Courtyard by Marriott Denver Cherry Creek Review

Staff here is incredible. We had big boxes shifted them so we could pick them up to move our daughter into DU. They were wonderful and took care of everything we needed with no problems at all.

Exceeded expectations. Nice, clean rooms. Not the best location if you need to be downtown.

Nice rooms, bar and lobby. The desk clerks were very polite as well

It was a very god place to stay, the hotel room was also very nice!

This Courtyard might not be the most updated hotel but what it lacks in room estetics it more than makes up for in customer service. Stayed here during the blizzard March 13th which basically shut down the city. Looking at a day stuck in the hotel was not appealing however the staff here went above and beyond to make sure everyone was as comfortable as possible, well fed and not for want of anything. They opened the bistro for food most of the day and offered an extended menu even opening the bar early! I stay in hotels several times a month and I will say this is the first 5 star review I have ever written. Well done Marriott Courtyard Cherry Creek!!!

I was just going to a job fair but the lobby seemed nice.

I had a 3 day meeting and used their meeting space on the 11th floor. Food was good. Staff was helpful. There is a great view from the 11th floor.

Beautiful location with lots of free parking. Very nicely furnished. Staff is helpful and friendly. The food is quite tasty and reasonably priced. The outdoor patio is comfortable and inviting. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay. Staff was friendly, parking was great, and it's a great rate just blocks from Cherry Creek.

The staff is super friendly and resourceful, the lobby is very nice ... but the rooms are very ordinary, especially the bathroom. Old-fashioned beige tiles with a badly placed silicone seal. This is not the quality I am used to with the marriott.

We had a great experience here. I really love how they had fireplaces around for people to enjoy.

Good but not great. A little older and rough on the edges. Like that they have breakfast buffet and a small coffee place too.

Needs improvement in keeping heaters in the rooms working properly and keep pool and jacuzzi open during winter time

Nice place. Basic accommodations. A bunch of lacrosse teams checked in for a college tournament but we never heard anything more from them. Staff was friendly. Good location. Overall a fine stay.

Attended a conference at the hotel. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Very pleased with the room setup and breakfast and lunch that was provided.

Stayed 2 nights for an event. Room was nice. Bathroom was small. For some reason the heat was on to 75 over night so I had a very hard time sleeping until I realized what was happening. Staff was friendly, pool was nice and bright. I might stay again.

I love this hotel. We travel to Denver once a month for business and the staff always greets us with open arms. It has a great Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby, and their food is phenomenal. They have great workstations in the lobby. This last time we visited we were given a free breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to thank us for staying with them. The rooms are very nice, and there are times that we get upgraded to larger suites. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice accommodations, although breakfast was not included and I was lead to believe it was. Nice pool and workout area, staff is very friendly and room was clean comfortable and had a very nice TV all in all very satisfied

The hotel is easy to find, plenty of parking, the entire hotel is clean and nice looking, or room was clean and nice. We didn't really have a need to interact with hotel staff other than check in because we didn't have any issues.

As a friends and family member and a returning customer to this location I am disappointed with the encounter as we visit my nephew who goes to school here. The front desk person was extremely rude not only to us but intrusive on the young lady that was actually checking us in. He then took our card forgot he had it and we had to ask twice to get it back. Then somehow there was a quite large charge to our card that was not listed anywhere on the bill nor had any line description with our credit card company. They could offer no explanation for it, while we are still staying there, the manager was rude and they haven't at any point even apologized for their actions or inconvenience. We won't be coming back.

Stayed here during a short visit to the city. It was clean and very quiet, with a nice pool/hot tub and a good breakfast. Would definitely come back!

Very clean hotel and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming just because there wasn't much variety but the food was still quite good.

As always the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room is very clean and has good accommodations. The location was perfect. It's right off of Colorado. We are close to a light rail station. The motel is very close to the interstate. There are plenty of places to eat near bye. The rate was the lowest in the area. We love this hotel!

Hotel is clean and updated. Ingress and egress aren't the greatest. Food is mediocre at best.

I had a great stay here! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and they had cookies/water every day in the lobby. This hotel was very welcoming and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area! It is also close to a lot of good restaurants in cherry creek.

The rooms are spacious and I like the more that cookies work in a natural and free way

Not terrible. Bed was comfortable. Service for breakfast was nice. For some reason our fridge was unplugged. Not only that but our android phones wouldn't allow us on the network due to it being an unlocked access point. But not too bad of a stay.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Great indoor and outdoor lounge areas.

Great location on a busy road - plenty of stores and restaurants around but the hotel is set back from the cars so it isn't too noisy. Lobby and dining area look updated with plenty of group and personal seating. Rooms have plenty of space to relax in and the nook with the fridge and microwave is very handy for keeping your food and drink in one place that isn't in the way.

Motel has fridge and micro, free breakfast, good local to downtown.. Service was a plus

Great place. Better than the average courtyard. Would have given it 5 stars if they had free breakfast.

The hotel was very clean overall. The staff that seemed like they were not on the same page. Talked to one guy at the desk who was super nice and said what was included, then the next day two girls were working the desk, and started going on about charges and things the other guy said we're included. So I would recommend making sure you know what is included in your package when you book here. Overall nice hotel.

Bad customer service broken air conditioner no one would fix even aust asked 3 times. Finally came up didnt fix it said he would be back now never came back

Went for a book event. Fantastic ballroom on the top floor with a great view of the mountains, and really nice staff.

10 floors of rooms and looks nice. However the vastness of the place leaves much to fix such as broken thermostats leading to continuous A.C. running leading to freezing room. Old beds with springs pushing on joints leaving sore torso.

Food is good during day but horrible after 9 where I am 9/10 sure the bartender cooks the food. Ordered a medium rare steak and got a well done steak (gray inside). Salmon with cut up potatoes which we're raw that my fork wouldn't pierce. Salmon was good. Each time the bar tender would leave to kitchen minutes at a time multiple as of checking the food. However the breakfast and lunch is fresh and good.

Hotel looks nice with good rooms along with bad. Has very cordial, accommodating and enjoyable staff. This place has the potential to be a 4.5 but the inconsistency of the different areas really make it either a great time or very hated experience. Potentially too big for the current management but who knows.

I'd driven by this hotel countless times and this was my first experience actually entering the building. I will say the entrance from Colorado Blvd needs to be more clearly labeled. I took the wrong turn thinking I could just approach from another direction, but I was wrong. In the end I ended up driving around the block and coming from a completely different direction. As far as I could tell there was plenty of parking, but I didn't really look. When I arrived there were plenty of spaces out front, so thats what I'm going by. The interior was pleasantly decorated and to be honest, I was shocked. Considering the area I wasn't expecting much. My even was on the 11th floor in a round conference room with a fantastic view of the front range. I didn't stay at the hotel, nor did I drink at the bar or eat at the restaurant so I can't speak to those things.

I attended a work event for New York Life and was overall very satisfied with the top floor ballroom. This was a morning event with a catered breakfast bar and coffee. The food selection was limited but delicious and the coffee fresh. All the hotel staff were pleasant and cheerful. Overall a splendid place to hold a large function.

Good hotel at fair prices. Awesome view to the Rocky Mountains.

Second year attending a holiday party here. It seems really nice.

I stayed at the courtyard while on a business trip. My room was very small. The bathroom is so small you cannot open the door while sitting on the toilet and the sink and counter are above the tank of the toilet. Continental breakfast is not free. In fact for something more than muffins or bagels it is $14. There's also no room service. At least the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. Would probably suggest the Fairfield inn instead.

Toilet paper was sandpaper and split into it's component parts as it came off the roll. For the nightly rate, it would be nice to see some effort put in to customer comfort. Will bring my own roll next time.

Had a great baby party in the Skyline room for my daughter. Staff were so helpful. Some of our guests stayed the weekend. They all raved about the nice stay they had. That is how you take care of business..

It was standard courtyard. It was good if you were a rewards member but there was a charge for everything if you weren't.

Pretty standard Marriott Courtyard; service from front desk to breakfast staff was exceptionally thorough and pleasant.

The appalling service the administrative employees a hideous do not show wanting to help the traveler there is no room service. In other words, the hotel does not work.

Ballroom top floor had incredible views. The staff and facilities were immaculate

Never ever stay here. Ever. THE WORST.
Front desk with attitude and the 'Front Desk Manager ' needs an attitude remodel.
If the review had negative stars, it would be -1000.
Lifetime Platinum. Marriott you better get your 'secret shoppers' in there.
BEYOND DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I have to say Mikela and Dmitri both did an amazing job making me feel like I'm at home. Excellent customer service and very respectful. Will definitely have this be my go to hotel when I visit Colorado.
