We will never ever stay in this hotel. Servise is not appropriate to that hotel level as Marriot. After a long trip we came late Saturday night to LA, our room for 4 people with 2 king beds was not available. They gave us a room with 1 king and sofa. It was not enough for us. They brought I more futon bed. We hardly could move in this room. The next day we had to collect all our stuff again and move to our room with 2 king beds. For all this inconvenience they gave us 3 free breakfasts at the hotel. We was vey disappointed with this customer service.

Love this hotel. My family always used it when they come visit me here and the service is always great, rooms are always clean and ready. There is a large mall literally right around the corner and 405 is easily accessible.

Overnight layover, so wasn't here long. Standard amenities. Room was clean, wifi worked, plenty of plugs to recharge, mini fridge. Good TV, had CNBC so we could watch Premier League before our flight.

Earlier today we left a hotel due to how filthy it was. So, I was excited to book a Marriott suite, thinking cleanliness wouldn t be an issue. Boy, was I wrong.

Right when I was about to hop in the shower, I noticed a few spots in the shower curtain. Upon closer look (unfortunately), we found about 5 dried up buggers on the shower curtain and shower walls. First of all, WHY? Second of all, how disgusting?!

So, at 10:15pm, we had to wait for a new shower curtain and someone to come clean the shower walls. I expected way more from this hotel, especially with COVID happening and all. I was disgusted and will likely never return.

Great prices, clean rooms, room service Samantha knows her Job and doesn't waist time getting it done. Should be promoted above her peers. GREAT JOB

Nice hotel. Customer service is excellent. Got upgraded to the king room on the top floor (12th) because I'm a gold elite member (which also comes with a guaranteed 2pm check out which is awesome). The room was spacious (huge plus) and had a pullout sofa bed. The actual bed was really stiff and didn't make for the most enjoyable sleep, but the room was spotless and my request for foam pillows was fulfilled so I'm happy about that. The walls are pretty thin. You can hear people talking, feel them walking by, but that's expected in a hotel. Food is reasonably priced and tastes good but you are also walking distance from the mall and several restaurant options if you're not interested in eating at the hotel. My four stars is because of parking. No one should pay $25 a night to park here. Just do street/neighborhood parking for free. Overall it was a good stay (especially for $102 a night)

I've come here a couple of times for lunch with my family and friends from my previous location. I highly recommend his services and am looking forward to requesting him for our next visit!

My work had staff training here. We enjoyed continental breakfast. The hotel staff was very attentive and kept refilling the breakfast table with yogurt, fresh fruit and baked goods. Lunch was delicious and the hotel staff was always present to oversea and take care of the food trays. We were provided more baked goods in the afternoon and the hotel put out a great selection.

As a Marriott member this is one of the better Courtyards I've stayed at. Very spacious lobby with a very good restaurant. Surprisingly good.

We really enjoyed our stay.. The breakfast was great, dinner was great, service was perfect, bed was comfy rooms were clean. Definitely will stay here again.. And dinner was well priced.. Lamb chops generous portions $25 and delicious.

Upon arrival I showed up around 1 AM and the man at the desk notified me that they had made a mistake and overbooked and that my room I had already paid for was not available. He set me up with a room at a neighboring hotel and they took care of it for the first night. Upon check in back here the next day I was greeted like a VIP guest and they upgraded my room to a very spacious suite and treated me to a free breakfast. Although we started off on the wrong foot the staff here made sure to right their wrong and took care of me completely. I will stay here every time I am here for business.

After an afternoon at Universal I was cruising around the Citywalk when I came upon the Tube at Ifly. I remember the feeling of "how cool is this" overcoming me as I witnessed person after person (men, women and children) flying around inside this clear tube. Instantly, I knew that I NEEDED to try this.

Went for attending a marriage. The marriage hall was ok. Dining area was not properly lit, so as the marriage area. After dark it was hard to see

The location and service are great, lacking clarity as to the Cafe. Guest parking costs $ 20 a night.

Not enough elevators and the convenience store prices are outrageous. BUT the staff is incredible in every way, shape and form. Great rooms too!!

For an event, we used a number of spaces including the Santa Monica Room. Everything was beautiful and the staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. This is the second year that the event for foster youth was held here and I just love it.

Since the moment i walked in i was greeted and felt welcome. Check in was nice and easy, free wifi and nice room. Comfortable bed and easy living! Highly recommended:)

I went there for a wedding, had a great time. Food tasted great, lobby area was modern, seating was comfortable and employees were professional and friendly. I liked the fact that the wedding area was right next to the reception area.

Attended a wedding reception in the Palisades room. Food was decent, well seasoned for hotel food. The salad in the beginning course was ok, the leaves were sort of wilted so it wasn't crisp and refreshing. Otherwise it's a nice venue overall.

Great hotel for a quick overnight stay. Fitness center was adequate. Factor $25 per night cost for parking into your budget. Free Starbucks drip coffee in the lobby was a perk. Room was clean and well-appointed. I had a view of the 405 freeway which was good for me...I couldn't hear it. Will definitely stay again.

I am amazed at how amazing the restaurant staff is. I couldn't eat much at the buffet because of my allergies and they packed me up a special juice ever morning I stayed there. Regardless of who was working I was told to be taken care of! I felt so valued and every morning my day was made in the with in 15 min of walking out of my hotel room. Amazing people. Amazing service!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well done, I loved the pillows and bedding. Bathroom had good lighting for makeup etc. Didn't go to the bar but it looked well done and had an enticing menu.

Clean, newish and comfortable. Ask for a room that's NOT facing the freeway.

This isn't a review for the rooms...Just for the staff at the front desk. I was meeting someone at the hotel who was running very late. They treated me like I was some kind of hoodlum. Refused to let me use the computers or use the bathroom. the short overweight woman at the front desk needs to relax. She went out of her way to make me feel unwelcome. I just decided to wait outside in my car and brave the heat.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Great rooms with an awesome balcony. Would suggest!

I enjoyed a two night stay while I worked out of Culver City. The room was clean and comfortable.

compliant but like all American hotels if you do not leave early do not make your bed, water parking is at 20 dlls a night is not free to stay with them.

My visit was very peaceful. There was a small issues with my room, but the day manager quickly resolve the issue. I received a call from from the manager a day after my check out date. Very good costumer service

Nice lobby and clean rooms. Fitness room has free weights, cardio machines, and a cable machine. Only negative is the $18/night mandatory parking fee. Parking is gate controlled.

If there is one thing, that irritates me, it is when a hotel drives a politik agenda. Stay the F out of it, and let me watch FOX NC if I so desire. For the left wingers I am sure they are happy, but I can't stand all the fake news. So I give you 1 star.

This is where I stay for business. Very good for that if you are needing to be in the Culver City area for a couple of days.

I stayed here for one night as I had a work meeting the following day. The grounds and rooms are nice, however, there are a few major reasons I'm rating this property only 2 stars. First, I paid $181 for a one night stay, and as i check in, I am told that parking on site comes at an additional $20 (to self park my vehicle). OK. So now my one night stay is $201. For that price you would expect a good night sleep at minimum.. But that was not the case. My room (607) faces the freeway so there is constant noise. In addition to that, you have black out blinds but they do not close fully, as the track only extends half way from either side. So not only is it super loud from all the freeway noise, but its bright as heck in my room. Also, the walls must be super thin, because I could hear tv and music clear as day from two of my neighboring units. I feel like I could have slept better in my car to be honest. For the price, I would invest in something more quaint and away from the freeway if it was up to me. Be forewarned.

The room was clean, the bed was plenty comfortable. There was little need for me to interact with the staff, but when I did they we polite.
The breakfast buffet; on the other hand, was not up to the quality of the hotel and over priced. Minus one star for the low quality food.

The customer service At front desk and at restaurant are very good. Excellent beds, large rooms!

Lobby is good. Rooms are not renovated and are noisy.
