Pick up and delivery was quick and painless. People I dealt with were extremely friendly and tracking information was accurate. I would use them again.

Terrible customer service. Complain about every little thing they have to do and refused to sign documents stating that customs could inspect the crate. Now I have to spend extra money because they are to lazy and un knowledgeable. I have used craters and freighters all over the U.S. This is by far my worst experience. Not to mention they charged me $75 dollars to pick up something 10 min away.

Just wow. Stay Away

Unbelievable, these people are the best packing place I have ever seen! I had to have something sent to me that was very heavy and fragile. So I contacted Rhonda at Craters & Freighters and she said don't worry we will take care of it. When I received my crate it was incredible, the Create was strong and looked like a piece of furniture, the item was within a separate
heavy duty card board box with super thick foam insulation. I am particular, but these guys are even beyond my expectations. If you have something you value and want to have it shipped and get to you in the same condition you gave it to them in these are your shippers! They are the best!!!!!

I was so happy when I found this place they are the best and there prices are the best I have seen. The women Rhonda who took care of me was so helpful and nice. This place saved me $200.00 in packing and shipping over UPS. They are Awesome I would recommend them a hundred times over.

Craters & Freighters is an awesome company!! I'm from The Bahamas and had a bad business purchase in Las Vegas, I needed a ship and crate company fast due to my short travel plans. Chris and his team came in and help me on their day off, they got my shipment from the vendor and I was on my flight back home with no worries.

These guys redeemed my faith in business in Las Vegas after such a bad experience with my vendor. Thanks guys you rock!!!!!

After working with them recently I was impressed enough with their quality and prices that I felt like the least I could do was leave a great public review.

I work for an IT department and we were needing a specific pelican case for shipping our laptop and other IT equipment back and forth fairly frequently. Craters & Freighters worked with me and helped me get what I needed (even when I might not have known what exactly I needed to begin with). The prices were more than reasonable and the personal service was great. Even thought I felt like I wasn't the biggest client and my needs were relatively small, I never felt like I was but on the back burner.

Would work with them again definitively.

I had my household items shipped from Las Vegas to Buffalo. The price was great, John was no-nonsense and didn't talk to me like a salesperson or ask for dimensions and a bunch of other information that the other companies wanted, which was great.

They were flexible on the pickup date,I was anxious about the weight and the delivery date. It arrived just as they said, on time, and while a bit overweight (my fault), the extra charge was reasonable as well. When I went to pick it up, it was packaged very well, and that was included in the price.

Overall, couldn't be happier.

A+++ Job Experience
This specific Craters and Freights is running a very professional operation. As a previous customer, they gave me the best rate on a project I was working on that had a slim budget. Not only was the rate pleasing but the customer service was phenomenal! Their communication was quick and they kindly addressed any extra requests I added. Most importantly their packaging/crating job on my item was neat and very secure. I only send my Nevada crating jobs to these guys, without hesitation.

My first experience with Craters and Freighters of Las Vegas went extraordinarily well. Not only did Jose Reveles accommodate our need for pickup on short notice, but he and his crew did a superb job of carefully packing and palletizing the fairly large stained glass window. The delivery driver even commented on how well it was palletized. The window itself was packed in multiple pieces of styrofoam, with tape and cardboard securing the glass, with it all in a stout cardboard box which had a gauge attached to show whether it had been handled roughly (it had not). Jose also sent several emails and left phone messages to keep me apprised of their progress, and when to expect delivery. I am amazed and pleased with the time and trouble taken to ensure this successful shipment, and would not hesitate to use or recommend them in the future. They were also much lower priced than another estimate we had gotten.

My company arrived in Las Vegas for a large trade show only to find our crate demolished. I called Craters and Freighters and they made me a crate in record time. It was everything I asked for plus better. Craters and Freighters were easy to work with and did everything they said they would. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a crate for any reason.

Craters and Freighters made us a beautiful crate for our trade show displays. I was happy it was delivered together with some pallets added
later. Stephanie coordinated my two PO s to be made and delivered together on time . No easy task with strict dock appointment times at busy trade shows.

I am updating my review to add stars because we did receive the refund that was owed to us. Thank you very much.

They picked up a 700 lbs printer for us and crated it, which made it 1200 lbs. We let them know we had no fork lift or any means to get the printer off the truck so we were trusting in them to send the correct truck to get the package off safely. When the truck arrived the first thing the driver said was, "I hope you have a forklift!!!" The liftgate on the truck was not big enough and they didn't even bring a forklift. We paid $1,700 for this???!!! We finally found a neighbor to help us out. The driver told us to get our money back for the liftgate that was not used, but Craters and Freighters refused to even do this for us. Do not trust them if you are relying on a competent company that cares about the consumer!!!

Scheduling service was easy and accomplished over the phone. I had a concern about the tracking information stated for my shipment and this company and staff were willing to go the extra mile to find out the cause. I will use them in the future if the need arises.

Impressive company. Prompt and responsive and most importantly careful in packing items that are very fragile. I appreciate the professionalism displayed by everyone we came into contact with.
