Cracker Barrel Review

The food is consistently good and they will fix it quickly if there is a mistake. The servers are usually great. We have had some disappointment when placing to go orders. On the whole, a good place to eat.

I'm looking for omelets and wish they did more healthy options. The food is ok nothing to write home about. It's cheap quick country food.

Wait is always long on sunday, but food is worth it.

Everything was going smoothly when we ate dinner here. The food was good, and everyone was friendly and helpful except for our server. She pretty much ignored us the entire time. I didn't get my side soup, we never got any refills on our drinks, and we were going to get a dessert but she just handed us our ticket and rushed off before a word could be said about it. Watching the other servers, it seems to me like we just got the odd one out.
*edit* we went in again and had a different server who was absolutely outstanding at her job. She was on top of everything and one of the best waitresses I've had.

Wonderful as always. Wanted to visit the very first Cracker Barrel, but this (#2) will have to do (since the 1st one is no longer operational).

The food was great! Service was excellent! The restaurant and store were clean.

Don't get me wrong I'm a huge fan of Cracker Barrel, but tonight was my worst experience yet. The biscuits were either burned or Rock Solid. Nothing ever came to us when we asked it too we had to remind our wait staff multiple times just for basic things like napkins. My dumplings were cold and everything seems like it's been sitting on the counter for a solid 10 minutes before we got it. I'm not sure if we just got the one off night or if this one is just know not to be a good Cracker Barrel, but I've been to at least 50 Cracker Barrels in the US and this one makes me want to give it one star. The meatloaf was dry and disgusting the sugar cured ham slice was as thin as a piece of paper in the size of a coaster. I did love our waitress though she was very sweet and kind when was fun with my kids and when she did remember to bring us our stuff that we asked her for she was quite enjoyable.

Good food. Very busy. Store handling crowd well but had to go to front to get ticket to pay. Waitress took my order and never returned.

The food was great as usual...wish the dining area wasn't so cramped...it's hard to enjoy your meal when you are elbow to elbow and back to back with total strangers...

Always great food. We eat here a lot, and we are on a keto/gluten free diet. They have grilled options, steamed vegetables, and salads.

I realize it was 8 PM when we came in but the muffins were burnt. My sides were cold and when we ask the manager for new muffins the mgr kind of look at is like we were a problem. The hashbrowns casserole taste like it had been sitting all day. The tea wasn't as good as it normally is. We eat at Cracker Barrels from Texas to New York and this one has been the worst.

Good food. Tonight's server was slow. But overall good country style food

Decent service. Great food. They do seem to have a high staff turnover as I never see t 75 e same servers twice in the evenings.

I'm an O/O, I eat breakfast often at Cracker Barrel.. Ate at this location today and my food was precooked.. The order came out 2 mins later and it was barely warm.. It's father's day, it's busy, but nah.. Can't cut corners to satisfy the volume, have more cooks on that day..

Very friendly staff, prompt service and great breakfasts. And the gift shop has some unique items.

The chicken and dumplings had very little chicken in it and the macaroni and cheese tasted watered down. The service was pretty good.

The food is standard cracker barrel. Not bad but not overly great either. Service however is almost always stellar.

Clean restrooms, nice staff, had great hash brown casserole compared to others I've been to. Fast and nice service.

Pancake with hot and delicious. Also service was great.

This place was dirty. My food came out cold. I have been going here for the last 32 years. It will be a long time if every we go back!

We are from Kansas City, MO and stopped in on our way home from SC. So glad we did. We have some Cracker Barrels back home but hadn't been in years. I wish I remembered our waitress- she was red headed and the cutest thing. Very friendly- prompt and just awesome! We loved everything we got and the service was really spectacular. I got the dumplings and they hit the spot. I would get them again and again. Very clean, and comfy feel. I loved the lit lanterns- it was just what we needed after being on the road all day long. All employees we came across were smiling and friendly. Great location!!! Glad we stopped in and can't wait to try a cracker barrel here at home- I hope it is just as good.

Went during Covid restrictions & they were not enforcing the face mask rule. Don't post it if you're not going to follow it.

To salty and took take out and gave me a ketchup cup size of salad dressing for big salad.

Good food and reasonably priced. Neat items in the gift shop too.

I came here with my 5-year-old daughter. We love Cracker Barrel and it's well known for excellent customer service... But here I waited 33 minutes for service... And it was slow and they had 5 waitresses. I don't know what happened. I never give low reviews but being forgotten for 33 minutes was not a great first impression.

James (mr. Frisbee) was an excellent server. We loved him. He was super nice and quick with refills and our orders.

The new chicken pot pie was great . Once we got the hang of it ordering on line was easy to. Thanks for a great meal.

Had prompt and extremely courteous service. Sunday fried chicken was very good and the vegetables were good. It is a better Cracker Barrel.

Asked for crispy bacon, had to send it back. I like coffee , it's to strong for me.

Eat there regularly and food is always prepared well and service is always excellent. Wife loves to shop in store. Love it

First Cracker Barrel ive ever been to that served beer and wine. Great service

The Burger I had was outstanding. The vegetables on it were perfectly ripened. They only gave me 2 pickles which for a burger that size should Have had 4 in my opinion. The portions we're large for a lunch menu and very reasonably priced. The server was very attentive and kept on top of everything. I got my food in a very timely manner even though the place was packed and the wait list was very short. They turn the tables over very quickly so everyone can eat in time for a hour long lunch break.

Nowhere to park. Get my food out to the car and my salad is missing. Try calling to make them aware so I don't have to go back through another line of people but no one answers. Go back into the store and wait. Lady contacts the kitchen. Let me just say, this was one irritating experience. Took a while to finally get my food but when I got home. The food was good. Two stars because the service was horrible.

I love how all of the locations seems to give the same High Level of Service & Quality.
