The staff clearly does not belong in customer service. They blurt out customer information before you can get to their office and scoff at you. There are ways to handle certin matters and they do not have that skill set. I'm very aware their competition isn't much better price wise but I'd hope they at least can be respectful while they Rob you. Hopefully this area can get some more businesses in soon so they will have competition and have to do better or go out of business.
