Terrible customer service. Complain about every little thing they have to do and refused to sign documents stating that customs could inspect the crate. Now I have to spend extra money because they are to lazy and un knowledgeable. I have used craters and freighters all over the U.S. This is by far my worst experience. Not to mention they charged me $75 dollars to pick up something 10 min away.

Just wow. Stay Away
