Not a pleasing experience, fitted front windshield glass badly. Had water coming in. They denied it as the cause. They put a rubber strip to sealthe gap. But denied that the cause of water seepage inside was due to poor workmanship.
The experience with servicing was excellent. Team was proactive in sharing updates and also ensure that the car was handed over as per the committed timelines. Would definitely recommend this to everyone

Went to repair Audio Entertainment system of my Honda Car. Made me sit for one hour despite of taking appointment and arriving on time. The service engineer just took a look at the system for 1 minute and said repair is not possible. The service advisor said we cant help you and thats it. Wasted 1 hour of my time for nothing. The service advisor was constantly talking on phone and not paying attention at all. Would recommend to never use this service center at all.
I would say they have their hospitality and customer satisfaction faculty in order. Honda has managed to Courteous staff and professional workers, all under on roof.
Good and co-operative staff. Vehicle delivery was in time. Professional staff.

Arya Honda (Kalina) services have dropped. Had given my car for servicing, as suggested by advisor; accepted Major service for my car. I've already sent my car twice and again have to send for 3rd time in the same month. Don't trust them anymore and shall not be sending the car from next year onwards. 50% of the amount should have been refunded by them when they know that lapse was from their end. No one is ready to take ownership of the mistakes that occured during the car service process. All mails have been written with pics. Only solution provided was to send them the car and they would rectify the complaints.
I took my one year old honda city for white smoke problem. They said engine needs to be overhauled. Although engine is under warranty, they put the blame on us and said this work won't be covered in warranty

My Honda city 2007 model was at the Arya Honda workshop for service and complete body paint job. I have been using this service centre for many years and their service has been very good.

Have been dealing with Kuldeep Singh for the past four years and must say that he has always been very efficient in getting the servicing, repairs done as per my expectations. During lockdown I had informed about non working of digipad on my honda wrv. They were supposed to send a person. After lockdown during my regular service I was informed about replacement of digipad and that the same would not be covered under warranty. Due to unprofessional service by the center ,I am made to suffer and borne huge cost of 55k. The staff and coordinator is lazy and useless. After multiple complaints they still cannot resolve the issue

My car is serviced at their Kalina workshop. Here I would specifically wish to mention name of Mr. Prashant Padma who is not only excellent in his work but also a very humble, genuine and a soft spoken person as well as highly knowledgeable. His diagnosis and advice on the car condition is excellent. I always insist on my car being serviced or atleast service overlooked by him and hence my car is in excellent condition even after 7yrs.

In deciding which service centre to get your car serviced at, I always look for a good service advisor. And I must say.. the only reason I get my car (Honda Jazz) serviced at Arya Honda - Kalina (despite residing at Malad) is because I happened to find a good service advisor in Mr. Sachin Malve. I have always been satisfied with the service of my car because Sachin has taken care of the car like its his own. He has also been able to resolve problems that I was facing with the car. A classic example of a Technican succeeding as a service advisor.
My car had met with a bad accident, came here and met Irfan. He is very friendly and gives genuine advice for the car. He has a very good knowledge as well in regards to the car issues. Definitely will recommend if you have any issues with your Honda car, you should come and meet irfan.

I have been regularly getting my car serviced at Arya Honda however i am not happy they treat their customer. The way they follow up for service bookings and for annual contracts, they should do the same where something is deliverable from their side. They dont care if the customer is suffering as thats doesnt come in their monthly targets. Have been continously following it up with them since september first for the tax invoice and than for the GST credit which is not reflected reflected till date. I feel Honda should take note of this and cancel Arya Hondas dealership
