I stayed here last week and JJ (shuttle driver) and kevin (front desk) were fantastic. My party and I were visiting and the staff members i met were beyond exceptional and the rooms were great.

The service there was great. The room was clean and i would stay there again.

Beautiful and clean hotel. We had to pay $20 to park here after paying over $200 for one night but we were able to get a 1:30 PM checkout so I guess it's ok. We did not eat at the hotel so not sure of the food. It looked good but a bit pricey.

Excellent property. Nice rooms and good service.Nice gym at groundfloor and nice pool at rear end.Being located in business area its difficult to get to international drive and other recreational areas.No shuttle service and only way was to take uber all the times.

The accommodations were excellent and the staff outstanding. The staff manager on June 10 evening was excellent when I called and told him I left my iPad behind that morning. He and his staff searched the room and worked with the housekeeping team to find, recover and hold my iPad until my son was able to pick it up the following day. Thank you so much. You are all wonderful.

Staff is A+. Very friendly and helpful, they bent over backwards to help us.

The bed was extremely comfortable, however, the front desk was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Our shower looked like it has just been made from the blueprints of a neighborhood pool bathroom shower and the fact they overcharge their guests for service and the room rate is outrangeous! Original rate was $100 in total and they upcharged me about $200 since I didn t bring up my discount code! (I m a marriott associate). The fact they even treated employees with this amount of respect disturbs me as well.

This is a very nice hotel. I've stayed here several times. Staff was great and very accommodating. Room was clean and well taken care of.

Nice staff and close to lots of bars and places to eat.

The overall experience was good. The room was nice and comfortable. The service was excellent. My only complaint was the parking, which was limited and the spaces were very narrow and cramped.

The lobby is so beautiful and modern! Friendly staff and parking is not so bad either!

As one of the many without power and with damaged homes in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, we were pleasantly surprised to see the Courtyard by Marriott not only open but so accommodating and welcoming. With families and loved ones of their own without power (and certainly with their own homes affected), all of the staff were amazing, and always in good spirits despite the stress of the prior days. The helpfulness and friendliness was evident throughout our stay and beyond expectations.
It is a stressful time for all but to go somewhere for a reprieve, and to be thankful for making it through as one, the Courtyard Marriott Orlando Downtown should be so proud of their staff and the hospitality extended. It won't be forgotten. I love staying at this property the location convenient and easily accessible to downtown Orlando, I-4, restaurants and shopping!

Very nice Courtyard on the north end of downtown Orlando. Hotel and rooms are clean and up to date with a great bistro in the lobby. Outdoor pool and gym with decent equipment are above average, as well. Hotel will shuttle you nearby, but plenty of good food options walkable.

It was a great visit would definitely recommend it to others

Clean, reasonably priced room. No issues with my stay

in the times that are COVID-19. Many things have been removed. Which they will share with you at check in. But kinda caught me off guard. No room clean up, obviously glasses are not present and other things that may aid in transferring the virus. I guess I would hope for the single use cups, and other things like that? Otherwise, the stay was exactly what one would expect.

Customer service is outstanding. Front desk folks are great. No breakfast and you have to pay to park.

I must say that this place made my second visit to Florida a great experience. The Hotel is very clean and the entire staff was very friendly. The Management team has done an outstanding job here. I will return again to this place.

Checked in late after traveling only to be told that there might be noisy construction in the morning. This was not mentioned on the website. I was told that it only bothers some guests?!?!.. the price is expensive for a Courtyard Marriott and as such ( and being that we only try to stay at courtyard Marriotts for business) I feel this is unacceptable. At the very least there should be a notification at the time of booking, which it did not. Room smelled funny and not like the usual Marriott smell. Front desk was pleasant and the room seemed clean overall.

Service was great. Room was clean. Ordered food from the bistro and it was delicious. JJ and Tonya, the shuttle drivers were great. Tonya had me in tears about her story paddling on the lake in a swan boat. Great ambassadors for the hotel and Orlando.

The hotel messed up our reservation. It is located in a very loud area with lots of trains and ambulances passing all through the night.

I stayed for one night at the hotel for a leisure trip. It was a perfect location being right in the heart of Downtown Orlando. It is in walking distance to several great places. This was a great amenity although there really is no need to

Good morning, I'd like to comment on our stay.
We arrived for a family emergency at the hospital nearby. We live in St Petersburg. We were given room 101. Very small room. It didn't have an outside area porch, like all the other rooms we saw on the outside. Our room was adjacent to a construction crew entrance. We were awoken at 7am by traffic going in and out and men's loud voices.
I expected a good night's sleep and a standard sized room from the Marriott. Very disappointed

Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Love this place and will come back any chance I get.

Room was nice and it was clean. But we're told it was a suite on the phone and it was not.

Had a wonderful stay here. Superb room, buffet breakfast and was delicious. Room was large and well presented. Staff were helpful and courteous. Well worth the price and I will stay her again!

Just arrived last night. Very happy with the stay so far and the receptionist at the front desk was fantastic. She was pleasant, made friendly small talk and was more than accommodating with me while checking in. The general manager was also amazing and checked in to make sure everything was going well so far.

Stayed here overnight for a Magic game. Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and courteous. There was even a shuttle to take us to the game.

The staff here makes this hotel feel like a home away from home! Kudos to HR and their training program. The renovated rooms are very pretty, simple, functional and clean. Plus they have a Peloton bike!!!!

The Bistro food is great, I m working my way through the breakfast menu, Acai bowls are my favorite. Maria, Deborah and team in the morning are top notch making coffee, food, taking To go orders and ringing up the line. In the evenings Alan, Roberto, Aliyah and Geeta are serving cocktails and dinner items with a smile.

Peloton: Luis the security guard saved the week. He saw me in the gym standing by the bike instead of cycling and realized I was having a problem. He knew what it was: the hotel wifi had to accept free WiFi on the bike. He fixed it and taught his team how to fix in the future.

Kevin, Dee, Gigi are always helpful at the desk in the evenings and greet me with a warm hello. Today Kevin helped with the Peloton WiFi issue (it was unplugged so it reset). Dee sent Antonio to save my day and take out the trash. I signed up for once a week room service and ate McDonalds the same day (it smelled the day after whoops).

Jennifer works most mornings and is helpful with checkout receipts. JJ, the shuttle driver has all the suggestions for restaurants and nearby hotspots. In the early morning his positive energy is contagious.

The people here make the stay better. The first three floors are under construction in December 2019, it looks like they ll be done soon since they re starting to paint. Workers come in at 8am, I don t really see them or hear them. When they use the one side of the elevator a security guard is with them on the first floor (double elevator side). The rooms closer to the 7/11 are louder with street noise. I m not a light sleeper so it doesn t bother me. Some rooms have balconies (not all). The rooms near 7/11 have the best sunrises and sunsets in my opinion! Also - the showers have tea tree shampoo, conditioner and body wash for our use.

Great place to stay, friendly staff and oh-so clean!

Decent room, incredibly friendly staff. The downside is that at 3am the rap music blasting from a car in the 7-11 parking lot that doesn't stop until 4am and really you cant go to sleep. It was so loud that it was insane. I'm sure the person in the car is deaf. They should build a wall in between the gas station and hotel. That's a wall I believe in.

The toilet broke and was continental to flush all night. Other than that it was a good experience. Lots of emenities

They charge you 20 dollars for self parking...ummm doesn't makes any sense.. Parking lot in site...

We stayed here after a friend's wedding. It was very clean and the bed was confortable.

The entire staff is very pleasant and made my stay wonderful. A very good place to stay!

I didn't know they had trains in downtown orlando! Bring a pair of earplugs and play it safe. Also, there isnt much privacy with the bathroom because of the farmhouse doors with no lock, which also doesnt help with the smell from when your kids blow up the bathroom. Don't look at the wallpaper too long, or it will make you have weird dreams...

Noisy lobby, due to bar/restaurant configuration.....also noisy rooms with street traffic...but overall comfortable, clean and s quality staff that is service focused. Convenient to downtown as well.

Hotel was above average but youben the front desk guy was great and made the stay alot better with his customer service

As a Titanium member of the Marriot Bonvoy, we stay over 75 nights a year so I recognize great service. Casey at the front desk is wonderful!
He deals with difficult requests and demands from guests and he works hard to make sure it gets done without much fuss. I really appreciate that. That's what customer service is all about, how you make each guest feel when you arrive at the property for the first time tired and cranky!

Hotel is nice, easy ride to the parks and convenient to downtown. i had a blast so far.

The staff were actually my favorite part of my stay here. They were friendly, helpful and very approachable every time I saw them. The establishment was clean and there weren't any issues with parking. The pool was nice too. Not too cold or warm.

Great hotel!!! Stayed here New Years Eve while in Orlando for the Citrus Bowl. The hotel was VERY BUSY with fans in town for the game but the staff was great and very friendly even though they were swamped with people. Nick at the front desk was awesome and recommend the North Quarter Tavern to eat which is an amazing bar/restaurant just a short walk from the hotel. They offer shuttles to downtown and during game days offer free rides to the stadium!!! Great hotel with a nice rooms and close to lots of stuff!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Will be back!!!! Also they offer a very good breakfast!!!

It was great even though all we did was sleep. Bed felt like a cloud.

Great experience, great service, and the moment I entered the lobby I was greeted by Fabrice who was able to give us a better deal on our room than what we found online. Definitely gonna be visiting again in the future.

This review is for the hotel and the Events staff led by the AMAZING Shawn George. I hosted an event at this hotel and she was absolutely great to work with. The Magnolia room was the perfect venue for my event which came with the use of their trademark Courtyard. So it was the best of indoor & outdoor. The chef catered the food for our event and it was Phenomenal. No bland hotel food here, everything was flavorful and the catering staff went above and beyond to make our event special. The hotel, which was newly renovated with a great lobby and bar area is really a great spot for a swanky downtown get together. I had several guests stay overnight and there were no issues with the rooms. At the time (about 7 months ago) half of the hotel was still undergoing renovations. I stayed in an newly renovated room and it was nice. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Don t sleep on this spot.
