
2. A busy clinic. They are so busy, that maybe you don't feel yourself are taking care so well. But they have you get pregnant and give you a beautiful baby.

I don't know your choice, but I would choose the second clinic for sure.
I have to admit that CReATe is very busy and sometimes you may not feel the kindest service. But for the couples who have experienced so much in the past 5 years, the result is most important! For our previous clinic, the staff are always welcoming and you can feel the kindness. But I didn't get pregnant there. It is CReATe who gives us our little boy and the hope of our life. I would say thank Dr. Librach for sure. They can deal with the complicated cases, not just the regular simple case.
By the way, after I got pregnant, I refer my friend to CReATe. She had similar situation as me. Good embryos, but no pregnancy in her previous clinic. After transfer to CReATe, she tried another IVF cycle. And this time, she is pregnant too! She has a healthy boy as well!
I have to say it again. Thank you, CReATe. Thank you, Dr. Librach.

We went from our local clinic in Ottawa to Create. Sure it was not the most convenient choice, but without a doubt it was the best choice. We had our first consult with Dr. Baratz a few weeks after our request to see him, we did it over video conference. From that consult, he offered us professional, charismatic and assertive advise that made our journey trusty and pleasant. Dr. Baratz treated me with compassion, respect and charisma throughout all my treatments. Despite how busy the clinic can be, I always felt the Doctor and staff did their best to accommodate my needs -being a long distance patient- As for IVF treatment options, I think Create gave us the best chances with their technology, extensive testing and overall making sure there were not stones left unturned. We are very thankful and would recommend this clinic and Dr. Baratz to anyone in need of fertility assistance.

I had a hellish experience with CReATe and would n...

I had a hellish experience with CReATe and would not want ANY OTHER WOMAN TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID.

I experienced a seizure followed by 6 DAYS of total insomnia, terrible nausea, vomiting, severe chills, sustained headache, dehydration and thrush as a result of the way this clinic administers ovarian stimulation drugs.

They DENIED MY SYMPTOMS THROUGHOUT, such that the partner agency (Egghelpers) WOULDN'T REIMBURSE ME my thousands of dollars of expenses in the end.

More details below :

On the 8th day of the injections, I experienced a seizure in my bathroom, which my 3 year old son witnessed. I went to bed immediately with nausea, and intermittent fever and chills.

I called one of my nurses who spoke Dr Librach, who said he/they had NEVER heard of my symptoms before, that they were NOT related to the process, and that surely I had caught a virus.

[Separately, a physician friend of mine confirmed that I was in fact experiencing ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome, which the clinic is well acquainted with, meaning what they told me was a TOTAL LIE].

The nurse advised me to go to a walk in clinic (for a virus??) but that if the walk in doctor advised me to terminate the process, to NOT listen as terrible things could happen to my health, and to NOT to call an ambulance or go to emergency (although I had just SEIZURED).

When I suggested that i couldn't carry on with the injections, she said that NO ONE had EVER terminated the process before (Bold face lie #2), and spoke to me as though I didn't have the option to do so.

She told me NOT TO DRINK ANY WATER DESPITE EXTREME HEAT conditions, and urged me to come in the next morning for an assessment, which meant taking 1000 mg of Advil so that I could be stable enough to drive my son and I back from 4 hours away. That night, I experienced more nausea, vomiting and total insomnia.

The next morning NO ONE assessed me at the clinic; in fact, I did not meet Dr Librach or any other doctor at CReATe at all throughout my 12 unfortunate days dealing with them. Luckily, however, I spoke to a more educated nurse who assured me that I could terminate the process whenever I wanted to, and that yes, I could drink some water.

All of the above mentioned symptoms continued and worsened that day, so I decided to terminate the process. I was assured by my worker at Egghelpers that I would still be reimbursed for my expenses, which was NOT true, because CReATe told them behind my back that I did NOT need to terminate, despite knowing the gravity of my symptoms.

Therefore, of 5 missed days of work and a number of other expenses I was reiumbursed ZERO dollars.

The next morning when I went in for the termination injection to end the process, looking unwell as ever, both nurses looked at me with contempt, and neither asked how I was doing.

EVERY OTHER HEALTH PROFESSIONAL whom I talked to outside of the clinic concurred that I was experiencing ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome, which can have TERRIBLE consequences if not treated. Meaning, the nurses at the clinic are either highly under-informed or EXPLICITLY TRAINED TO LIE TO THEIR PATIENTS.

Another donor whom I spoke to in the waiting room had donated a handful of times at OTHER clinics, where she said they don't give nearly as much drugs for as many days, and that at CreAte she felt like a number.

After the termination injection, I experienced all the above symptoms for 3 more days, in total making 6 days of hellish health.

I have NEVER BEEN SO ILL IN MY LIFE, and I would hate for you to experience this. They intentionally DOWN PLAY the possible side effects so as to attract more donors, and intentionally DO NOT INFORM YOU OF HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FINANCIALLY should you need to terminate the process.

I filed a formal complaint to Dr Librach's college, to which he gave an utterly meaningless response. It is TERRIFYING and DISGUSTING that he oversees such a highly risky and sensitive area of medicine, and essentially, the lives of thousands of young vulnerable women eager to make a buck.

Please protect yourselves!

The atmosphere is very much like a chaotic factory and you're treated as just a means to make more money. The doctor asked us repeatedly in different types of phrasing what we do for work and then inquired further on multiple occasions whether we owned our own business.
We were strongly encouraged to go with egg donation after one failed IVF and without any other testing or reasoning as to why this recommendation was being made. We left this clinic and had a frustrating ordeal to get our files sent to our new clinic, we had to physically go in and pick up our files after multiple calls and email requests from our new clinic and on our own. We were given the worst run around. When we went into the clinic reception wouldn't give our files to us, they called the doctor to speak with us. He inquired why and where we were going, when we told him he responded by insinuating they aren't an up to date clinic. We were pretty adamant that we needed our files and that we were leaving, then we were offered a discount on our next procedure to stay. We took our files and left. Oh, and upon further testing, donor eggs were not needed.

I can t and won t recommend the CReATe Fertillity ...

I can t and won t recommend the CReATe Fertillity Clinic by any means. The Staff is relatively professional but overly busy but slightly confused at times and certainly overworked and surely underpaid.
The Fertility Specialist Dr. Prati Sharma is uncompassionate and highly unprofessional. Besides the fact that she doesn t meet you at the appointed time usually an hour to 90min later letting you wait for her. She makes empty promises just to revert her stance in the last minute trying to manipulate people into choosing the super expensive Egg Donor program 20k for one try. She will discourage you despite the fact that you might be young and have an excellent egg count / hormonal levels are normal and the Fallopian tubes are patent and healthy.

I went to three different Fertility clinics in Toronto two of the confirmed that my egg count is fine and normal / hormonal levels are normal and my Fallopian tubes are patent for my age but once I went to the third which was CReATe and Dr. Prati Sharma said I have no eggs at all. She lied to my face without flinching. This is what we call a horrible Fertility specialist. Yes she has degrees but couldn t care less about her patients. My husband sperm count is above average and healthy. From a sheer professional perspective this is appalling. The only reason I went there was by recommendation and at that time I haven t even tried to conceive. I just wanted to check if everything was alright with me and my husband.
After all it s only a business for them not to help people conceive naturally and offer advice but to discourage people so they get desperate and chose the egg donor program. She reiterates the same sentences over and over in order to make you feel like you have no chance of conceiving naturally.

She promised me a low dose of fertility treatment basically two little pills just to boost the chances of conceiving naturally slightly faster. She also knew I had a medical condition at that time which had to be taken care of first. I saw her now a couple months later and she became spiteful beyond compare. The last time I met her she said she wouldn t give me the treatment as I waited too long even though I was sick at that time and my home doctor didn t advise me to take any form of hormonal treatment due to the illness I had at that time. She laughed it off and said literally the establishment would laugh at her if she would give me this treatment . What kind of Fertility Specialist would say such nonsense?
Needless to say she is conniving and mean. Once you mention or she sees you capable of paying for the egg donor program she becomes the sweetest and most caring person in the world the moment you tell her you have second thoughts she becomes agitated and plain disinterested in your well being and your persona. She can t remember the simplest facts about you your health nor your cycles which go to show that she does her work in order to have monetary gain. Best believe she doesn t have the best interest of her patients at heart.

I m not even mad I m just writing this to warn people in the city of Toronto after my horrible experience. No we are not just numbers with Dollar signs attached we are human beings and either you treat us as such or close your clinic for good. If I could ve recorded what she said she probably would now be unemployed. My husband was with me and he heard it and confronted her and she became evasive. I wish we would have because I would ve pitched that to the CTV and CBC and my lawyer to take legal actions. All that being said stay far far away from her and the the CReATe Fertility Clinic you will waste your time and leave heartbroken even though there is no need to be heartbroken.

This is for all the women who read this and don t want to go through this ordeal. Know your worth, don t get deceived and manipulated by Dr. Prati Sharma.

I see a lot of reviews here with very different experiences so I fell the need to share our journey with Create. Our baby is almost two months now and this miracle only happened with the highly professional help of Dr. Librach and our nurse Sosia Galperin. They were amazing in all steps of the way and everything worked fine at our first IVF try. As new dads having our first baby Sosia was extremely patient with us, answering to all our questions promptly (and we had lots of questions!). This is a big clinic and always in a rush and I understand that could be a turn off for some patients. In our case we value the professional knowledge of the medical/nurse teams and that was definitely five stars!

Dr Librach is a highly experienced, skilled and knowledgeable doctor. After spending 2 years at another clinic, I found Create & Dr Librach in 2018. He was recommended to me by a client of mine who had a successful pregnancy through him.

He is my 3rd Reproductive Endocrinologist and the first one to give my husband and I our healthy baby girl. He ran all sorts of tests to diagnose our issues, things that we had never heard of at our previous clinic. He s incredibly dedicated to his work. I ve seen him nearly every single time I ve come in. I wonder if he ever takes a day off!
We feel incredibly lucky to have taken a chance and switched.

Yes the clinic is extremely busy, sometimes you re left with long wait times for appointments. In the beginning I was annoyed but I quickly realized how things work around here. At the end of it all, I look back and realized it was all worth it.

I am now on my second pregnancy and our little family will be forever grateful to Dr. Librach and his team at Create.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic to anyone. Me and my partner (who is a physician) came in early, filled out the forms and waited for 1.5 hrs past my original appointment time. We were never even updated on the wait or akcnowledged our impatience. I couldn't hold my urine as I needed a full bladder. They had the audacity to suggest I urinate a little bit and hold the rest. We left without being seen, and they still didn't have a room ready for us. As my partner said, this is not ER where one can not anticipate the volumes. They know ahead of time who is coming, how many are booked and for what tests. I urge everyone to take their complaint to the next level as this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

We had a terrible, unprofessional experience here. When we booked our first appointment, we were informed that we would get "mandatory" bloodwork and ultrasounds. Uncomfortable with the language "mandatory", we insisted that we did not want these things at our first appointment. Today when we showed up for that appointment, we were informed that we were not scheduled because we had not "confirmed" by email (the email we had received said "I have rescheduled your appointment to such and such date, thanks" - it did NOT ask us to confirm or say it was tentative until we did so). The receptionist did not even apologize for her error in forgetting to book us in or admit her mistake. Nor did she offer to rebook us another appointment or seem apologetic or concerned at all, even though we said we had traveled from quite far to come to this appointment. Another unprofessional thing to note was that even though I cc'd my partner on each email and the appointment was for both of us, the replies never included them and I had to constantly remind and re-remind them to include my partner in the emails that were regarding appointments meant for both of us. We will not be going back and will take our business elsewhere.

I highly recommend CReATe. The clinic is run by a highly dedicated and hardworking team of doctors, nurses, technicians and administrative staff - that operate 365 days a year. My husband and I were lucky enough to conceive via our first round of IVF with Doctor Sharma, who I cannot recommend enough. Yes, sometimes the waits are long, but that s because the volume of people at the clinic on each given day is dictated by cycles, which no one has control over. Overall, we felt very cared for throughout multiple procedures and most importantly, our experience was successful. Thank you Dr. Sharma, we were so lucky to have you.

IVF can take an unexpected toll on the best of us. Yes, the office is busy and when you're at your most fragile it can feel overwhelming at times (like everything else) but this office and team is efficient and runs like a well oiled machine. Hayat will always greet you with a smile and make things happen. The phlebotomists are always cheerful and the ultrasound techs are warm and knowledgeable. The nurses comforted me in times of anxiety, celebrated my wins, nurtured me through hard times and cheered me on the whole way through. Nothing can compare to the incredible knowledge, skill and TRUE patient-centred care that Dr. Baratz provides. They say it takes a village to raise a baby but in some cases it takes a village to make one! I'm forever grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of a little Create village that I will genuinely miss. HUGE thank you to everybody who got me there in the end!

The best fertility clinic ever!!! My husband and I have been dealing with infertility for about 5 years. During this time we have been treated in three different clinics and I can say Create is by far the best. The personnel including Lara the receptionist, the laboratory team, the ultrasound technicians were all very friendly, helpful and extremely supportive. Dr. Zohni has been amazing. He empathized with us as no other Dr. ever. Also, he is always available and was never rushing through the appointments. Very patiently always responded all our concerns. Dr. Weizman is also a great doctor. She took very good care of me during early pregnancy. They all make my dream possible. I strongly recommend Create.

This was the most unprofessional, infuriating, humiliating experience. My husband and I waited for 3.5 hours for Dr. Liebrac our first appointment, and after 2 hours of waiting for the second, we switched to Dr. Sharma and walked out. Dr. Sharma then cancelled our first appointment, and after waiting over 2 hours when we went back, I had reception copy my chart and walked out again. Go anywhere else for your fertility needs, these people have no respect for their patients.

Medical practitioner here. We showed up for day 3 cycle monitoring. We were told to come 8-10 am for blood work. I cannot describe what we saw when we walked in. Now I know what the reviews below refer to when they talk about "military base" and "cattle". There were 70+ women waiting to be seen, talking, yelling, stressed out staff walking around, being talked down by physicians. Receptionist said that we should expect to be here for 4 hours!
It appears that the clinic is accepting more new patients than they can handle, sadly at the expense of their patients. We have been to two other fertility clinics years ago. Never had to wait for more than half hour and even that was an exception.
After a talk with my partner we decided to transfer our care to another clinic. I feel really bad for the staff working here. More importantly, I fear that many couples are accepting a standard of care that is unacceptable.

I highly recommend.

Honestly I m not a fan. It s too busy and communication is poor. I m with a different clinic for most of my fertility treatment but my clinic refers us to Create for IVF procedures and when we need a procedure done on a weekend or holiday. I wish we didn t have to deal with Create.
Last fall we did an IUI procedure. We were there 15 min before the clinic opened and there was already a line to get in. We were 5th in line. Once the doors opened the door people literally ran in. We entered and had no idea where we were supposed to go. It was total chaos. People running around everywhere. We finally got the attention of the receptionist and she directed us where to sign to get out place in queue. We were now 25th in the list even though we were 5th in line. She didn t tell us that we also needed to sign a different list to get in Queue for blood work. The list we signed was only for ultrasound. I ended up waiting in the wrong place for bloodwork. I stated to get a sneaking suspicion that I was in the wrong place and eventually located the blood work area. I signed the sheet and by then was 39th in line.
We needed up being there well over 2 hours and I found the whole experience extremely stressful. But the not way you want to feel when you are about to have a IUI procedure performed.
Last week we went there for our first IVF egg retrieval. We had an appointment for 9 am and were told to arrive at 8 am. I did not have my retrieval procedure until almost 9:30 and was worried because timing is vital for egg retrieval. I recovered in a small cubicle like room. The clinic was insanely busy. Every room was full and I kept hearing the receptionist explain to other patients in for Appointments for transfers and other procedures that the would be delayed because the clinic was busy.
Quite frankly I think they take on way more patients than they can reasonably handle.
If I had a choice I would not use Create. Avoid if you can.

Got a referral for this clinic 5 months ago. Since then me and my gynecologist called them numerous times, re faxed the referral..nothing. They don't return the calls, even when they said they would.
On the other hand, Dr Glass is very professional and she was the last one in the row of many doctors trying to fix me, and finally managed. She is an excellent doctor, but the office assistant is terrible. Apparently, she decided I can't be scheduled for the appointment for hysteroskopy because I was breastfeeding.

This is an outstanding clinic. My husband and I st...

This is an outstanding clinic. My husband and I started our fertility journey with Create in 2016 and now have two children (aged 20 months and 7 weeks) thanks to Dr. Librach and his team of competent and caring technicians, nurses, and medical assistants. Dr. Librach provided us with expert care. At our initial consult, he took a detailed history from both of us and then clearly explained how he would go about identifying the likely causes of our infertility. He also clearly explained which services and tests were OHIP covered and which we would have to pay for out of pocket.

The experience was not always perfect, nor was it easy. The clinic experience is what my husband and I came to refer to as "organized chaos" -- a revolving door of patients undergoing cycle monitoring to pinpoint the best time in each patient's cycle to begin medication, adjust dosages, and undergo a procedure. You come to realize how much information has to be gathered and tracked in real time in order to ensure that you can seize each opportunity to try to conceive. You show up (no appointment), put your name on a few lists, have your bloodwork done, and wait to be called for an ultrasound. The receptionist pulls your chart which goes to the ultrasound tech and is then placed into a pile for your doctor. In this organized chaos, it is possible to have to wait for hours -- your doc is bouncing between routine patient consults, insemination rooms, and the OR where other patients are undergoing egg retrievals, egg transfers, or other procedures. For the most part these procedures will have been scheduled with only a day or two notice (because everything happens according to each patient's individual cycle). Nobody (including the doctors and their assistants) knows from day to day how busy it will be. As a new patient, I would have appreciated a roadmap to navigate this process (it is overwhelming), but it quickly became familiar.

While there were a few visits where I had to wait for hours, either for an ultrasound or to see the doctor, for the most part on routine cycle monitoring days I was in and out within 30 minutes and received my instructions by voicemail. I found (as in every other experience I have had with the healthcare system) that you have the best experience if you advocate for yourself -- check in with the receptionist if you feel you are waiting too long, to ensure your chart didn't accidentally end up in the wrong pile or to be reassured that the doctor knows you're there and that s/he will see you when s/he is out of the OR. Everyone there is working extremely hard and trying to provide the best care they can.

Dealing with infertility is an emotional rollercoaster. At the outset it felt like information overload. Then came the highs and lows of trying to conceive. Eight months in, after several rounds of unsuccessful intrauterine insemination and a failed IVF cycle, I was at my lowest point. We started another IVF cycle but only one egg matured in that cycle so we cancelled the IVF and decided to try IUI -- and our son was conceived. We got lucky. Many patients have a much longer and a much more complex road to conceiving and others run out of resources (financial and/or emotional) and stop before they have conceived.

Once we had conceived, the care we received in the first trimester was absolutely outstanding -- kid glove treatment. We were carefully monitored and the ultrasound technicians were generous with letting us see the ultrasound images of our developing embryo (not something you can expect in the public system!). When I had bleeding in the 10th week of my first pregnancy, the clinic staff and the doctor stayed late on a weekend to check me out and ensure everything was OK.

We are so grateful to Dr. Librach and his incredible team of staff for their care and expertise, which resulted in two pregnancies.

We had 3 unsuccessful attempts at a different clinic before. This clinic is amazing and Dr. Librach is unsurpassed in dealing with complex cases like ours was. He is your best chance to have a child if you have been unable to have one and failed at other places. We now have a beautiful baby girl and will be forever grateful. By the way I read some reviews how some say they were dealt with unprofessionally. This is a beautifully organized highly professional clinic run by caring, competent stuff. I have what to compare it to.This clinic is your best chance for a baby.

I started the artificial insemination process over a year ago where as I was given bare information. The staff is nice but can be hard to reach. I originally had a very bad time getting them on the phone but has improved since. Even so it's always a call back and never them answering the phone. I won't return here if I need to try again.

Edit: Dr. Librach was covering for Dr. Sharma today and what a difference! Great attitude. Wish he was my dr.

Could be a good place but it's VERY busy and barely get any personal treatment here where they can sit down and take the time to explain things to you. I've had repeated miscarriages and when they did a test to find out the dr wrote on my chat that she gave me prescription for something that I never got. This medication could have saved my pregnancies..but I never even knew I was supposed to have this medication until I reviewed my file. Malpractice?

Years ago, my husband and I had been trying for a child. After a year of incredibly irregular periods and trying to conceive, we found ourselves at CReATe. We got Dr. Sharma and she got me pregnant. She did every test she possibly could, leaving no stone unturned before she prescribed me medication to induce a period, followed by monitoring my cycle and prescribing me clomid on top of giving me a progesterone shot to make sure everything was in the right place at the right time. Without her, I wouldn't have my darling baby (not a baby anymore). Thank you so much, Dr. Sharma. You have a special place in this family

Couldn't asked more for a fertility clinic. It has its own lab, surgical rooms, ultrasound machines, and a huge acquarian. I felt very welcomed and well cared for. It has multiple doctors on site who can cover one another, so your question will be addressed right away at each visit. The nurses are super caring and sweet, technicians are experienced. Infertility can be a long journey. I am glad that I found CReATe. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for help. It certainly has helped in making our greatest dream come true.

I used to visit this clinic to get my health and cycles monitored. They are not too busy to talk details. My doctor scared me unnecessarily many a times. They don t talk about next appointments. If you are pregnant better to avoid this place. You will not know when to visit doctor unless you call nurses or administration 100 times so that they respond and give you your next appointment details. Hospitals have become more of business. There is no emotion a doctor puts in to treat patients. Quality of treatment is poor. Keep in mind,, Government might be paying you but it is we who are paying taxes to the government. Just because we don t pay you directly doesn t mean you won t treat us properly.

I wish they had better communication system. It's very hard to get a hold of anybody over the phone or via email, especially now during COVID that you can only go to the clinic if you have an appointment

Our experience at CReATe was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Baratz and the full staff at the clinic were thorough, professional and kind. Given the sensitive and emotional nature of going to fertility clinic, it's especially impressive how happy and welcoming of an environment CReATe is. We are welcoming a child in February and we simply couldn't be happier we owe a lot of that happiness and excitement to Dr. Baratz and the whole CReATe team. Really, we couldn't recommend CReATe more.

We've been clients of CreATe for over five years now. The staff here has given us the greatest possible gifts EVER, in our two children. Dr. Baratz has always taken the time to address all of our questions and concerns. We're always seen on time have felt confident in their approach, which focuses on doing one job well -- giving you the best possible odds of having a baby. Infertility is a difficult journey but we're working on healthy baby #3 and looking forward to a continued trusted and mutually respectful relationship with this awesome clinic.

We were referred to this clinic by CFC. all was fine until we cut ties with CFC and we wanted our embryos transported to another clinic. We were told we would first need to have a consul with Dr Librach which served no purpose to anyone and we would have to wait 2 weeks for a consul. They agreed to not have a Dr consul but still made us wait 2 weeks. It felt like our embryos had been held hostage by this clinic. Surely you can do better than that Create.
Furthermore they respond to your Google review seeming genuinely concerned. When I emailed them as suggested on their google review response they did not respond. How is that for a final slap in the face?!!!

If you do more than read google reviews, you'll know this is an awful clinic.
The staff sit at the desk talking about their personal lives.

Personal information is discussed at the front desk with many other people around.

No privacy was given to me in the ultrasound room. The tech was rude and complained about the doctor. Why do I care about your grievances at work?

The doctor scoffed at me when I spoke about my spiritual beliefs.

The only one who was actually very friendly and kind was the blood work Tech.

I don't read reviews before I go somewhere because I don't want a predisposition and I like to make my own judgements since using this facility wasn't my choice. 'top' fertility doctor or not, find a different place.

These people were the most disrespectful, fake, and uncaring people I have come across in a medical setting ever.

I had a appointment for my wife at 2:30pm. The receptionist called me early asking if I can come at 1 instead. Which we did. When we got there at 1:15pm. We wait for another hour and 40 minutes and still haven't been seen. We left. Very terrible service.

My partner and I started the process of consulting...

My partner and I started the process of consulting Dr. Sharma about IVF. She doesn't see you as a human. You are a generic job to be done, ideally with as little effort possible. We had a unique history. She didn't listen to us. When we had questions, she basically talked down to us like "this is really confusing medical stuff, okay?". Twice, after ordering a bunch of tests that she couldn't explain the need for (and that the clinic would profit from), she basically just kept saying "it would be malpractice if you didn't!". We went to another clinic (Hannam), and they didn't even mention these tests! Hannam also took the time to review our case, and its unique history and came to the conclusion that, it indeed, made no sense. I'm glad we avoided the nightmare of dealing with this awful place, even if we had to pay out of pocket. There is a reason that CReATe has so many available OHIP funded slots with no waiting list... Reception was a pleasant and friendly bright spot, but unfortunately very disorganised. They had trouble with losing our emails (apparently their system was being upgraded or something), and even incorrectly recorded the birthday of my partner (even though it was written correctly on their own intake forms).

Very unprofessional clinic. Donated my eggs back in November and have never experienced such bad bed side manner in my entire life. Especially being a patient who is donating her eggs for a couple I thought I would at least get a warm blanket out of surgery. I am trying to donate again and getting medical records signed and sent to the new clinic has been an absolute nightmare. Go shopping else where and find a clinic where they actually value you as a human being and not just a dollar sign. I will disclaim. Not all the staff or doctors were unprofessional. My doctor made my experience some what worth it, but the total lack of care the nurses had for their patients was disgusting.

I wish I could have zero stars for this place!
Don t waste your time here!! Worst experience ever!! I waited 2 months for an appointment and my first visit was 2 hours waiting. No one came to tell us the reason of the long waiting time. After 2 hours, I was the one that asked what was happening and they just told me the appointment was cancelled .. they didn t care about me, my time .. nothing. Probably they even forgot I was in-front of their eyes waiting for 2 long hours. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

This place is horrible!! Would never return. Disorganized, rude, zero compassion. Dr. Librach is frankly one of the worst human beings I have ever met and caused my wife to be terrified her entire pregnancy and postpartum. Our midwives suggested we report him and the doctors at the hospital said they would never refer someone to him.

Dr. Sharma is the worst Doctor at this clinic. She is extremely unprofessional and treats each case as a transaction. She is emotionless and has no genuine side as a female. I am not a bitter outcome as I did conceive at this clinic. I would never recommend any patients to her specifically. She rushes every appointment without any explanation or detail. Her bed side manners are as if she was working in third world country. I m not sure if she obtained her medical degree in India or in Canada but she is a joke of a Doctor. She is unorganized and self-absorbed. At this point of our lives we are seeking help with emotional support as well as guidance. She has no clue how to treat patients that are going through one of the most emotional times of their lives. She needs to peruse a nursing career instead. A Doctor title is something that is beyond her knowledge. If you have money to throw down the drain she is a perfect match for you because that s all she desires. Good luck if she is your Doctor!

Regardless of the desired results for all these women, the truth is that most of the create clinic doctors and nurses are working often. Were currently in the process.

*UPDATE* -- My Wife and I got pregnant not from the fertility clinic, but from naturally. Dr Sharma almost ruined our relationship by rushing and or being dishonest about the realities of our pregnancy chances. This clinic, albeit might be well intentioned, clearly only run in the attempt to get profit and not for caring about each person's real well being. The building is pretty much a triaj unit in which the patients are just a statistic. Unfortunately. AVOID FERTILITY CLINICS NO MATTER WHAT!!! (Unless you have a physical blockage internally)

Make sure you check your bill very carefully! Nurse told me I have 30% discount for minimal stimulation, and they just gave me option for PGS and embryo scope, but I chose not to do these and didn t sign the form. However, my final bill they gave me was included everything! Also, after I told them the bill was wrong, the finance department staff re-calculated but still wrong again! I called her and her excuse was oh I didn t look at your chart... I m like ... so you just charge people randomly? There was no apologies and she blamed me that I didn t tell administrator the correct amount! Come on, the amount administrator gave me was totally different from the bill!

If your doctor refers you to this clinic for ferti...

If your doctor refers you to this clinic for fertility assistance or IVF, please do yourself a favour and insist on a referral to literally any other clinic.

My sister went through IVF here and they treated her (and every woman) like cattle, with no respect for appointment times or full bladders. Doctors were mostly rushing, unavailable and impatient. I accompanied her throughout and saw it all firsthand. They also gave her wrong information about her implantation being covered by OHIP, despite her checking in with both the Finance dept and the reception. Finance never responded but the nurse at reception assured her she was covered. Weeks passed and she continued on with daily appointments which took up half the day etc. The evening before implantation, when she was all hopped up on hormones, she got a call from CREATE and was informed that her procedure wasn't covered and she was on the hook for all $3000+ upfront the next morning or they wouldn't proceed. Even though my sister explained what she had been told, they blamed her, stating "it's your own fault for asking the front desk" and refused to acknowledge that their staff gave her wrong information based on which she decided to proceed with IVF. If she hadn't paid upfront the next morning, they would have held her embryo hostage and she would have to restart at least another month's worth of cycle monitoring, hormone injections etc. She spent the night before the procedure stressed out and emotional, and that implantation resulted in a miscarriage.

This is only one example of CREATE s systemic unethical callousness, which is why I would caution anyone against entrusting this clinic with their fertility treatments. This is not a healthcare clinic. This is a profit-focused operation that knows exactly how to prey upon and manipulate vulnerable people.

Read the other reviews and make your own decision. There are other options in Toronto and most of them HAVE TO BE better than this truly awful place. Mt Sinai has a fabulous fertility dept that I can vouch for and Trio has been pretty good so far.
