First off I would like to say that I do frequent Marriott hotels at least once a month for my line of work, this is the first time I have been thoroughly disappointed with this specific Marriott hotel.

I was staying for business for three days and when I came back to the hotel on a Monday evening I walked up to my room and the door was propped open by the door guard. I took a picture of it and went downstairs immediately and told the situation to a lady and gentleman that were at the front desk. I informed them that my door was left open and that my iPad had went missing. The gentleman on duty was the night time manager and he asked me to send a picture of the open door to his cell phone. He kindly provided me with his number and I texted him the picture in which he received. He had let me know that he was going to pass this on to the General Manager and to this day I have not received a phone call from anyone from Marriott.

I am very disappointed in the management from this hotel since nobody has bothered to get in contact with me and discuss with me the issue I had staying at there hotel. I stayed there from January 8 - January 10th and as of today, January 31st, I have not received a phone call from Marriott. I am sorry to say but this length of time to reach out to a customer is extremely poor service. And because of this I will most likely be taking my business somewhere else.

Please find attached a photo of the door propped open by the door guard. This was left open on Monday, January 9th, and properly informed the management when I first noticed it. I would personally like to receive a phone call from "Anyone" and discuss with me my situation and help out with the fact that my iPad was stolen due to this nature.
