Easy access, very quiet even tho it is pretty close to the freeway.

They don t take temporary cards from your bank. They will embarrass and belittle you over a chase logo card and make you feel like a criminal with proper identification and atm receipts. Worst service ever.

Hotel is very nice and clean, and beds are comfortable. Close to the highway, airport, and a mall as well.

The sheets were not very comfortable. Other than that it was average.

I will probably continue staying here whenever I come to LA. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and everything looked very clean. I moved here from another hotel that was 0/3 and was very happy with my decision. Stayed 10/22-28 and the pool, gym, bar and restaurant were closed for Covid.

Courtyard provides a very consistent experience across locations. The restaurant downstairs is good and the bar can serve just about whatever you're looking for. There's a small gym with some treadmills and weights, as well as a small pool outside. The rooms are well sized and appear recently renovated. The staff is friendly and helpful. You will need to pay extra for parking, and your room key can be used to get in and out of the parking lot so you don't need to worry about extra receipts or pulling out your credit card overtime you want to leave.

Sonia was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. She even held stuff aside that i forgot so i can pick it up later she also figured out an early check in for us.
The water for my bath was hot. The beds comfortable, the sheets crisp. 4 big towels.
Free parking on the street next to the california highway patrol building and under gorgeous pine trees. 15 minute parking available right by the door!
Altogether: refreshing.

It's a great property. In a pretty central part of LA, with a pool! Rooms are clean and the hotel bar is really nice.

One of the best lodging options in Anaheim. Very close to the convention center and there is a 20 minute walk to Disney!

The hotel was very nice. Our room was located on the 7th. The room was very clean and tidy when. The atmosphere was nice. There was a pool and a gym available to the guests. Overall it was a good Experience

Excellent service. Close to the freeway so you can hear some sounds. Breakfast area is good.

Booked a King and got downgraded to a double. Beds were not as comfortable as other hotels and the AC was super loud.

No airport shuttle, very expensive breakfast, but nice rooms, comfy beds, and free WiFi.

Attended a Holiday Party there. Food was really good. Wish they had valet parking.

My job uses their big room for agency trainings. Great place for meetings or trainings.

It is unfortunate to leave this review I have to stay here once a month for school. I continually open my door to a dirty room. They constantly have loud parties going until 1am, yet they tell you the noise ordinance is until 12am. You ask to get a room moved and they lack every aspect of customer service; especially Richard who works the night shifts. My recommendation is take your business across the street to the double tree. It couldn t be any worse than here. I ve given this place 4 different times before writing this review and it only get worse here. Shame on the management. The Marriott holds an amazing reputation but guessing this is just one of the bad apples.

Visiting overnight in Culver City, the Courtyard was a great experience. The staff was courteous and helpful, the rate was reasonable. Definitely will stay here again.

Had a goodtime at my seminar for three days loved the free coffee, detox water, and tea it was cold but still a good experience

25 dollars per day to park your vehicle I did not know about this fee until I arrived kind of deceptive I have only seen parking fees this high in high end hotels with valet

Was very disappointed with my stay. Stayed for 2 weeks and requested my room to be cleaned and followed the new protocol by leaving 2 hours prior to cleaning because of the pandemic but still it was not done. Requested twice and was dissapointed both times. This one male front desk personnel that was also very rude.

Fox News Channel is most of the time unavailable...but every other channel comes in clear as day ..kind-of weird

Our suite was not ready at the requested time and there was a funky smell when we got in. But the staff was friendly and tried to work it out. The hotel is due for a renovation. But in the past we have had a good experience.

Stayed here multiple times and will be staying here again in the future.

I was just released from the Hospital and needed a good safe place to stay. I felt better taken care of then the hospital i needed item's brought to my room they were brought to me with a welcome smile on there face
I just wish wasn't hurt from a broken pelvis so i cold have used thr pool and Jacuzzi.
I was treated well.

Very good renovated hotel right behind a big mall with plenty of food choices

Buffet is yummy, with the option to ask the chef for pancakes, waffles or omelettes.

The hotel is a perfect Lyft spot too. The bed felt a bit medium firm, but was easy to drift off on.

The hotel also provides some complimentary lemon water (that I kept going back for more of haha), and another type of vegetable/fruit water. Oh, and the Westfield Mall is practically right around the corner. Very fun !!

Not all Courtyards are the same. This one lacks customer service. The property is good but service is just non,,,,, no that's not the word. Poor would be the word. They need to teach the staff that all hotels have rooms. Service is what makes one property stand above another.

I rarely write reviews and in general Marriott is my go to hotel but this time they did not do housekeeping for continuous 4 days. No idea why!! Even front desk does not know why room has not been serviced. For the amount of money I paid for the room and the service i got is not acceptable. Hope someone is seeing the reviews.

Customer service via Marriott app messaging is poor as they said they will get back to me but never replied.

My mother-in-law was displaced from her home during a fire evacuation so we booked a stay for her at the Courtyard Westside. We were greeted and welcomed by the most caring agent, Osbaldo. He helped her to get checked in and even ran around the various floors of the hotel to find her a rolling cart so that we could take her things upstairs in one easy trip.

Thank you, Ozzy, your caring and service meant a lot to her and to us, we will definitely recommend your property to others!

Location is perfect for everything in L.A. The staff is the best part- very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The beds are super comfortable. Walking distance to the courthouse, shops, restaurants, etc...

Went there for a birthday party, not a room. Parking was $25, but for the party it was $20 with validation.The ballroom was nice, set aside from the hotel (good idea so the band and noise doesn't disturb hotel guests. Food was a good chicken dinner and those who had salmon said theirs was good as well. The bathroom was clean.

I'm usually a big fan of Courtyards (or the Marriott brand in general). The rooms here are nice, and the service is really good. What I don't like about this particular location is that they charge a per-day fee for parking your vehicle (and not just a couple bucks -- it's a bit much). They also don't have any complimentary breakfast options, which isn't a requirement for me... but it's something that's been offered at other locations. For corporate clients, who aren't spending "their own money" it might be a great choice -- and it is a nice hotel. But if you need the location, the hotel right across the freeway offers a good breakfast buffet with your stay (with made-to-order omelets, etc.) and does NOT charge for parking your vehicle... and is a lower price (and the rooms are just as nice). I hate rating this Courtyard so low, but compared to other Courtyards elsewhere, or compared to other chain hotels in the immediate area, it is not a good value.

Great hotel, amazing service staff. always clean and welcoming. The only place I stay when I'm in Culver City for business.
