Very good hotel Clean, spacious room, the pool is very cozy and the terrace that was next to it was perfect to have a chat. It is very close to Downtown Orlando. Perfect!!!!

My friend actually stayed here. Her key didn't work to get us in at a later hour and we had to wait a couple minutes for someone to open the door. Otherwise everything was great.

stayed 4/25 thru 4/29...freshly remodeled lobby area..absolutely fabulous. Very, very spacious and clean. BUT, they need to extand that refreshment to their rooms.. they are needing of a remodeling fast.. They are NOT musty yet, but they need to hurry up and get it done. WATCH OUT !! they charge a $10/day parking fee to park on site (makes no sense). They don't mention this on thier website nor did they mention it at check in...had that waived with minimal hesitation. Which leads me to discuss customer service. We had a very serious issue happen in our room. I kindly spoke to managment, and they bent over backwards to accommodate us.. they even upgraded our room and gave us a free breakfast..which was a major surprise, and not what we asked for. I would give this location 5 stars if they didn't try to sneak in that stupid parking fee, and put the same refreshness into their roooms like they did the lobby. A bonus star for the friendliness of the management and staff.

Very convenient location for our purposes. Beautiful hotel with modern lobby and common areas, and a great gym with treadmills and free weights. Parking is $15/night. Room was comfortable, had a balcony. The tv had access to various streaming services, which including HBO. Really, I'm giving 4 stars just because there was a wired worn spot on the tub floor, and a bit if dried conditioner on the shower wall, which weirded me out, but overall our stay was great!

By far best hotel I been to in Orlando Victor Hernandez was extremely helpful very friendly amazing energy interacted with my boys which they loved. Highly recommend for family stay. Thank You Again

Great hotel in downtown Orlando, close to pretty much anything that you want. Food , Shopping, Restaurants and more.

We were made to feel very welcome and given great information especially by Youbens at the front desk.

Everything was great, the hotel and staff are nice. Its close to the highway.

Excellent property. Nice rooms and good service.Nice gym at groundfloor and nice pool at rear end.Being located in business area its difficult to get to international drive and other recreational areas.No shuttle service and only way was to take uber all the times.

Place was great but we were promised a suite, it wasn't a suite. We had spent the day at the hospital saying good bye to my brother who passed away. We flew in from WI so was not in the mood to complain, so just went to bed.

Nice place but breakfast for our group wasn't provided and I would have liked to have sweetner and cream in my room for the coffee. This area really needs some food choices around the hotel

Front desk was very friendly and helpful! We decided to stay last minute and really enjoyed our one night stay. It was very quiet, but conveniently located to downtown activities. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Great and cozy hotel, located on a great location in downtown Orlando. 20 min. from Sanford International Airports and Winter Park. It is also within walking distance to Lake Eola and some excellent restaurants at the downtown

The staff was great. The food is always good. my only negative on this is that it's a little bit further out of downtown then you may think. However, if you're just trying to get on and off the highway and be close to downtown it's fantastic

I liked it but the breakfast isn't that good and it's not free. Rooms are great. Parking is okay. Very comfortable and spacious.. courtesy and helpful up front. I might stay there again.

Jennifer Avila was the most patient and kind front desk service agent I have ever experienced in my life. I was staying at this hotel after military training where a government credit card was used (not under my name). However, in order to accept the payment, there is an authorization form the military had to fill out. Jennifer helped us out with the process as best as she could. It took us about two hours to contact the right people and fill out the form correctly, but through it all, Jennifer was guiding and helping us out until the end. Thank you Jennifer for your patience and kindness! You were incredibly helpful, and your customer service attitude was one of the best I have ever experienced!

It's under construction so the gym was closed. I was also not happy I was paying for parking.

Good downtown hotel just north of the city center. It makes it an inconvenient walk to most places downtown. But it is good for the price.

Clean and friendly hotel in the heart of downtown Orlando.....so close, but not directly on theme parks property. Wish that having a car would not cost extra to park.

The personnel there were fantastic. Booked two rooms for myself and family members that were visiting. I m so happy I was able to find this hotel. We got newly renovated rooms. Hotel and rooms were spotless. Had a fire pit, pool, and an area inside where one can sit down watch tv or spend time speaking with family.

I was only there for 30 minutes or less. Very nice Lobby.

My Favorite Hotel!!! I have stayed here about 6 or 7 times and I love it! The perfect hotel for me.. From the large balconies to the free washer and Dryer! The gym has everything I need I love the treadmill where I can watch my Netflix episodes! Rooms are always clean! Smart Tvs in every room! Right next to 7 eleven and 2 minute walking distance to Enterprise.. Food down stairs.. You name it.. I can go on and on!

They have an Starburst cafe inside the lobby area.....100% recommended.

The employees at the front desk and coffee bar were very friendly and were personable. Overall, the stay was great and the facilities were nice/clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well. However, there was quite a bit of hallway noise and it was extremely loud outside all throughout the night - I woke up around 230 every morning to vehicles. The rooms need better sound proofing. In addition, there was a mattress cover on the bed, but no bedbug mattress cover or the full zip up covers. I signed up for the green no house cleaner deal through the app for a few extra points - this was a nice feature. Parking spots are a decent size for cars, but if a truck or SUV parks next to you, good luck getting out.

This Marriott hotel is great. You must know the level of Marriott. This hotel will not let you down. The room was very clean, the setting was very good, the staff was very friendly and warm and attentive. Employee Nick checked in for us. He is very friendly and very happy to stay here.

The rooms are great, with plenty of space. There's a bistro in the lobby with breakfast and drinks, although it's pretty expensive. Parking is fifteen dollars a day which is ridiculous.

The service was excellent. All the staff are polite and knowledgeable, as well as helpful. The food service in the lobby bar was timely and delicious. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained.

We stayed here four days. Beds comfortable. Staff polite and ready to help. Maid service excellent. Starbucks on site a big PLUS. Location is great. Will definitely stay here again. Pool and hot tubs too.

The rooms are all renovated and very nice. So close to downtown with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. They have a bistro that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Keep in mind it's a bistro with light food items. But good with a bar. They have a Starbucks connected to the bistro. The lady at the Starbucks is so nice from Ecuador. Always smiling and friendly. She made my day every morning with her positive attitude and service.

The room is spacious and comfortable, The Bistro offers delicious and reasonably priced snacks, breakfasts, and lunches, and a nice variety of beverages, including Starbucks coffee and a kick-butt margarita. The pool is nice, if a little small and not many lounge chairs. The fitness center is well-equipped and clean. There was a little problem with the shuttle; the driver did not arrive for the scheduled pick up, nor did he check in with the front desk, but George at the front desk was so accommodating. He ordered a taxi for us on the house so we would make our reservation and even brought us water while we were outside waiting. He definitely went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone from the front desk to the Bistro servers to the housekeepers were so friendly and made sure our stay was wonderful.

Location was very close to downtown in the rooms were beautifully clean smell great in the air conditioning worked wonderful. The staff there was amazing and always helpful

Courteous staff, everyone went out if their way to make this just right for you. The saying The customer is always right" is certainly something they strive for. Even though I made a mistake in my booking, they found a way to bend over backwards to make sure my family's stay was not interrupted. It's a very quaint, relaxing, up to date, and modern hotel. It's even a nice place for a family reunion or business meeting with break out ability, due to the food and beverage department that is awesome. The rooms were clean and huge. The courtyard, pool, gym, cyber lounge and lounge areas, were really nice too. Also had a nice bar. I would certainly return here in the future.

This is the best hotel on earth. The food, everybody is friendly. Today I checked out, but I want to come back already. The entire staff is doing their best so you get the most out of your stay. If you go there, try the burrito for Breakfast. IT'S AMAAZING!

I was here for a seminar, but my girlfriend and I were supposed to stay at a hotel down the street. After seeing the other hotel, we decided to come back and stay here. It was the best decision we could ve made. I already knew this hotel was nice because I was here for a seminar, but the room is amazing! The service from Kevin was over the top. I really can t explain how helpful and accommodating he was. Whatever he makes, Marriott should double it because he is priceless. Five stars all the way! Location, amenities, customer service. everything.
