This property is beautiful. Very clean. You can tell that the staff takes great pride in this property by how well it's maintained and it's in such a perfect location to downtown and Main roadways.

Convenient location to down town. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The highlight is the shuttle - JJ (the driver) is awesome, friendly and informative.

Nice little hotel with friendly staff. Wish they had an airport shuttle though. Would recommend.

Too many issues with outside loud noise after 3:00 am in the morning. Major TV channel was not working during the most important NFL game on Thanksgiving. Ruined our holiday vacation.

The staff knew about these issues weeks in advance and did nothing to correct them permanently. They simply provided numerous excuses and apologies rather than fixing the cause of the issues.

I am a big Marriott Fan and this hotel did not disappoint - especially when we upgraded to room with Jacuzzi for no addl cost. Far as location, it seems like we are surrounded by commercial and residential buildings. I prefer being smacked down in the middle of retail, bars and food so we can access within walking distance. However, Orange, church and wall st is a short distance via car. Staff was friendly and Starbucks onsight -Cant complain!

Rooms were clean, coffee was good, wifi was meh. Overall nice stay though.

No hot tub but service was great! Needed extra towels every night and the security guard brought them up with a smile. Staff very friendly, rooms where up to date.

Place was very comfortable from beds to pillows to staff the bistro was delicious and they helped me figure out what I wanted to eat me n my husband was happy an so were our service animals I think they really enjoyed the large balcony so they could look out n play they even had complimentary washers and dryers and detergent to use so we didn't have to ride back hm with dirty clothes also there is a store right next to the hitehtk conveniently shop it was amazing I would stay here again always the only thing I DID NOT like was it charged for parking which they accommodated me on $15 a day is ridiculous when u not even close to any attractions but other than that the landscaping is beautiful n it's worth the stay it started out bad but in seconds got fixed so that's why I saved this for last the first room had hair in floor in bathroom n on tub but they quickly switched us GREAT STAY n THANK YOU ALL FOR WONDERFUL STAY Ben was fantastic and I the shirt chic I can't remember her name but them two were the best from booking to checkout n thanks to the bistro crew

Everything was good, staff were friendly, room was clean. It would be nice to have a free bottle of water in the room though, instead of having to pay for it.

I just returned from a 2 night stay here as an evacuee from Hurricane Irma. I was welcomed on the phone, at the door and was even allowed to bring my pet even though they are not normally a pet friendly hotel. I cannot say enough about this staff who mostly could not leave because of curfews and even in their exhaustion, their professionalism and attitudes were tireless. Excellent hotel and management!

BED BUGS - BED BUGS - BED BUGS! - This Hotel is INFESTED with Bed Bugs!!! I stayed ONE night in July 2011, by the end of the following day I see the tell tale line pattern of multiple bed bug bites on my neck. It takes a little while for them to show up depending how many times you are bitten. This is absolutely disgusting and the hotel KNOWS they have a problem. Bed Bugs are really hard to get rid of as you can read in the news. Worse you can bring them home to your own house in your bags. YOU ARE WARNED.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The service is great, I just wish the pool was bigger.

Noisy location at night with 7-11 parking lot next door. Also clanging dumpsters or storage pod doors early morning. New shower stalls have sloping floors with only one hand rail up next to the faucet. Should be located on the long wall for effective fall mitigation. Missing furniture in the room.
Cannot view TV comfortably from the couch. Disappointing.

The rooms are clean and the building itself is very nice. The prices are a little high because it's downtown. Located centrally in the downtown district and I wish they had free breakfast. Other than that no complaints.

Amazing service and accommodations. Perfect for a business traveler or family gathering as well. I travel on a consistent basis to Orlando and prefer this as my primary stay. The beds are comfortable and cozy. Highly recommended.

It's 5:20 AM and I've been up since 3AM. My son and I went to universal yesterday and was looking to get a good night rest but we were placed I rm#443 right next to the highway & it's horrible.

Great location in downtown Orlando! The rooms were nice, updated and clean, and I enjoyed relaxing at the poolside courtyard. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included with our rooms but it is not normally free. Also, parking is $15/night.

Our stay was great! The staff was wonderful just like last time. They are very courteous and generous. A special shout out to Bennie who checked us in.

The conference room was perfect for the event I attended. The hallways were clean and so was the women's bathroom downstairs.

Nice hotel. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Stopped by on a weekend to find out about reserving a block of rooms for out of town guests. The person in charge of that was off that day, but instead of making us come back,the security guard showed us the rooms.

Dirty room and manager on duty wants you to supervise housekeeping if you want your room cleaned. She doesn t think that it s obvious that if there are fruits of the previous guests on the floor that cleaning the room means that those are removed. We mopped the floor she said. And if you want it differently you should go up to your room and instruct housekeeping how to clean the room

Clean room easy check in and out. Only gripe is the $15 parking fee.

I was dropping off a friend but the outside campus looked amazing. Leaving the parking lot is kinda confusing due to how the roads are downtown though.

Great service, free parking, a bar that served great food. There are late night concessions with a good selection. Rooms are great clean and has what you would expect. It is nicer than the development near by, and is worth the price. But I would try to choose a better location if I was with my family, but for a business trip, this is good.

so loud. Left a 4AM. Wasted money.

Absolutely the best customer service from a very unique name. Not sure its spelled fabreeze pr not but him at the security at night were very protective but at the same time so comforting and felt like we were so safe at home. Will reccomend this hotel to anyone we know coming into Orlando. Thank you guys so much. This is why I book with marriott hotels!

The service as well as the accommodations were great. Having a complimentary shuttle to the Amway Center was also a plus so we didn't have to rely on a car service to get us where we needed to go for the evening. I would recommend staying here.

My car broke down right around the corner. It was late and it was raining and i'm not that familiar with the area. AAA said it would be about two hours before they could get to me. I locked it up and walked over to the Courtyard. Nice hotel. They had a comfy room for me and I got a good nights rest. The hotel is very nice and quiet.

We had a short stay but the experience will be long lasting! My fiance had a long trip from Arizona and after picking him up at the airport all he wanted to do was relax and stay the night for an important interview in the morning. Unfortunately, our bank wasn't having it. Long story short we were on the phone with the bank for close to 2 hours and still weren't able to access our funds. Jennifer Avila came to our rescue, even speaking with the bank personally, and was able to get us in a room with the last bit of cash we had. Her customer service level is above and beyond most experiences I've ever had and reassured me everything was ok even when I became distressed. We can not thank her enough for her outstanding service and patience. The property was also well maintained and spacious. Without the hotel and Jennifer's accommodations my fiance would not have had the opportunity to ace his interview! Thank you again!

Absolutely gorgeous lobby... Great rooms and layout.. only thing I hate is the parking fee of 15 bucks, but well it's downtown Orlando

We stayed at the hotel during the president's day weekend 2018, and I tought it was a safe hotel, so we left a few electronics side our lugagge. My 8 years old son, got his first videogame console ever from Santa last Christmas, a Nintendo Switch with a hard case and couple of games, which he kept inside the case. My in-laws came to visit us the night before our trip to Orlando, and gave him one more game. As anyone with kids would know, they get too excited with a new toy, so my son was playing at the hotel right before getting ready to leave to Universal Studios. We were late, so we didn't put the Nintendo away, and it stayed just out of the lugagges. Well, guess what happened? It was stolen from the hotel room!! The hotel is not taking resposibility for it. In fact, their insurance company called me to say that since I didn't hand it in to the hotel personnel, then they are not responsible, and tbat I cannot prove that we left the Nintendo there!
This is ridiculous! Now, you are supposed to hand in all your belongings to the hotel personnel, so they take responsibity of it???
The hotel did not care at all about us as customers and even worse about my son, who was devastated for loosing Santa's gift!!! Who stills a kid's toy??? I wish they took my money, but not his Nintendo... Anyways, worst experience ever! I will always be stressed out at at hotel worrying about my stuff, all because of this Marriott hotel and they indelicate employees!

We had a couple bumps checking in but the staff was very friendly and gave us free breakfast. The room was spacious and clean.

The Courtyard Downtown has a great lobby with a modern and open design that easily accommodate moderately sized groups for social gatherings. A breakfast bar is available to serve a limited ala carte menu, and computer access is available.

Very friendly staff. Pool area clean and tropical looking. I didn't get to use the pool due to weather. But was able to use the weight room which was also kept clean. I will stay there again. Tub small water pressure not very high.

The Institute for Supply Management held a public seminar at this location. It was very convenient and offered affordable pricing for students to stay right at the class location. We had a problem in day one with our contracted Audio-Visual company (non-Marriott company) not showing up, and Marriott employee Rangel jumped in to resolve the problem. He was pleasant and professional in setting up their own AV within 5 minutes of the class start time. What a relief. Thank you to the entire Marriott staff.

Really enjoy staying here any time I have a work trip to Orlando. The bistro has great breakfast options; the acai bowl is my favorite. They just recently remodeled the rooms to the newer Courtyard version and they have mobile key! Great stay not too far from the heart of downtown. It can be a little challenging to navigate all the one ways but I never have any trouble getting in and out of this hotel.

Nice, but that $15 for parking per day is uncalled for and a bit much. 5 star for the service.

well where do i start. The first night, there were all feather pillows in the room, which i am allergic too, house keeping came and asked for those pillows before providing cotton pillows. i found out after it was because they were simply going to change the pillow cases from the feather pillow to the cotton pillow. what did this create for me, swollen eyes, seriously and i had a very important meeting this morning, not looking good. I had told them of my allergy to down and they ignored it. Then that evening i get to my room go to the bathroom flush and what happens, the toilet overflows the bathroom floor. I do not call anyone that night because i would end up with housekeeping annoying me all night.
then i just call to request a copy of the receipt be emailed to me, they did not send it right away as they said they would so i called to check and the young lady says, "i am the only one at the front desk." i let her know i understand i was just checking incase it maybe did not go through, that i was not trying to be a bother. she says, "well i'm the only one here" and proceeded to hang up on me.
At the pool there was caution tape up so you were not able to get to the towels and the pool had a film of bugs on it, it was GROSS.
The best things were the gym, they do supply ear bugs if needed and 2 evenings there was this gentleman working the front desk, he was very pleasant.
think twice! If you are here simply for business, have no allergies and don't plan to swim you should be fine!
But there are plenty other Courtyards in Orlando.1

The staff here is amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Rooms are very clean. This place is next to some nice restaurants and a few bars. Only downside is they charge for parking and location is not near the parks.

Wow! What great experience. Everyone we talked to at this hotel was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were large with plenty of room to move around. Bed and couch were comfortable. I would stay here again!!

Hotel was nice but service was sub par and the rates extremely high!. Stayed her on New Years Eve, wanted something close to downtown Orlando. The had a shuttle but it was completely booked at all times, so we Uber 'ed down. Left a pair of headphones in the room and called 1 hour later to ask if they were in there. The house keeping staff and front desk staff said "No". I never like to complain but clearly these were nice travel headphones for work, and suspiciously missing. I called multiple times and always very short with me. Would not recommended this hotel to anyone with service like that.
