I joined Maxcus technology in May 2019 I was my dream organization. Work environment is very healthy and policies are very attractive. In terms of performance bonus I think Maxus comes under the organization who pay upto 200% incentives to their employees. It offers good CTC to lateral employees. Interview process is very good. If you perform well there is always a job security.
