Cracker Barrel Review

Crystal was a great server, lots of teamwork here, 3 ladies cashing out, clean, and fast! Great job!

Steak was undercooked mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese were boring did not have any chicken strips that my wife ordered. Only had one flavor of jelly overall a disappointing trip

The food at cracker barrel is always great. Never have I gotten anything bad.

Traditional "Southern Comfort Food" doesnt get much truer than Cracker Barrel. The food can sometimes be hit or miss on the quality so it really depends on the day you visit. Pricing is about what you'd expect for this sort of establishment. Has an attached gift shop where you can buy things from Sweets, to clothes to Rocking Chairs.

Make sure if you are there for dinner they don't sale you lunch as they did me!!! Was wondering why I didn't get much food until I checked out and I got lunch for dinner at 6pm!!!!!

Service was great had a menu that even my finance could eat off and she has a lot of allergies

This location is always packed and for good reason. Country Boy Breakfast is my favorite.

No matter how busy it is you always have AMAZING service!

Good food but there is no room to walk around in there because of all the merchandise.

Cant seem to get my hamburger steak cooked medium. What cracker barrel calls medium, comes to my table overdone. I've been eating medium rare hamburgers my whole life. But try to get this resteraunt to cook it slightly pink, and it comes to you fried thg o a crisp, and laying in a puddle of grease. Customer service going downhill

It was the standard Cracker Barrel. It was clean, the service was good. The food met expectations. Great for a stop in breakfast in the morning.

Service was wonderful and the food came out hot and tasty. I also really appreciated the spacing and masks worn by the staff.

Portions got smaller, meatloaf was different and they added.some kind of meat filler or something it was dusgusting, i will never order that again! I left hungry!

Ordered curbside. Never answered the phone when we called in. After 15 min had to go in and get it then they didn't want to give it to us because it was curbside. Portions were small. Ordered a Chicken sandwich BLT. It had NO BACON. Very little chicken in the dumplings. Gave 2 stars because it did taste good

Like being at home only I didn't have to cook. Nothing ever changes here.

Had to wait over 1 hour ,once seated was probably the worse service ever had at cracker barrel normally very satisfied the waitress even got sarcastic with us after waiting till meal was almost over when we ask for our bread that we never got in the beginning

Food here not as good as other Cracker Barrel locations I've visited. Manager stood around a lot. I didn't see him interacting with customers like managers do at other stores.

Best service ever and they were packed!! Food was cooked to perfection. Haddock melted in your mouth...country ham and grits..well lets just say I ate every bite!

Ordered their Thanksgiving meal for 10 people and it was amazing.

They made me stand in line for 15 minutes just to tell me that I couldn't place a to go order at the register. Then they made me wait another 12:minutes on a server to come take my to go order. Then another 15 minutes of waiting to get my order. And, I'm not a huge fan of the overwhelming scents in that place. Enough pumpkin spice to kill even the most devout fan. Uggghhh. So unimpressed. Not the Cracker Barrell that I remember.

This is the place I go for comfort food. Friendly staff and love the gift shop.

Everytime we come here, there's an issue. Either the food is wrong when brought out, the food is cooked terribly or the service is ridiculous. We have started driving out of the way to go to other Cracker Barrel locations due to these issues. However, due to my father's health we needed to stay close to home. We made reservations in advance to avoid the long wait time as well. When we arrived, they could not find our reservation & informed us it would be an hour wait time., even though we showed them our reservation confirmation. Unacceptable!

I've missed eating at Cracker Barrel they are clean and following all of the safety measures.

If you like cafeteria food this is one of the best. The breakfast it's 5 stars everything else is hit and miss.

Service was excellent , however price was outrageous. I had a bowl of oatmeal, small orange juice and a slice of ham and the bill was almost $18.00 !!!! I would expect to that for room service in a hotel but not at Cracker Barrel in Lebanon, Tennessee !!!

Stays fairly busy. Love the pies for sale in the general store.

The service was great but when you look at your bowl of broccoli and you find spoiled black broccoli, you start questioning everything on your plate. This is how people get e-coli; when they don't inspect and wash their vegetables correctly.
Would they serve this to their family at home?
