The service from EVERY employee here is exceptional. Starting at check-in with Benny Jacques to the Bistro attendants the following morning. The stay was very stressful with Doctor appointments and the Courtyard made stress free. The room was immaculate and the common areas the same. Thank you Benny and staff.
Altho it being under renovation, my stay there was extremely pleasant. Front desk was very cortious and accommodating. House keeping did a wonderful job preparing the rooms and the bistro employee's were very friendly. I will definitely be staying there again, im sure once renovation is done my experience will be even better yet
Nice hotel, "restaurant" was overpriced semi-snack bar. Charged for parking (?)...not that nice
Awesome stay at the courtyard Marriott. We stayed after our wedding and it was an awesome decision. We also used them for wedding room block and the feedback from our guest were for the large part all positive. Every morning we went to the lobby we saw it was filled to the brim with our guests!

Bedsheets feel like plywood, pillow had a smoky smell. The room had a pretty weird set up. There was a mirror on one side of the bed, like you would face up the mirror as you fall asleep. This must be a discount rate room cuz it also has connecting door. Bathrooms need updaye.

An amazing hotel, good location, clean rooms, but staff is best selling point. They know what you need before you do, and are always willing to help with any problem. If you like feeling respected and not just a paycheck this hotel treats you like the family you always wanted. Defiantly a must stay.

A short stay for business meant I only got to experience a couple of nights stay. The hotel is going under renovation, but it can t be far off completion. The open, bright and well finished lobby area is a fresh change to other hotel chains. Staff were helpful throughout my stay.
The fitness suite is excellent, good range of equipment and has piped filtered water - I like this for ease and environment!
Bedroom was big, shower great and everything was clean and well designed for traveller, including decent hangers, a good iron and a fridge!
A deducted star as unfortunately, and not fault of hotel, I had two interrupted nights sleep. I was front facing, 6th floor, and the garage forecourt provided a space for both bikers and car gatherings. My bed was literally vibrating from the bass!

My boyfriend (Corey) and I (Michelle) stayed at the Courtyard Orlando Downtown from Saturday, July 7 - Sunday, July 8. When we checked in and arrived in our room 321, I immediately got in the bed because I was tired from our travel. A few minutes later, I started to feel itchy. I thought it was just the sheets so I got comfortable and fell asleep. I woke up after 1:30 am and noticed red bumps on my hands and arms. The bumps were itchy and irritated. I immediately called down to the front office and reported that something in the bed was biting me. The front desk person stated he would send security up to the room. I waited for about 10 minutes but security did not show so I went downstairs. The front desk person stated I could switch rooms and gave me a key to a different room. He did not ask to see the bumps or try to find another remedy. The security person was walking around downstairs in the lobby while I was down there talking with the front desk person. He did not ask me about the bumps or the room nor did he ask if I needed assistance with moving my luggage. Being that is was after 2:00 am and he did not see a man with me, I feel he should have offered to help. My boyfriend went out Downtown. I did not go with him because I was tired. I moved our items from the first room into the new room. I did not receive a phone call from the manager in the morning about the issue. My boyfriend went to the front desk during breakfast to speak with the manager and to report the issue again. The manager did not take the issue seriously and did not try to provide a remedy to the issue. He said he sent someone to the room but the person did not see anything. My boyfriend asked him to come over to the table where we were having breakfast to look at the bumps on my hands, however, he barely looked and just ask me do the bumps itch or hurt. I told him the itch badly and also hurt. He walked off and asked us to come talk to him after we finish breakfast.
At checkout my boyfriend went back to front desk to speak with the manager. The manager told him that he will request an inspection and send him the report. The manager stated he think it was a mosquito from the balcony door.
The bumps that I have on my hands and arms are not mosquito bites. The bumps and small and red and some look like blisters. On my way home, I searched for pictures of bed bug bites and the bumps looks exactly like the picture. I went to prompt care this morning, and the doctor confirmed that it is bed bug bites. I took pictures to document the bumps. The pictures are posted under my Yelp review.
I am very disappointed in the way the manager handled the issue. He acted as if we just wanted the room for free. My boyfriend is a silver elite Marriott member who has over 26 stays so far this year. We do not need a free room nor would I make up a issue to receive a refund. The room was already paid for and was only $145. I just feel like my issue was overlooked and not taken seriously. The next guest can possibly experience the same issue if it s not resolved. I was itching so bad over night and could not sleep. I am highly disappointed with this Marriott hotel.
Every Marriott I have stayed have been top notch but this one has very bad customer service front desk clerk Spanish girl needs to be removed from her job I thought something didn't look right when there was all Spanish people my check in was horrible I had reservation but didn't make it through it because of this person I noticed how I was teated different, you all could be sued for this type of behavior will never visited this one agan I will spread the word.

This was my first visit to this hotel and I had the extinct pleassure of being checked in by YOUBENS ALTIDOR "Guest Service Supervisor". This was by far the best check in experience I've ever experienced. I've worked all aspects of the Front Desk and I can say he is definitely an asset to the Marriott Brand. I was there for a special surprise for my significant other and saw that I had roses in hand upon check in. He made my plans even better and words can't say thank you enough for the wonderful customer service and treatment as a guest I received. The staff, security and everyone I interacted with was very friendly, helpful and professional. I definitely would recommend staying here and look forward to future stays.

Nice place and good customer service. If you looking for a good restaurant recommendation and you don't want to drive, just ask JJ the shuttle driver and he will take care of you.
The rooms had nice newer smart televisions in them that were a good size for a room with a single king bed. The shower was nice, even though it was a bit cramped with the extra handheld shower head and hand railing, that I am guessing was for disabled guests.
Two reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5: the air conditioner in all three rooms for me and my colleagues didn't control temperature very well, and there was only 1 elevator working due to renovations, which really slowed things down.

Good clean hotel. Reasonable bar prices and convenient location. Only issue was mattress was too firm.
Rooms are clean and most the staff is awesome. The night shift parking patrol needs to know his limits tho. From my room balcony I watched him reach into my car and then disconnect the electrical charge cord. If he doesn't like where my car is parked say something but don't ever help yourself into somebody's car.

We had a very nice time here. Staff was very friendly with helping us out before check in. They offer a free shuttle service which was pretty convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. At night the room was dark, a good temperature, and quiet leading to good sleep. Overall very pleased with staying here.

I booked one night with months in advanced to go to a concert at Amway Center with the hubby. Adriana at the front desk was friendly, checked us in and after that, told us that we were not gonna have water service from 11pm to 5am. To me this is ridiculous and outrageous. That is something you notify your guest ahead of time. Marriott failed to let us know in advance so we would make the arrangements or switch hotels. After I told her that I was not gonna stay there in those conditions she made the arrangements for us to go to the nearby Residence Inn. We almost missed the beginning of the concert because of this hassle. I've been a loyal customer for many years and member of the Bonvoy. Still waiting for Marriott to refund me the money on the first hotel reservation.
Staff was amazingly sweet. Barista was so kind each morning and made our orders fast! Location is great! We walked to a local camera store within 2 miles and had lunch in the asian district and walked back and stopped by a darling pond! Such a nice experience.

We took the shuttle over to a really awesome Halloween bar! That driver was so informative of the area and even offered us great places to each that he had vouchers for. Unfortunately we were leaving early in the morning and couldn't take him up on his offer but we appreciated it!! He picked us up as soon as we called and made sure he dropped us off and picked us up in a safe location because the area we wanted to go was a little sketch lol

For a three star hotel on the edge of downtown it is pretty good. Courtyards do have a standard layout and even smell. The smell can be a little chemical like and I get that at most of their properties. They do go a bit more than other courtyards. They have a laundry with only a washer and dryer but the saving grace is that they provide the washing powder and dryer sheets as a courtesy rather than the rather exorbitant prices charged elsewhere. It's usually more expensive than other locations but staying on points is the same as other locations.

Very nice place to spend the nights at when you visit orlando to go to the amusement park.
The location is conveniently next to downtown. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. I was only there for one night for a business trip and therefore I was unable to truly take advantage of the entire place. My only issue was that due to its location you could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall it is perfect for a short getaway or for a business stay.

The hotel it self is really nice, the rooms are pretty spacious. It's location makes it a really good place for tourists since its in the center of Orlando. Although the food is pretty pricey, but overall it's a pretty nice place.

I liked it because they are remodeling the hotel the only thing bad it's the mattress that is those spring mattresses and it's annoying when your wife gets up and the whole bed moves

The Best Place to Stay Downtown. Wonderful Staff. Friendly.
No microwave in room. Frig has no freezer in it. TV is to the side of the bed so it is difficult to watch, had to turn the hot water fully hot to take a warm shower. One elevator was out of service. No free breakfast. Internet speed was good. Bed was great. Had a small balcony which was nice. Would pick a different place next time for the money.
I made an honest mistake and booked a room for 1 Friday which I later found out their website caused the error and kept putting the day I was on the system versus the day I was trying to book for which was the following Friday. I can and spoke with Matt who tried to help but transferred me to the house keeping supervisor who happens to be the operations Manager Heather Haynes. I explained that I didn't want a refund. All i wanted was to be able to apply the funds to the room the next Friday. Me Haynes never called me back but sent an email which was very dry pretty much saying sucks to be you , I called her a second time to see if they would at least meet me half way and she never returned my call. As a loyal customer and as a a Veteran i won't ever support the Marriott or any of their sister hotels. The customer service is piss poor and they don't care about their veterans and I will make sure that I inform am others of this concern and piss poor customer service that I received.
