Hotel is a nice property, with spacious and clean rooms. However, it's not too close to many shopping or dining options. There are plenty within about a mile walk, but not many much closer. This location has a Starbucks on site, which is really nice, but it has a limited menu. Overall good experience.

Front desk went that extra mile to make sure my wife and I had that much needed time! Even went as far as to upgrade our room!!! Which of course made me spend more money with the hotel it's self on food and drinks.!!! And leo the transit driver was top toch... Not to mention how nice and clean everything was!!! And like I said the day shift front desk Nick, & and the guy he works with we're both lookamazing and went above and beyond the call of duty and gave my wife and I a night we will never forget!!! Thank you so much Marriott for your kind service at very responsible pricing!!!!!!!! :) :) :) (This Georgia boy was VERY happy!!!)
Great Hotel to stay in with the family and friends. Everyone was very friendly and nice the and very close to camping world staduim i would stay at this hotel again!
So my organization use this hotel for us to stay at when we have conferences. The staff is the best! Always super nice and accommodating. The only and biggest con is the the traffic noise! I know the hotel is located downtown but I have stayed downtown in major cities before and never experienced that level of noise. I would suggest asking for a room in the back or far side of the hotel. Rooms in the front get to hear trucks backing up at 4:30 every morning......
Best hotel in downtown Orlando. Ive been staying here every week for a year. Business or vacation, this is the place to stay. Debra and Kevin at the front desk provide the best customer service , housekeeping is a 10, great food in the Bistro and last but not least, JJ the shuttle driver will get you where you need to go at lightning speed. They are in the process of renovating the rooms as well.
Good hotel consistent with the brand in a decent location. Free shuttle takes you places. My TV had issues connecting (never got it to work) to Netflix, YouTube, and all that but as an amenity it was not a big deal to me.
Everything was great. Overnight parking was free which is rare for a downtown hotel. Minutes from the bars and restaurants downtown. Hotel was clean and very accomodating
Hotel room was beautiful, the bathroom had enough space with a large sink, large closet, free wireless (suprisingly decent speeds too). Parking was $15 but they do advertise that, the shuttle they offer is convenient. Overall a very pleasant hotel.
We stayed at this facility. Very nice place. They are currently having some renovations, but you can hardly tell. The General Manager Cheryl is very sweet. Very convenient location to most of everything. I loved the Starbucks in house coffee bar!
On wednsday my significant other returned to Orlando after being away in the military for over a year. It was our one and only night to ourselves before returning to our homes and families. On top of that, it was also a very special day because it was also our anniversary. We had booked a room at the grand bohemian hotel almost a month in advance. When arriving we were met by the surprise that there was a check in policy of 21 years of age or older. We were then sent to another hotel where we would have a discounted rate or some kind of accomodation for our inconvenience. The hotel was about 20 minutes away with traffic. We then missed our first dinner reservation. When we arrived at the second hotel. That hotel also had the same check in policy. The staff at that hotel sent us over to another hotel. They did not care to even check if they had a room or could make accomodations for our inconvenience. We then called the third hotel, the man was not concerned woth our situation. We then contacted the marriott number in which the woman on the phone was very helpful to set us a room at the third hotel. We then missed our second reservation we made incase we missed the first and proceeded to the hotel later that night where we met the same person we spoke to on the phone. He continued to have an unappealing attitude and failed to communicate some things about the hotel such as ammenities, time of check out, etc.
In conclusion, we agree that NO PERSON should have to endure this kind of stress on vacation, or ANY occasion for that matter whether you are 18 years of age or 21 years of age or older. NO PERSON should have the NEED to contact a corporate official just to find professionalism, understandment, and concern. It is very sad to know that Marriott is a company of poor service and managment and that the only way to have anyone be concerned of your issues is if you contact a higher offical. That night not only did we waste a lot of gas driving around trying to find the hotels, we wasted a lot of our patience and energy trying to stay positive and enjoying our day, but most of all, we wasted our time and our special day dealing with unnecessary and avoidable inconviniences due to the Marriott staff. We spent our one and only day we had to ourselves, our anniversary, being mislead. We ended up with a mediocre non romantic/luxurious hotel(Which was actually the only reason we chose The Bohemian Hotel in the first place). We missed both of our reservations at a 5 star brazilian steakhouse and were left in complete exhaustion after an entire waste of a day that we fell asleep less than an hour after checking into our room.
We just want to give our personal thanks to Marriott for ruining our entire anniversary and wasting our day. Not to mention the ONLY day we got alone before my significant other has to return to his family and then to another state in return of his leave. We are both assured that neither of us or any of our family members or friends will ever be staying with this company ever again.
We also want to let the Marriott company know that if there is anything to take away from this review it is that we hope you will ensure and instate communication and professionalism as a key component to your facilities. Orlando, Fl is one of the worlds top touristic destinations and while we have had the luxury to live in and experience what Orlando has to offer, most of your guests do not. We can only hope that no other guest ESPECIALLY a tourist or someone traveling for buisness purposes, would ever have to endure the amount of stress and inconveniences we experienced wednsday night.
Convenient location to downtown Orlando...Church St, Amway Arena, Lake Eola area....friendly & helpful staff & Small Cafe...also a 24hour 7-11 next door
Great Staff!! Front desk guy (Justin?). Asked us what we were there for. Recommended restaurants we might like and got us in touch with transportation! Great service!!
Always looking forward to staying at the Courtyard Marriott when in Orlando. With clean rooms and common areas, personable and professional staff, and a unique "Barbucks" which serves coffee in the morning and cocktails at night, this is the ideal hotel for professionals coming to Orlando
The staff and service are second to none. If there is anything not to your satisfaction they address it immediately with a great attitude. Thank you Marriott Courtyard! We will be back.
Attended a professional event with food and beverage. The professional service was great and everyone we interacted with was lovely. The salad was nice, but the Alfredo was heavy.
They Courtyard Marriot Downtown was most hospitable. I would recommend them to a friend. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I was traveling with my elderly grandmother, teenaged cousin and two young children. Long story short, due to an error on our part, we ended up in a king-sized room. They found another room for us on a busy holiday weekend and helped us get settled into a new room. They provided a pack-n-play to use as a crib and brought more and more pillows, sheets, and towels to make us all comfortable. At check out, they provided umbrellas for us to make it to our car in the rain. And when my grandmother left her cell phone in the room after check out, they helped me find it. They even waived the parking fee for us. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk clerk to the hospitality committee, greeted us with a smile and a helpful attitude.
Courtyard by Marriott always offer the most supreme customer service. The ambience and style allow a seamless experience between leisure and productive business opportunities. Simply cannot recommend enough for those who enjoy the finer experiences in life should choose Courtyard by Marriott.
Gigi at the front desk was great. I checked in around 6 after flying all day and she was quick, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. While there was refurbishing going on I didn't hear anything when in my room.
I visit once a month for business travel. The rooms are a little dated and you have to pay for parking but the bistro/bar is great. Service is always excellent and housekeeping always goes the extra mile.
Conveniently located near the venues for the event I traveled to Orlando for, the Courtyard Orlando Downtown was perfect for my trip. The room was in good condition and comfortable, with a nice firm bed and soft pillows. Climate control for the room was easily manageable and provided perfect temperature. Though I didn't use many of the additional amenities, the options were there and I'd definitely stay again.
Lobby area has a Starbucks coffee, and the outside pool area is really beautiful. They have nice lights and fireplace outside for you to sit and relax after pool.
Hotels market/shop has overpriced snacks and water. 7/11 is right next door where you can walk to get mostly all essential items. Staff is really polite and helpful. One of my favorite places I stayed in Orlando.
Our stay has been very quiet. The staff has been more than helpful. Our room was very clean. We have used the fitness room and pool. Both enjoyable. Wifi works well. Walking distance to very good restaurant s.
I really enjoyed my stay here. We stayed in a King room with a hot tub and opted to stay in for the night. The bed was really comfortable and after a long week at work the long soak in the hot tub really helped me relax.
This was a weekend stay for a family visit to Disney & Universal. The "off-property" location was great! East to find, easy to park. It was about a 30-minute drive to the property from the hotel, which is just fine. With three grandparents and a toddler in tow, the staff at the Courtyard Downtown were clutch for Mom & Dad!
Front desk staff helped with the last-minute forgetful items - if they weren't in the market, then they'd help me get them. Alan & Greg in the Bistro were wonderful! We would come in exhausted, and they were there with waters and other cold bevs to help cool down after a very fun and busy day.
The best was on Saturday, which happened to be my birthday. We came in (exhausted from a full Disney day!) and took over the area right in front of the TV to celebrate with our own food and drinks. The staff was helpful in cleaning up (against my protests!), getting plastic ware, napkins, and overall making sure I didn't do anything on my birthday.
Finally, we had three rooms between our party. All were well-kept, clean, and smelled great. We had an issue on day, reported it, and the manager made a point to reach out to say it had been addressed that same day.
As loyal Marriott Rewards members, we know a top-notch Marriott team and property when we see it. This was one of them. Thanks to all for making our stay a memorable one, even "off-property."
