Cracker Barrel Review

we met for breakfast, good food, good service. Nice country store. We like the atmosphere.

Food and Service was great. Manager on duty at the time, visited every table and chatted. Once she got around to our table, completly skipped us and went to the next table. Looked right at us too, turned her head like she didnt see us, and conversed with the next table, next to us.

Good food. Waitress didn't seem interested on serving customers. Guess she doesn't like tips.

Cracker Barrels are very consistent, and food is always enjoyable, especially for breakfast.

Southern style food, Tasty, Service was good, Weekends can be a bit of a Wait so Pack Your Patience, Would recommend for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner..

Good Breakfast and their Fried Chicken is very good.

Food was pretty good, but service is always slow. Otherwise lots of fun.

Sometimes have a prob but when they are on fire they are on fire. Servers are normally well over what expected. Truly the reason for customer base.

From the time Jerry pushed me through the door until he pushed me out the door after we ate and he paid our visit to Cracker Barrel #2 was great. The hostesses were very happy, friendly and quick to seat us. Our waitress came immediately and took our order. Our food was not very long in arriving and tasted delicious. I had the Tuesday lunch special - meatloaf, mashed potatoes and turnip greens. Jerry had a hamburger and fries with a tiny side of Cole slaw. Then we both had very delicious desserts.
Once again thank you so much for delicious food.
The handicap stall is another matter. It's great if you're on a walker or using it because you are quite tall and the other toilets are too short. But for a wheelchair it's not so great. I had to back in pulling the door shut. It bounced and I had to catch it and shut and lock it. There is barely enough room for my wheelchair next to the toilet. If I had been having an urgent problem it would have been too late.

Post poor experience. There served me spoiled milk,supersized waitress had supersized attitude. Cracker barrel is female in need of management. Worst experience ever. Waitress was methed out could not get out fast enough! Experience pissed off

My first time eating pancakes and they were absolutely delicious

Service was awful....order was wrong .took 45 min to get our meal... must have been training day .... worse experience at cracker barrel ever...

Food that should have been hot was cold. Manager said he would take care of it.
He didn't. Never again Cracker Barrel.

This is the original one and our family stop's by to eat here every time we are in the area visiting relatives in Tennessee. This restaurant is always busy and we always had good food and service on every visit. .

food was good we had 11people it was pack came over after seeing the lights it took about an hour to get a table need to get WiFi if you can

I love cracker barrel and have recently moved near this location a year ago, which is near to their home office. I always assumed this cracker barrel would be the best ran.

I look at all these 5 star reviews and can't help but think these people have not experienced other locations on a regular basis.

After a year of weekly visits I am very disappointed with the service and overall quality of the food.

Compared to other restaurants Cracker barrel is still amazing but compared to other cracker barrels this one is the most poorly managed.

The French toast often tastes like meat or onion, they never have crayons or cold mugs and my waiter like today is non existent....

My waitress Tarah was nice! She brought out hot roast beef and was very attentive in her area! I loved being in the flagship store and the wait was not too long. Seeing a Conway Twitty/Loretta Lynn poster artifact from the 1970s up on the wall was definitely super cool to see.

Great American home cooking and fun store to shop in. I thoroughly enjoy Cracker Barrel

So yummy! I dream about their white chocolate blackberry French toast. Super delicious.

This southern chicken thing they have going, skip it, gross! Trailer parking wasbthe best feature...and I think they all have that.

Service is great and breakfast isn't bad but they need more dinner stuff. This is just my opinion, I know Cracker Barrel is pretty popular beer in the south.

Cracker Barrel Store #2 !!

This is the same as all the other Cracker Barrels across the south, it's just the oldest one still open. #1 was closed as I understand it. Some Cracker Barrel trivia, from a family that likes to hit a Barrel while on a road trip.

At this location, the food was wonderfully made. They had no trouble with 6 person family.

We had a party if 8. Service was great, food was great and didn't have to wait along time to get it. Everything was awesome.

Always good food and great service. Only complaints are problems with take-out orders being correct and the crowds they have sometime, but mostly, the seating there is sooooo uncomfortable! Those chairs HURT if you have back and leg problems and they have many tables too close together. I hate bumping other people's seats trying to get in and out with my back hurting and legs gone numb from the chairs!

They need a zero for this it is incorrect as ALWAYS.!! They never get thee order correct as ALWAYS very poor management will not eat there again plz drive the extra miles to the next one you wont regret it

Even busy, this place serves up some good service and tasty food. We love that breakfast is all day, and the chicken and dumplings are delicious.

My favorite "Go to" place for good food ! Always good ... never in all the years that we have eaten here... have I ever been disappointed! And I love the shopping with its unique choices!

A small wait at 11 A.M., but that's to be expected. Great coffee and service. Mama's pancake breakfast never disappoints!

Food is really good. I like looking at all of the stuff sold in the lobby. I just feel there is to much and feel like I am going to knock something over.

The food was served cold and the waiter gave us the check as soon as the food was served. And never came by to see if we wanted more to drink.

You can't beat Cracker Barrel for good county cooking at great prices!

Food is very good. Busy place but good family place to eat. No booze served so no boisterous talking and hollering. Manager always Che king on ever thing.

I love cracker barrel, but today the coffee was very weak.

Poor service from the host from shiela in the front. Tell large parties it will take 5 minutes .It took 30 min go Murfreesboro instead or Mt Juliet instead. Not Lebanon

Great people!!! Sunday special chicken was very dry today. Eat this at other locations and have never had it dry like this.

I am a fan of Cracker Barrel in general. Unfortunately their food quality is inconsistent. This CB is middle class food wise.

Waited to be seated took 20mins. You have to wait in tiny gift shop, very crowded. Get seated. As the persons comes bringing out food I noticed she's carrying the tray high up by her ears. Her hair was going in all the food. I told her and she took back one plate of food. Not sure how she knew what plate had hair in it. I should have sent all back, I was grossed out. I ordered chicken and dumplings. A blob on a plate no peas carrot or celery. It was un- appealing . Hard blobs of dumplings. Husband had chick fried steak. He said was ok but fried okra pale and not good. Then had to wait in long line just to pay to get out. I have no clue why these places are so busy. My first and last time!!

This is my favorite restraunt it has great food and wonderful staff.

Great service, great food, large portions of sides.

Fried turkey dinner was great. Josh our server was attentive and the retail staff were helpful. Great job to all!!
