Room smells like mildew and make sure to always check print out before leaving. This hotel will double or triple swipe your card for unnecessary reasons. Their Breakfast Buffet is not good at all. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. This place used to be a great place to stay, now it's a last resort or a last minute option.
Clean, easy to get to from LAX and usually quiet. It's not an upscale hotel by any means but great for an affordable stay near the Westside.
It's pricey, without any extras. I've been to cheaper hotels with free breakfast and parking. For 200 I would expect it covered. The room was okay not great and the view was nice

Rooms and lobby we're very nice. No free breakfast, no room service and they charge for parking when others don't. Service was inconsistent, rude at times. That said it was convenient to many things and again the rooms were nice.
The service, room, and amenitas we're very basic and fit the airport friendly business traveller. The rooms were clean and gave you enough space to relax, the major downside is the $30 per day for parking.

I've stayed here twice for both extensive periods of about 2-3 weeks in total. Let me just say I had fabulous times! The front desk was charming and welcoming, they ensure your stay is amazing from the moment of check in to the check out. This particular hotel has a grace of its own and you would have one and only experience. Overall, the hotel gives you very relaxing atmosphere and I was able to focus on my work during my stay. Also the location is great, it take less than 10 mins from the LAX airport and also close to the beach, you would have so much ease in going around the amazing east part of LA in general.
The Sales Director, Ms. Paper was exceptional and did a excellent job in helping us arranging our stay and making sure our stay was comfortable. I have no way of describing how amazing this hotel is overall in words and you've got to experience on your own! I'd highly recommend!
Met a friend from out of town. Was able to have a comfortable drink in the lobby. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
I can't say enough about how Tracy treated us from check in to check out. She was just amazing and the room was clean and well appointed!! I will be going back to LA at the end of August and I now know where to stay and who to help me at check in. Pool and buffet were nice. If you want cheaper look elsewhere but if you looking for good food and want to avoid LA traffic try it out.

Came for a conference at the hotel. It did not stay in a roomeetingver, the ammenities, staff, service, and food was amazing. The meeting / lounging areas were very comfortable. Parking at the hotel is $20 per day at this hotel, and there are grocery, good restaurants, and a CVS to the rear of the hotel. Very convenient to get out of the hotel via a short walk to take care of any needs that you may have that a hotel may not be able to.

I stay at this hotel 2-3 times per month. The front desk staff is always extremely friendly patient and efficient to check you in quickly. A most recent stay I accidentally left a personal item behind in my room and the Housekeeping Manager, Mohamad Nouhad went above and beyond to ship my personal belongings to me that day. All professions at this location!

One of the best hotel experiences I ve ever had. I stayed in August. The room was clean. Staff was welcoming and made me feel at home. No matter what time of day or night desk attendants said hello and good morning. Will definitely stay again.
This is a clean hotel in a convenient place with easy access to high way, close to lax, Venice and close enough to Santa Monica.
Everything was good during our stay but the noisy AC. It was a very old fashion one with a fan that sound like a tractor! I think it's time to install a brand new one.

Just as you would expect from all Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Westside, the rooms are clean and the service is fantastic. All for a reasonable price right in the heart of the financial district.I stay overnight near the office from time to time and this place blows away the Marriott and Westin. If you need to stay near Bunker Hill, you need to stay here.
The room size wasn't as big as I would hope for, but considering the price it seemed fair.
The only thing that I liked here is the great customer service- They always respond very promptly and answer your questions with lot of patience. Apart from that, everything else doesn t seem to be as per the standards of Courtyard by Marriott. The Rooms do not have proper sound proofing - One can literally hear when the person in the next room is watching tv, talking on phone, using toilet ( can clearing hear the toilet flush noise all the time)! It in-fact can get scary in the night, as you can feel some sound in your room or on the door as if someone is knocking the door , even if someone is just walking outside !! Rooms are old, with old equipment and A/C does not cool the room properly! The food in the cafe here is very expensive and not so tasty!
We stayed there 3 nights, on the second day we only needed fresh towels, we didn't want our room cleaned, but when we asked for clean towels, we were given a hard time. It was totally ridiculous. This was in Los Angeles California and we came in all the way from Albuquerque New Mexico. Didn't like the treatment.

This is a clean, stylish, well maintained hotel. The staff is attentive, and respectful. I had the same sever "Martin" every morning for breakfast and he treated me like i was the only one in the dinning area while he obviously was tending to other tables. Amazing respect for everyone working there. The location is very convenient being no more than 5 minutes from the airport. There is a large mall within a block to the North and many restaurants to include a Dave and Busters to the South.
The building seems renovated and new, but the rooms are quite outdated. We were given a 12th floor room facing the highway, but the sound insulation was not enough thus making it difficult to sleep. However, the staff is a top notch one would expect from Marriott. If I were to stay at this location, I will request for a city facing room instead. This Courtyard charges $20/night for an o site parking, which I think should be free.

The best hotel in the city! During holidays, even birthdays, we spend our time here. We always love their hospitality and accommodation. The kids love the dessert buffet in their restaurant. It was so homey and relaxing to stay in this hotel. They also have the best and comfortable king-size bed and mattresses. We always have a good sleep here. Thanks!
Stayed at Courtyard Los Angeles Westside for 2 nights. It's a nice hotel with great location. There is ample parking available in hotel which is not very expensive. We got a King Suite. Room. Was spacious and clean. I liked that the bedroom and bathroom had their own doors, makes it easier to share the suite with your friends or family. Room service was also quick and the house keeping did a great job cleaning up the room daily. One thing I didn't like is the a sense of a Club Lounge. They also do not provide Breakfast for Elite members. In spite of being a Platinum Premier with Marriott, the breakfast was paid and not available as welcome gift, unlike other Marriott properties. All in all a good stay, but nothing extra ordinary. In future, I would only stay here if the room rates are less than other properties in the area.
Went here for an event. The courtyard and banquet hall were beautiful, the sound system was a little funky but effective. And the food and staff were great.
Great hotel but be warned they charge $19 for their buffet breakfast. It stuck out to me because I had never experienced this at a hotel before! Breakfast has been complimentary at the other 99.9% of hotels I have stayed at. But after giving in I realized it was an incredibly delicious breakfast and they made scrambles/waffles for you on the spot so actually worth it.

The worst breakfast I have ever had in a Branded hotel, nothing to eat, only three choice for hot food, egg, bacon but hard to eat, fried potatoes. thats it. then you find slice of toast, cakes. all these cost your 15 dollas! cant believe it. Marrtiott has to reconsider its servuce standard.

The hotel was nice. It is within walking distance of the mall and several restaurants. The staff was helpful. Only one of the elevators was working for the first two days of our stay. This resulted in long waits to get between floors. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water for the shower.
