This is a nice hotel. Room is clean and staff are very pleasant and nice.

This hotel accommodated me last minute since my AirBNB did not work out as I thought . The sight of the renovations was evident but the kindness of the staff really made up for it. One of the staff members recommended a restaurant and it was a great experience . The smoke alarm went off in my room and though it was unsettling the manager did refund me and the staff was apologetic . The room itself was spotless and comfy . Thank you Marriott staff.

I have not been to this location since 2004, I can not really give a true review but Google keeps asking me to give one because I looked it up.
So when I was there it was new I was in fact one of the first 10 people to check in and because of my living status and other factors I was in to stay every month for about 3 yrs and the staff was great and back then the 7 11 next door was very easy to walk over to. I never had to call or make reservations the staff just knew and I always got my same room n in fact I got into trouble was alloud to stay there a few days free. I went back a month later to pay for room n I found out the staff paid for it.

Great rooms and location. You pay for parking is the only down side

The Courtyard Marriott hotel was excellent. Our room was very clean upon arrival. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were spot on. The hotel was very close to a lot of downtown hot spots, well within walking distance. I don't often stay at hotels, but I believe I would stay here again when the occasion calls for it.

Took my dad here while he was visiting me for the weekend. The attendant had no issue at all price matching for me.

Large clean room. Nice cocktail menu. The avocado toast was great! Rivaled that a of high-end restaurant offering.

Hotel staff are very nice. But. There is no free parking. When is says paid parking that means YOU pay 15.00 to park. No free breakfast. You pay 12.00 for eggs. This place is outrageous. Have not seen hot tub anywhere. I got a king suite with a pull out couch. This is the smallest room I have ever seen. If it wasn't for nice staff this place would be a zero

Great hotel and employees. Craig Jones went out of his way to assist us and made our stay fantastic!! Will definitely stay here again. If you are a Marriott rewards member the prices are much lower than advertised.

Clean rooms, staff is fall over themselves helpful. Bistro is tastey, expensive, had some tummy trouble after eating there once out of a handful of times. Good but open wifi.

Quite a pretty Hotel. Very good front desk staff. The front desk was talking to strangely rude lady, and the front desk was extremely professional with her. They also pointed mean to where I needed to go. Room was clean and didn't smell or anything. Very courteous people. I was there for competition nearby.

Customer service is superb and the rooms were so comfortable. It was truly a home away from home.

I love the location of the hotel. Walking distance from resturants, bars, clubs and gas stations :). It has been remodeled so its very trendy and cute. Theres a bar downstairs and a cafe with starbucks coffee. The staff are very friendly and the cabs keep running all night. Overall its a great place to stay if you are going to Orlando for fun and a quick stay. I will be staying again soon!

Easy check in/out. Shuttle service was useful but didn't run on Sunday.

Completely remodeled and looks absolutely fantastic. Extremely helpful and accommodating staff could not have done a better job. If you have not stayed here since the remodel, you need to revisit. We had a negative experience about 1 year ago and GM Cheryl Seckman handled it better than we could ever have imagined. I will bring my family back to this hotel and area as the restaurants nearby were also a hi-light.

Accomodating for last minute reservations, lobby was up to date. Slow on customer/room service. 7/10 for cleanliness.

Nice and clean. Nice rooms and beds. The staff was not very polite. Because of this I will not have my clients stay at this hotel in the future.

A solid 5 stars! This beautiful recently renovated Courtyard by Marriot offered a great stay! Location was great, facilities were well kept, and parking was easy. Where this place truly shined though was the staff that made my brother and I's time there so special. Marriott you are very lucky to have the likes of Greg, Kevin, Jennifer A., Aaliyah, and JJ interacting with your guests in their respective areas whether it be concierge, housekeeping, or even transportation. Great team working here and cannot speak more highly of how amazing they are at what they do! #orlando #downtown #courtyard #marriott

Very nice modern hotel. Has all of the amenities that you are looking for and a 24 hour market. They are really careful with covid-19. The only sort of negative Is there is a $25 per day parking fee. I booked a very nice king room with a fold out couch for $65 on priceline. Sort of too good to be true. But when you add in the $25 for parking it would make it the fair rate for a weekday night on a discount site. I didn't really get to use much of the room because I just booked for a place to sleep and shower. I would 100% recommend of you are not parking a car.

I absolutely love this chain of Marriott hotels! They are one of the better hotels they offer.

Somewhat dated, but well located property in central, downtown Orlando. Awesome staff...always ready to provide assistance. Sweet little pool, with adjacent fire pit. No views or attractions; few or no screaming kids.

Pretty standard Marriott. It had a really fancy fire pit in the Courtyard.

I have stayed in Marriott's all over the world with almost 300 stays in just a just 4 years. I have seen them all. This Marriott has great rooms, but the real rock stars are the happy employees and the service they give you. Manager Victor Hernandez has developed and groomed a great team. He greets you at the front desk with such a big smile and is happy to see you! Johnathan, who works the Bistro, is fabulous and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable in the Bistro (he's happy too). I wouldn't stay at any other Marriott in Orlando. Nice job Orlando Courtyard Marriott!

People were great gave me all the guest parking passes for my friends visiting we had a wonderful time downtown and were able to come back to a cozy bed

Very friendly and clean enviornment. Had a room for 8 nights and still didnt get the daily parking fee waived. No complimentary breakfast but a convenient restaraunt in hotel. Big pool.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shuttle service was very helpful for the area. The assistants at the desk were very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely keep this location in mind in the future.

Normally I don't complain about hotels but this one is the exception. The hotel charges you 15.00 for parking. Now I don't find that to be a big deal but it was not mentioned anywhere on my reservation. Don't like hidden fees. When I mentioned it to the front desk they basically blew me off and said I was just cranky from the trip.

When I got to my room they put me by the pool. Normally this is fine but there must have been some kind of party because the noise was just awful. This noise continued until 9:00pm and I was finally able to get some work done. "not everyone at your hotel is on vacation.

I travel a lot on business and usually Marriott is usually a good choice but I would stay away from this one.

THIS HOTEL IS UNDER MAJOR CONSTRUCTION!!! Seriously, there is only one floor open and I can t believe are allowed to keep open. The staff does their best but no one should be paying for a full price room under theses conditions. If you can cancel and go somewhere else, do so. It s a mess and not pleasant!
