Awesome service and food. Our server , johnathon was smazing. I hadnt seen my best friend in awhile and he didnt rush us out. He got us to go teas. And at first we can be needy for all our extras and condiments..he was excellent for it and kept us supplied in our drinks. BIG PLUS

Usually can't go wrong here. Something for everybody.

We can't complain about the food or service, it was great. Unfortunately they need to do away with the food pickup parking and offer more handicap parking. My dad is a double above the knee amputee and I had to park us to the back of building and walk push him in the wheel chair in the rain to the front door. Handicap parking needs to be for truly disabled individuals.

It's awesome and always neat and clean and they're know what they're doing to!

Dumb waitress name Susan what's the most kindest waitress I've ever had in my lifetime the food was great and the manager came around to check to see if everything was going okay and she was wonderful as well all in all this was one of the best experiences I've ever had in dining out thank you a big shout-out to the Cracker Barrel in Lebanon wish we had the same in Mount Juliet

To go order placed at 4:16 . I paid st 4:50 and got the food at 5:20. Not very happy with the service but the food was great

Worst Experience Ever...
Incredibly disappointed with service..we had a party of 6 and waited an hour while 34 people went ahead of us who checked in after us. Store only had 2 tables for 6 or more...we asked that if we could get in sooner to be seated at multiple tables of 2 +4 or a 4+4 customer after customer who came after us were seated within 3 to 5 minutes yet we waited for nearly an hour. I asked to talk with a manager and greeter did nothing...I had to hunt for A manager who only gave me excuses. Problem solving shouldnt be this difficult...not a single apology or anything...Pancakes were AMAZING however chewy and crispy, just delicious.

Great service great atmosphere. I had the daily special Turkey and dressing good institutional food. Expected better. Was ok but Lebanon Tennessee is the home of Cracker Barrel. Should be a flagship store.

Good service and food. Not sure how they ran out of sweet potato casserole before 7 p.m., but apart from that everything was good.

My family and I have always had great experiences while dining in, but to go orders are always lacking. Either we are missing something, or the food is over cooked, etc. Great food and service if you dine it, but hit or miss on to go orders

Love all Cracker Barrel's. The people that worked here were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. They have the cutest unique gifts and adorable boutique type clothing.

My husband and I travel for months at a time so we eat out every single day of our lives . Spending a lot of money in doing so . Today was no exception as we stopped in at the Cracker Barrel in Lebanon to enjoy a nice afternoon meal . The waitress was sweet when she did come around and the lady working in the store side was terrific . Extremely friendly . The food was below average and we were very disappointed as we eat at Cracker Barrel often and this is definitely won of the worst ones. I can recall one other time that the food was bad at a Cracker Barrel and that was ONLY once and a LONG time ago. We both had the hamburger steaks and it was cooked way too long and hard and almost burned . The gravy had an unusually strong onion taste to the point of making it practically inedible . Very bad taste. The macaroni was obviously old or from the bottom of the pan and extremely hard and dried out . It was very disappointing as we spend a lot of money at Cracker Barrel each month . :( Maybe it was just a bad day but sure was unfortunate for us . We left a big chunk of hard earned money there and were still hungry when we left and have now since eaten somewhere else . Very disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful lunch experience today at this Cracker Barrel. Our server Kimberly was great and, even though the restaurant was busy for lunch, the wait was just a few minutes and our food was brought out hot and fast. Will definitely return!

If you and your wife were your girlfriend who ever want to go out to eat and have a good time. This is the place country atmosphere the food looks good taste good and the waitresses I bend over backwards to help you out. Where else can you get that all
