I believe that the staff are qualified, but they all seem a bit grumpy or preoccupied. I felt unheard and not really seen as a person when I met with Dr. Sharma. It was the first time I felt medicine was a business. She pushed freezing my eggs and seemed to rush me making a decision when it was my first appointment and I was clear I was exploring options. They appear to have great supports and services (I was attracted to the women doing it on their own support group), but it seems really superficial. I found the technicians and nurses rushed. They made a mistake with my health card. They also forgot to give me pain killers before the Fallopian tube test. If I wasn't well informed with all the procedures, I would be in a really vulnerable position and not get proper care. The technician for the tube test had a cold and was coughing on her hand, and didn't wash I after I pointed it out. I had a male doctor examine me that I was not informed of in advance, nor asked if was OK. There were five people in the room at one time and lots of confusion. It seemed like a comedy of errors. It seems like they play on people's vulnerability around conceiving to make money; rather than, focusing on providing superior customer service so people spend money and feel like it was worth it.
