Worst Experience Ever...
Incredibly disappointed with service..we had a party of 6 and waited an hour while 34 people went ahead of us who checked in after us. Store only had 2 tables for 6 or more...we asked that if we could get in sooner to be seated at multiple tables of 2 +4 or a 4+4 customer after customer who came after us were seated within 3 to 5 minutes yet we waited for nearly an hour. I asked to talk with a manager and greeter did nothing...I had to hunt for A manager who only gave me excuses. Problem solving shouldnt be this difficult...not a single apology or anything...Pancakes were AMAZING however chewy and crispy, just delicious.
